I've tried a lot of fun places, and after having so much Hawaiian food in Maui, we decided to change it up and decided to get pho. After seeing so many great reviews, we decided to give this place a try and we are so happy that we did. I love her and have a pretty high standards, but I am happy to say this lift up to the expectation! The restaurant is located in a shopping center. It is clean and has good seating. The pricing is a little bit on the higher end compared to what I'm used to, but the portion was good and the broth was delicious! I personally ordered the oxtail and my husband got the combo and the meat was so tender and delicious! If you want fur and in Maui, I would definitely recommend this place!!

Foods was awesome and price is love it. Would come back again and recommended. Service was great. And freshly cooked aftwr ordered.

Tucked in the corner of Longs mall, never knew if it roll my friend rolls me about it. I had the most authentic pho with oxtail! So delicious! Ngon!!! My friend had the lemongrass tofu (she's vegetarian)... I had a taste... and oh wow!!! It is really good!! I liked it a lot. So flavorful and the tofu was perfectly crispy. The papaya salad was also very impressive!! Or server TEN was very kind and efficient. Will definitely come back. Good kama'aina discount!

Another night eating delicious pho feels like I'm back in Vietnam. Don't forget to put the sauces and bean sprouts with a squeeze of fresh lime. Best Pho on Maui.

I haven't been here since before the Lāhainā wildfire. I'm so glad that they are back and open for business in a new location. We tried the hot stone pho, calamari and combo pho. Everything was delicious just like how it used to be from their lahaina location. The hot stone pho is very worth it with all the meat and toppings and you can share it with 2 people. I love the hot stone pho because it keeps your pho hot. I also really loved the inside decorations and how they put up the Lāhainā strong picture to show where the restaurant was from and that it was affected by the Lāhainā fire.

First time here and they had fast and friendly service, great pho and even a special combo everyday before 5pm! The strong AC in the kihei heat was a nice plus too! Would come back again.

Formerly located in Lahaina and impacted by the wildfires in 2023, glad to see it reopened in Kihei. Menu is relatively the same and was excited to have their oxtail pho once again. The pho broth is what I remember and plenty of oxtail! Ambiance is fresh as it's a newly reopening and a large Lahaina Strong across their wall just reminds us of the resilience of the Maui local residents.

Nice, quaint restaurant with pretty and calm decor. We came before the rush and got the pho and spring roll combo- great deal!

Noodles and Rice is located in Kihei. There is plenty of parking (free). There is a single-room bathroom for customers. Super clean! The restaurant is impeccably tidy. There was not a speck of dust or a single water stain in sight. Well done! Plenty of seating inside. Very inviting, cozy space. Perfect for late night noodles (and rice)! The staff were extraordinary friendly and kind. The pho was delicious! The Thai chili oil is quite spicy, but tasty too. I wish we were hungrier because their appetizers look good. We will return if we're ever back on-island!

RESERVATIONS: Not needed. PARKING: Free & plentiful. MENU: Vietnamese apps, noodle & rice selections, desserts. FOOD: Crispy Tiger Shrimp (4 pcs.) Sizable, peeled shrimp that needed to be cooked more as they visually and texturally tasted a tad rare. The coating was light and crispy but needed more seasoning as they relied on the included dipping sauce for flavor. Lettuce Wrap Romaine innards provided for the perfect vessel for the ground chicken, though the poultry needed a serious flavor oomph. Special Pho The pictures, especially the dark-hued broth, looked so good, I had to try it. This was my first ever beef pho and it was very disappointing. First off, the broth was not hot, a serious flaw for me. Secondly, the flavor was very subtle. I did enjoy the tender slices of meat, especially the meatballs. I wished my carb overload didn't go to waste, but it did. SERVICE: Greeting was immediate and welcoming. Food delivery was quick. Wait staff were friendly but there was no follow up. TIP: There's an automatic gratuity for kitchen staff and a surcharge for using credit cards. OVERALL: Meh.

The shrimp Tempura on the menu showed more pieces of shrimp, however only 4 small pieces of shrimp were on the plate :( I did not like that part. Not my first time here, but stopped by for an early lunch around 10:30 on a Sunday…read more Only one other table was there before us with 2 people, otherwise the place was pretty empty. I was surprised they open at 10 am, but they do. We were promptly given ice water and our orders taken. We ordered mini ramen combo (shoyu) with gyoza and mini pork fried rice...a seperate small order of gyoza and an order of beef curry. The gyoza came out quickly and were pretty good. The gyoza sauce bottle was nearly empty. Had to grab one from another table. For being the opening shift, I would have assumed the night shift would have prepped sauces the night before so none were empty on tables. The mini ramen came next and had a generous portion of noodles, and the noodles were very good. They seem to have changed their noodles. They used to taste more like rice noodles or spaghetti but now they are legit hand made ramen and are very good. Unfortunately, the shoyu broth was pretty bland even if I added soy sauce. Also, the mini ramen only came with one small piece of char siu pork inside...disappointing portion of meat. It took a long time before the beef curry came out. I was surprised it was so long after the ramen. When it came out, the portion size was very large, but mostly rice. Similar to the ramen, we felt that the meat portions were not generous. The curry didn't contain visible onion, but did have potato and large pieces of carrot. Not sure if worth the price since so little beef. They water refills kept coming which was nice. Good service in that regard. The mini pork fried rice was the last item to come out and almost came out as like a dessert timed item. I don't know why the timing of the items coming out was so spread out. Maybe they are short staffed in the kitchen or don't have many cooks yet at 10 am? Overall, the food is decent for what it is. Wish they were more generous with the meat. Also wish the service was a little faster.
