Very good food! Tried it today with my sister, her boyfriend and my mom and it was really good pho! I had P10 along with a spring and egg roll.

Service was incredibly prompt and gracious. There were 5 people in my group that showed up at different times. The waiters were very understanding and made sure to give waters and check on apps as everyone came in. The peanut spring rolls sauce is the MOST AMAZING SAUCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I kept dipping everything into it. Musts: the egg rolls (so addicting), beef spring rolls, and the vermicelli. The veggies in the vermicelli were so fresh and crispy! I loved the texture. The food is priced affordably. I will definitely be back!

This is wonderful little whole in the wall place. It is located in a Korean Shopping Center/Strip Mall. They have an incredible lunch special with Pho, Spring Roll or Egg Roll, and a can of Soda. The service was prompt but we did go during the busy lunch hour. The Pho was some of the best we had in the area. We have been back several times. We are going to adventure out and taste some of the neighboring Korean Restaurants.

We went out clay shooting on a cold and rainy morning....Typical Texas weather as it was 70 degrees the day before and then 40 degrees this particular morning. My father had served in Vietnam and one of his favorites if Pho. My wife looked this place up and we were on the road just a couple miles away. Very simple setting inside, maybe 15 tables or so and they could probably fit more, but this was comfortably spaced out. Gives a family friendly vibe to it and they have a great lunch special on Sundays (I think other days too) which includes a bowl of Pho, egg rolls/spring rolls, and a drink for like $12.50. Steal!!! My father surprised me and ordered the Banh Mi after talking about Pho the whole way there. But then it was clear that his plan was to share our Pho bowls (and kids) and then have the sandwich to himself....The Banh Mi is pretty good there, perhaps leaning a bit on the sweet side for me but he loved it. Something about that combination of flavors on a baguette and just does wonders to your soul....$5 on the menu and I didn't pay (Dad did) so unable to see the bill. With my Dad if you touch the bill you pay for it so wasn't going there! We had both chicken and combination phos ordered between the rest of us and I can say that both were very good. While it's not traditional, I like to see the grease bubbles in the pho broth. And this one delivered. A hearty helping of noodles ensured that no one left hungry either. Servers very helpful and also answered my family's questions politely. Pho was out within 5 minutes or so and was nice and hot, perfect after a cold day of shooting. We got there about 11:30 am and by the time we left, people were pouring in so this place has a following seems. This place is located in an Asian market area that has many different types of foods so not a bad place to go back and try others.

Pho Saigon #8???? So does that mean that there was a Pho Saigon #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, or #7???? Hummmmmmmmmmm, just wondering??? When I was getting my Korean Frrrrrried Chicken wings the other day from No. 1 Plus Chicken, I noticed a few doors down there was a Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Saigon #8. Not wanting to eat too much frrrrrrried chicken, I figured I'd check out this restaurant another day for a nice bowl of pho. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted right away. I must say the restaurant was much more spacious than I had anticipated, and it was nice & clean. After looking over the menu, I decided to get myself a large bowl of chicken pho. What can I say about the pho? The soup for my pho didn't have a lot of depth, and was on the blander side and the vegetable & meat portions were not outstanding. Since I'm from the 808, there are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants out here in the islands, so I've had my share of pho to compare it by. Great prices on their food, and service was on point. Lots of parking here, so it's easy access.

My wife, sisters and I just landed at Dallas Love Field and came across Pho Saigon #8. We were wonderfully greeted when we walked in and ordered 4 bowls of Pho, 2 orders of egg rolls, 1 Grilled Pork Sandwich, and 1 Grilled Beef Sandwich. Everything was delicious! The broth for the pho was full of flavor and had good cuts of meat. The egg rolls were fresh and tasty. Both sandwiches were very flavorful. The French bread was perfectly toasted. Everything we ordered was so good that we just had to try one more thing, Com Bo Luc Lac (Sautéed Blackpepper Beef) which was the icing on the cake. The beef was so tender and the sauce was buttery delicious. Our server, who just moved to Dallas, was so attentive. He was so kind and always came to our table with a smile. We're looking forward to making another stop at Pho Saigon #8 before flying back to Southern California.

For the appetizer, we got the ravioli which wowed us from the start. Mint aftertaste, the ricotta balanced the onions on top. It is slippery so it's hard to eat with chopsticks, but they provide you silverware. We also ordered the stuffed leeks, which was on the salad side, which really surprised me. I was nervous ordering at first cause I expected it to be something cold for some reason. But the crab paired with the onion with the butter is just *chef's kiss*. Def get this, it is rich with flavor and unlike anything I've tasted before. Entree we shared the short rib. Keep in mind. The portion sizes are small so if you're hungry, you both would need to order your own entrée, but since we wanted to try a couple of different things, we did it family style, and the waiter will recommend that. He did sell us on the side of garlic noodles, which was a good call since that helped with the smaller portion sizes. For dessert, they had a basque cheesecake with peach jam on top and it was so creamy and paired well together. 10/10

One of my new favorite restaurants in Dallas!…read more The dishes here have flavors that are beautifully crafted nods to Asian cuisine! They are so rich with delicious blends of sweet, savory, and sour. In addition, all of the meats/seafood were cooked to perfection to give you a wonderfully tender bite. The branzino was our favorite. It had a crisp exterior with soft, tender meat underneath. The flavor was also so stunning and the fish paired so well with the dirty rice. The foie gras dumplings are great umami flavor bombs. It's also coated a delicious pho sauce that gives you just the best parts of a hearty pho bowl. The atmosphere is elevated and romantic, perfect for a date night. We also loved our server who made our anniversary dinner so special! Would definitely love to come back and try their other dishes!

Now, l've had @Cris and John before back when I wasn't vegan, but I had NEVER actually been to the restaurant. So when me and the mister decided to go, I was ready to see what they were working with! First of all, we went at the PERFECT time because baby... we beat that rush crowd! And THANK GOD they had vegan options because for whatever reason, the closer I get to having baby girl, the MORE I've been craving vegan food! Like girl, you know your mama already vegan, but THANK YOU for reminding me! I ordered the tofu ramen, tofu tacos, veggie dumplings and sriracha fries... and when I tell y'all I was GOODT! Everything was really good, and the portions were definitely giving because we had a whole lot of leftovers! The mister had one of their platters and his review was simply: "This is delicious, we coming back this weekend" So l guess that says enough! OH, and that strawberry lemonade?! BABYYYY... that was GOOD! Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and the food. Good food, good portions, vegan options AND quality time with my mister? I'll take it! You can tell they brew it and it doesn't come from a syrup. When I sat down, I was instantly greeted, and there were like four different people serving my table, I think that they all work as a team to make sure everything is covered. The service was just amazing. Restaurant is beautiful, the booths were , small and intimate and you feeling that you in place with privacy and yet part of the group ....kind of interesting how they've done that. But the food! The food was outstanding, first they gave me a complementary appetizer of Jasmine sticky rice with this eggplant chutney, that was very tasty, a teeny bit spicy, but really good depth with flavor. Then my beef Samosas arrived. There were four, wrapped in like a triangle rapper, smaller than the Indian version of the same, and the flavor was very tasty, and corn and small chopped potatoes, yum! The two chutneys that came with it one was a cool cucumber, and the other was this sweet and spicy plum sauce. They made samosas!!! They could be soft and cool, or they could be delicious and spicy, depending on chutney you had them with and you had a third option.... There was a bed of pickled radish and carrot that really sit off the samosas as well and we're just delicious on their own. I devoured the entire thing. Then get the entrée. I had drunken noodles and I added the shredded pork... It was devastatingly tasty!!! the noodles were obviously done it a wok that's been seasoned to perfection. The wide noodles picked up all that deliciousness from the wok and then combined with the pork... heaven ! They had large pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes. very fresh onions... Just deliciousness. I was too full this time to get dessert, but I'm definitely coming back and I will definitely try it next time

I really want to give the food a 5/5, but if I'm comparing it to a lot of the Thai places I've been…read moreto in Houston, I have to fairly rate them 4/5. There's just been truly so many outstanding experiences I've had in Houston. Regardless, the food was very good and it was authentic, we did get dishes similar to what we got at Street to Kitchen in Houston, which is the most authentic Thai we've had. Food: I forgot to take pictures of two other dishes we ordered, the Thai chicken, wings, and the drunken noodles. But let me start with the complementary sticky rice. I've actually never had a complementary "starter" at a Thai restaurant, so they stood out, and it was a good meal prepper. The dip is an eggplant type of dip so it's not peanut sauce based. It was really good. The best dish was the crab dip with the shrimp chips, the dip was curried and balanced well with the crab. The chicken wings weren't as crispy as we're used to, and there were more on the saucy side, but it was a solid 4/5 dish. The drunken noodles were good and I feel like they had a great mix of veggies, beef, and noodles in the dish, so it wasn't so carb heavy. But we've definitely had better flavor drunken noodles before. Lastly, the mango sticky rice presentation was unlike anything I've seen before, and I loved it. Do I prefer the traditional sliced mango over a bit of rice? Perhaps. But I did enjoy tasting the mango and the condensed milk and a sticky rice together inside the coconut for a change. Service: we went during dinnertime on a Saturday night, and I was so impressed with the level of service we had. Because don't get me wrong, they were busy, but the food came out so fast & we had multiple servers filling up our water and ensuring we're doing okay. We were literally out of there in about an hour, but it wasn't because they were pushing us out, it was truly because everything was so quick. And I loved that strategy they used where we didn't have just one server assigned to us, which is probably why they are thriving here in Dallas. Overall, if you're craving Thai, I would recommend coming here.
