Me and my wife always are looking for the BEST Pho place and we FINALLY FOUND IT! We ordered the chicken Pho and grilled chicken and shrimp vermicelli and it was AMAZING! The broth is light and flavorful. The vermicelli noodles weren't dry like some places are. The amount of chicken is not stingy. They even give you a large amount of bean sprouts and cilantro leaves! The portions are good for two servings of each plate. We did order through a delivery app but I'm sure the place is just as bomb! Definitely recommend this for FIRST TIME PHO EATERS!! Eh. That's pretty much the gist of what my impression of this place is, after my experience. Food was not very flavorful, but typical. Meat is the plainest that I've ever had, at least they were honest when I asked if it was seasoned it or not. Workers are nice and friendly for an Asian place. They even checked up on us! I ordered nem nuong (meatballs) as appetizers. They were OK.. A bit sweet. I had pho dac biet. Broth tasted like water and not flavorful but they were pretty generous with the basil and bean sprouts. Hubs ordered spring rolls- pretty standard and trio noodle salad as entree- a lot of meat and food for $7.50! It was a lemongrass beef and other meats. He said it was tasty. My friend and coworker took me here to venture out of the usually during our lunch great. I had the beef fried rice (f3). I really liked it. The plate itself should be good for two. The meat was tender. It's portion was sufficient. Pretty good fir$8.00. We came back here multiple of times for lunch and also with the family. Always great service. This should have been a 4 star review. I took a star off due to the Thai tea I ordered. The drink itself is good but the ice that came with it was not. It had random "root-like" item frozen within. It was not just in the ice with the Thai tea but also with the water they served. A bit disgusted. We came to a realization at the counter that they didn't use an ice machine but rather just a cooler. Contamination? Yes. Selective instance? Possibly. But we're not taking chances. We never ordered drinks from here anymore. We get food here and bobas at Fat Straws close by. read more

This pho spot was okay. I ordered the P2 pho bowl (brisket, flank, etc) and enjoyed the savory broth. I'm a little skeptical though because I feel like there was some MSG in there. This place has gone downhill lately. I ordered the V2, pork and egg roll, but there was hardly any pork on the plate. My wife had the seafood soup, and there was barely any seafood in it. First time here saw the reviews and how at their worst theybwere still ok so like, no lose sitch right? Totally right my mom and i got the spicy steak soup and the spicy seafood soup and let me tell you they are generous with the chili oil. Super tasty and filling and as someone who could never finish a "regular" portion of pho i really appreciate the slightly smaller bowls they have here [1$ more for big bowl] The space is small max occ 79 but its got a neat and open atmosphere and the place smells delicious. The restaurant is clean, well lit, has a nice atmosphere with a very polite staff. The Thai tea is always spot-on delicious. I usually order a large bowl of pho with extra beef tendon or the pho bo kho (beef stew). Sometimes, I can't decide, so I get one to go. We visit this location often. We used to visit the Addison location and love that one. Only switched to this one since we moved and it's closer. The staff are alway quick to seat you and ready to take your orders. It's not the most authentic but it's not Americanized either. I've had almost everything on the menu and they are ALL delicious! Food is decent but the crab is weird tasty in the seafood pho. Had garlic seafood rice noodles which were incredible. Spicy seafood pho which was also great. Barely asked whether we needed anything. Came by at the end asking if we needed water. They sat down themselves to eat at 830 pm rather than check on us. That said, food was still legit enough to do takeout. read more

l have frequented different locations..This one was the best...until we ordered 2 banh mi.sandwiches with chicken....i do not know what type of meat that was in those sandwiches. it was some sort of grissle..it was bad. I called and the young lady told me i could get a credit and also try.something different....She gave me her name and said she would leave clear instructions. Coming from San Jose, CA where there are a lot of amazing pho places, this place is pretty good. Not the best of the best I've tried but definitely good. I've tried their pho and also the vermicelli noodles. I personally enjoyed the vermicelli noodles better. I got the beef and egg roll vermicelli. The beef was very good (a big big portion as well). I didn't like the egg roll as much because it was a bit salty but other than that the vermicelli is excellent. Price is also good as well. I will be coming back here again read more

Had chicken pho pho is good chicken is rubber on two visits . They love to wash and dry chopsticks (clacketly clack) in the dining room, very distracting from a conversation standpoint. Language barrier is a big issue if you have any special requests. read more

It's a consistent Pho Que Huong that I've been to plenty of times. I get the Lemon Grass Pork Rice Dish and I am a creature of habit when I come here. The service was okay although, I've had more smiling faces at other Pho Que Huong. To me, this place is where I go to when I'm too lazy to cook and craving a rice dish. I don't have to drive to East Plano to get Pho Que Huong. I can see this doing well in this side of Plano. Spring Rolls - not so much. Mostly filled with lettuce that wasn't fresh. Pork Vermicelli - very good. The meat was really flavorful and tender. I liked how they served it in a large dish instead of a deep bowl. I never eat the bean sprouts, so this made it much easier to avoid them. The fish sauce was really good as well. Clean restaurant. Went here last week because I was sick and needed some Pho. I ordered the chicken noodle soup (large) and some Vietnamese coffee. I had plenty to bring home for dinner and the chicken was actually a sliced chicken breast. This is my boss's favorite pho place in the area so we always come here for company lunch! Pho Que Huong is a chain restaurant but this one definitely has the best quality! I have tried their chicken curry noodle soup, pho and curry flat noodles. The chicken curry noodle soup is exceptional! The curry broth is very rich and flavorful! It's the best comfort food besides pho. Their food portions are all pretty huge and the side veggies are really fresh as well! Definitely coming back here next time when I'm craving hot noodle soup! read more

This is the best one out of all the PQH franchises. The pho bo broth is delicious and you get more meat compared to the other restaurants.

The soups are good any time of year in my opinion. Side items and beverages are also pretty good. A solid place to go if you want good Pho.

I don't understand the bad reviews! The restaurant is very nice, service is excellent, and everything we have tried is delicious!! The Pho is awesome, fried rice very tasty, and curry chicken was spicy and really good. I have a family of 5 and we go in here all the time for a healthy delicious dinner. Maybe I went in on an off day for them which was this past Saturday, but from jump it was a horrible experience. I took my wife and kids and there was only two other couples in the place. It was slow and like the whole wait staff was rolling silverware. The first thing we noticed were the floors were absolutely filthy and horrible. One lady literally sat us at a booth that had food all over the floor and under it. Grossed us out that they hadn't swept up after someone previously who apparently probably had kids. Anyway, we asked if this could be swept up and underneath the booth, as well. Chopstick wrappers and food crums all under it. Well, the lady go to the back but another guy waiter/helper comes over kind of pissed off as if we're in the wrong and grabs a bunch of napkins as if he is gonna hand pick up whatever he thinks is on the floor, because apparently the woman before communicated something in their language to him. These people are apparently blind and must be use to filth. Anyway, I said it's not one thing it's like the whole floor and just look sir. Anyway, I can tell he is pissed or at least seems pissed then comes back with a broom and sweeps with a "were ridiculous customers" type of attitude. He literally sweeps up a huge pile of filth from dust, chunks of food, crumbs, chopstick wrappers, etc. I kept telling him thank you in fear of our food being spit in. Well, my wife is already on edge at this point about eating there so I said well let's give it a chance. After the guy leaves he never comes back to our table and by then no one has taken a drink order or anything. Mind you the place is virtually empty with like two sets of customers and about 4 wait staff/helpers. I finally looked at another lady to get her over and just acts like their is nothing to be in a hurry about. She looks as if "do we need help" and I'm thinking is it not obvious we have already been here 10+ minutes and none of them have made a move to take a drink order especially after we had already spoke with two people about the nasty floors they put us in. Well, I told my wife let's go. Grabbed the kids and left as the lady just stood there by the cash register area like a statue. I recommend never to go to this place. Horrible service! read more
