Northern style pho! It's great, rich and flavorful without the heavy strong aroma. My only complaint is the eye of the round meat, this style is dry because it's machine cut instead of hand cut. I was expecting the tai to be the softer northern version. Overall nice cute pho spot, reasonably price. The BBH is okay, i wouldn't get it again, it's on the stronger mam ruoc side. Drinks are excellent! All of them were good so far, the tea is high quality and strong. I have yet to try any of the matcha, but their specialty tea drinks are good. I ordered the spicy cucumbers which were really good and refreshing. It paired well with my crispy chicken dry pho. The sauce that it was dressed in was tasty and the portion was just right. I also ordered a strawberry basil drink and drank about a third of when I noticed the bug inside. Stuff happens and I brought it to the staff's attention. She offered me a different drink but the reaction was just so nonchalant that I declined. They did take it off the bill, but the whole interaction just didn't sit well with me. Had a really good experience here! Mia was super friendly and recommended the crispy chicken dry noodles. I usually order pho, so I wasn't planning on getting them, but I'm really glad I listened because they were so good. Visited yesterday and ordered the ube coffee, Vietnamese coffee, banana cloud matcha, regular matcha, spicy cucumbers, and fried dumplings. The coffee was really good and strong, and the spicy cucumbers were fire. Overall, the food and drinks were great. However, something I saw in the drive-thru completely changed my opinion. I watched one of the guy employees grabbing what looked like bean sprouts for someone's order with his bare hands--no gloves. That was really gross and unsanitary. Seeing someone directly touch food without gloves made me wonder if I should be eating there! Even though I enjoyed the food and coffee, that experience was enough for me not to return. I was excited to see a new pho spot open up in the area! The restaurant has a clean, modern look with a nice atmosphere. It's on the smaller side, but still feels welcoming. My only critique of the layout is that the first few tables are awkwardly close to the entrance. A divider between the dining area and the waiting/entry space would make it feel a little more comfortable. I do wish I had known ahead of time that they specialize in Northern-style Vietnamese cuisine, as I probably would've ordered differently. Northern-style Vietnamese food tends to be simpler and more subtle in flavor, with fewer herbs, sauces, and condiments than the Southern-style dishes I'm more familiar with. That also explains why there weren't many condiments on the table, though we did have to ask for a few extras. We tried the egg rolls, meatball pho, bún bò huế, and Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was delicious! It had me running to the restroom almost immediately, which, to me, is the sign of a good Vietnamese coffee. The pho was decent. The portion was a bit small, but I really enjoyed the fresh, traditional noodles. The bún bò huế was okay, though it was missing the bold lemongrass flavor and spice I usually expect. It actually reminded me more of bún riêu than bún bò huế. The egg rolls were tasty, no complaints there. The service was friendly. It seemed like there was one person taking orders while two others handled food and drinks. Since they're newly opened, I'm sure they're still adjusting to the pace. Overall, I'd definitely come back, especially to try more of their drinks. I'm also looking forward to the drive-thru opening, it'll be a great option for grabbing coffee on the go! read more

We decided to try this new pho establishment. Atmosphere was bright and airy, staff was pleasant. We started when egg rolls and what i call summer rolls. Their summer rolls i felt was not proportion. There were more rice noodles to meat where the meat appeared chopped and what they call grilled with fish sauce not peanut. I had to ask for peanut sauce and the fish sauce was not dressed when garlic and very little carrots. Egg rolls was served only on a half piece of lettuce wth some oil flavor. We ordered the special pho (all beef) you mean all over cooked meat. The veggie plate that comes with your pho was basically empty. Everyone who has ever eaten pho knows the basic on a veggie plate is bean sprout, basil, mint, cilantro, wedges of lime and chili or jalapeños. We got 4 leaves of basil, baby cuts of culantro, 2 pieces of sliced jalapeños and one baby cut were of lime. My husband enjoyed the salted coffee. Overall the food was decent. read more
