I hate to give a bad review like this, but unfortunately our food warranted this review. We ordered spring rolls, calamari, oxtail pho and pad thai through DoorDash and everything was bland. The pad thai did not come with bean sprouts or any limes. It was so bland and looked like someone's left overs tossed in the box. The pho was also extremely bland and disappointing. The calamari, same thing with the very bland flavor. I don't even think there was salt used to season it. The spring rolls did not even come with nuoc cham. Pho did not have any herbs, limes or hoisin sauce. It was a disappointment and it was expensive for pho and pad thai. I would recommend a pass on this place. read more

The food here is good. But beware of their bill calculation. General Excise Tax (GET) for Maui is 4.5%. The restaurant has their ordering system programmed to charge 10% on the "Tax" line of the bill. Our $42.00 order was charged $4.20 tax instead of the proper $1.89. We asked for a large rare beef pho and an additional large rare beef and brisket pho, both priced at 22.50, according to the hand cut label that was affixed to the pre-printed menu. The owner was kind enough to check on us after the food had been given. She offered additional bean sprouts and even mentioned they were home grown! However, shortly thereafter, we located a fly in one of the pho plates. We scooped it out thinking it fell in from the environment, but later found an additional fly in the other plate. When the check was delivered, there was an additional charge of $7 dollars added for the large size, though the label read $22.50 for large. Either which way, we respected the establishment and abstained from making public note of the issue. Both meals were paid for. Beware of flies or insects in your broth if eating here. read more
