I didn't try the hot pot, but the group one table over had it. Speaking of the other group, so many varied entrees came out of the kitchen - it was cool to see more than just phở. The waitstaff is quick... almost to the point of impatient! But never problematic. Be aware that dishes fly out of the kitchen as they are ready. One bowl might come out way before the others. An appetizer might come out last. It just whatever is ready (it appears). Also, their takeout game is strong, judging by the amount of trays ready to go and people coming in to carry-out.
