The original Pho Oregon on 82nd was our go to pho restaurant for years. So much so, we visited at least twice a month. After moving west, unfortunately, the distance made visits much rarer, typically limited to whenever we dropped by the airport or IKEA. We tried a variety of places in Beaverton, but none of them lived up to the 'boisterous' broth of Pho Oregon. Driving down Canyon Road, I saw the street sign and wondered... could it be??? Or was it just some sad imitator? After calling the original, it was confirmed, this is a second location! It was with some trepidation that we visited this week. Could it live up to all that we were hoping? It was amazing! All the staff were crew I recognized through the years. Though it is a much smaller space, they duplicated a lot from the original, including the central check-out island and the chopstick+utensil+sauce dish stations on each table which includes the ubiquitous Hoisin and Sriracha sauces (as well as my favorite, the delightfully spicy sate). The broth, as mentioned before, induces the same delight, and the meats were tender and perfectly sliced. The only downside we found this first visit is that the parking in this small strip mall is very limited. Being next to a doughnut shop and a Thai restaurant, it fills up fast during peak hours. Wow! With just being opened they have everything dialed down. We ended up visiting the beaverton location on a sunday morning. Service was quick, and all the food come out fresh and hot. The restaurant is cleany and well lit. Happy their new location is local. read more

I am addicted! I am a sucker for pho and this restaurant is now my fave. The broth is amazingly flavorful and yummy. Ive only known about this restaurant since last month but ive eaten here 6x already. And i cant wait to go back. The portions are great, the meat content on the soups are great. Then I moved to a place that doesnt have Pho within an hour, luckily this is by my workplace and had it for lunch today. Service is good and friendly, food came out quick, and it was delish. Ordered #7 small, it was just the right amount. They serve with tons of bean sprouts, jalapeños, thai basil and limes. At the table you have your condiments, chili sauce, hoisin, fish sauce, little dip bowls. Some ppl just don't understand and take for granted when you dont have GOOD pho and then you have this...BOOM! As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be good...Quit complaining ppl! read more

Best pho place in town! Every time I'm brought somewhere else, I immediately regret not coming to Pho Oregon. There are so many pho places around and nothing compares to Pho Oregon. They have so many options and their portions are great for how much you're paying. My partner and I come not only when we are craving pho, but on days where we are not feeling 100% mentally or had a late night the night before. The noodle soups portions are generous, well thought out, tender perfect cut meats, and a super generous plate of side bean sprouts, lettuce, herbs no where in Oregon can offer. This is some really good Pho. I mean just based off my experience with the cuisine.. I would've taken photos if I knew it would taste so good. Ingredients were fresh and you could tell. I got the #1 and the meat portions felt more generous than other places too. Their Chili Paste is actually spicy which is a fantastic add-on in my opinion. Better than just Sriracha by a long shot.
