Today, I came in with my baby in my arms and my two other little kids. My oldest was trying to open the door for us and was struggling. There were no other customers in the restaurant--just the employee working there--and he simply stood there and watched instead of helping. Once we finally got inside and paid for our food, I was holding my baby with one hand and trying to carry the soups with the other. Again, I struggled to open the door while the employee just sat back and watched. I understand that no one is obligated to do everything for you, but I do believe that common decency means helping when you clearly see someone struggling, especially a mother carrying a baby and trying to manage two small children. I genuinely love the food here, but after this experience, I honestly don't know if I can bring myself to come back. It's disappointing when great food is overshadowed by such poor service.
