It was a bit cold in the restaurant at first, but they turned the heat on for us. Started off with vegetable spring rolls, which were okay. However, they had a very strong vinegar smell/taste. For dinner, we had the beef noodle pho/soup. That was satisfactory,but lacked flavor and was a little light on the beef and noodles. The beef was low quality. The Vietnamese lemonade was really good, but beware the $4 charge for a tiny glass. I have had much better pho in Cherry Hill. The service was good and the people were very kind. Started visiting this place shortly after it opened. I was invited to a dinner with a friend or else I honestly probably would not have ever tried it. I'm glad I went bc I was pleasantly surprised. They turned this former Quiznos into a quiet little restaurant. I especially enjoyed the Sweet N Sour chicken along with some white rice. The chicken is not overcooked and there is still a nice crisp on the outside of the chicken although it is covered in sauce. The sauce was not overly sweet and the plate was not drowning in it either. There are some good drinks if would like something other than soda. Over the summer I was enjoying a frozen pineapple smoothie like drink and the occasional bubble tea. Recently I have discovered their Vietnamese coffee...aka the Elixir of Life lol. It is a very rich, bold coffee served with condensed milk in the bottom of the cup. The coffee has a thicker like consistency and has some deep, chocolate notes to it. The sweetness from the condensed milk mixed with the rich coffee results in a hot chocolate, cappuccino like drink that is amazing. So far, we have not yet had a bad meal here and this has become a regular spot for us. read more

I really don't like to give 1 star reviews unless the food is truly awful, but this was a close one. I ordered takeout so I can't say much about the service/staff, aside from the man at the front desk being very friendly. I ordered the beef pho, which was the most expensive pho I've bought from the area at nearly $10. This may just be how it is with any pho takeout place, but I was kind of alarmed that I was given a foam takeout container with the noodles, bean sprouts, and mix-ins, with a baggie of the raw beef, and then the container of broth. I didn't particularly like that the raw beef was just kind of plopped in with the other things. Then when it came down to flavour, it was honestly just terrible. Even just looking at the broth I could tell it wasn't going to be good, there was no colour to it. The whole thing was just incredibly bland. I added everything I could to it, lime, sriracha, hoisin, soy sauce, jalapenos, onion. Nothing was helping. I gave up and got McDonald's instead. Very disappointed. Oh, and this was a super minor thing, that I wouldn't have even cared about had everything else been good, but I requested extra limes, and I was given only one very small wedge. There was also only one single jalapeno slice, and I know a lot of people like to add a lot of jalapeno to theirs. Honestly, just go to Bo Ne in Woodbury. First time at this pho, and was not disappointed. Amazing food! Definitely one of the nicer ones in the area, very clean and decorated nicely. We ordered a beef vermicelli bowl, house vermicelli bowl, and some crispy spring rolls for an app. Everything was amazing, no complaints whatsoever. And we got some bubble tea's to go which were great. We highly recommend getting a pot of hot tea. At this pho, it wasn't a plain green tea that we would get at any other typical pho, it was jasmine tea. Very flavorful and sweet! As you know , I'm a lover of Pho. Nice crisp fall day. I drove the extra miles to check this place out. Well worth it. Not disappointed. Place was clean., neat , soft music. Good atmosphere. Only problems was Fake News CNN on the tv , but thankfully no sound. I positioned my chair so I didn't have the see them hate in our President. Back to the meal. Spring rolls. They gave me 4. Excellent. Tasty. Good texture. Wonderful peanut dipping sauce. Beef Pho. First taste ? The broth was excellent. Still not the best I've had but it was worth the 5 extra miles and passing Pho City , which is by far the worst I've ever had. (See earlier review ) Good noodles. Not too sticky. Plenty of meat. Good portion of basil, sprouts, jalapeños and lime. Very nice bowl of Pho. Only complaint. The bowl was a little small. The three items we ordered were the summer rolls, shrimp lemon grass, and shrimp vermicelli bowl. When we called we were given a time of ten minutes and our food was ready when we went to pick it up. The place was clean and smelled fresh. Our food was hot and clearly fresh. The summer rolls had nice size shrimp and the sauce has a kick to it. Prior to eating here, I had never had real Pho. This place is absolutely incredible and my wife and I visit at least once or twice a month. It's great comfort food and I cannot recommend it enough. We get the summer roll every single time and it's always fresh and delicious. My Pho of choice is the #24 (Beef, Well Done Flank, and Tendon) and it's amazing. The broth is incredibly flavorful and the ingredients are perfect. My wife likes the seafood Pho usually and loves it. Since discovering this place we've tried another Pho restaurant in the area and it simply doesn't compare. Not only that, the wait staff and owners are very friendly and recognize us every time we come back. No, sorry, Sometimes the YELP inflation seems to be more than just the daily ordinary and typical. So, yes its new, yes its clean, but the PHO was very thin in the flavor department. The soup not really giving us the in-depth multi layered flavor that so many have learned to enjoy about PHO. The service was fine. The main ingredients of the PHO in this case, Flank, and soft tendon was inconsistent. Very little flank, a decent portion of Soft Tendon. The choice of different PHO soup was a bit light. Understanding this restaurant is in a small jersey shopping center probably in an area who many never have tried Vietnamese Food, umm I would say for the uninitiated, the menu items will be bland enough t serve as a first try. But, if you have experienced PHO's this place will not overly please you but maybe enough to give Pho Le a passing grade. Yelp inflation...the dearth of our honest review sites. read more

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. We usually got to Pho Xinh in Cherry Hill but decided to try something different and a bonus of getting ice cream at Sundae's after was a huge bonus for me. The service was really friendly and super attentive which is why I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately fell short. The summer rolls were much smaller than what I was used to and the seasoning on the pork was just ok. The portion of rice that I had was also much smaller than what I am used to and lacked seasoning. Having an afternoon free, I decided to check them out for lunch and I'm glad I did. Thoroughly enjoyed a grilled meatball summer roll (fantastic house peanut sauce!) and the house vermicelli was a good pick as well. The decor is neat and clean, and the place is easily accessible off Route 73. The service attentive (though only a few tables seated.) Pho Le has a small dining rooms (10-4 tops) so any larger parties might overrun the place. For the Jersey folks, this is a great alternative to crossing the bridges to Nam Phuong (Philly.)
