Came here after the gym because we were starving, and I'm glad we did. When we walked in, I was surprised by how nice the restaurant was--very clean, modern, and trendy without feeling over the top. We ordered the fresh shrimp rolls, seafood noodle soup, and a tofu vermicelli bowl. There were three of us, and honestly, everything was delicious. The tofu bowl was packed with flavor, the shrimp rolls were fresh, and the seafood noodle soup was fantastic. I've tried quite a few Vietnamese restaurants around Las Vegas, and this one immediately jumped near the top of my list. Great food, great atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back. We ordered the pho with rare steak, fried rice with chicken, potstickers, and egg rolls. The pho tai broth was okay, missing some depth and not as flavorful as I've had at other locations. I was a bit bummed that they ran out of lime which I love to add to my broth. They had lemon, but it wasn't the same. The potstickers and egg rolls were delicious according to my kids. The fried rice with chicken was good. The chicken is marinated and really tasty! I personally wanted a little more salt on the fried rice, but it was still cooked well and not dry at all, it was cooked very nicely! Service was a lie tricky to get the attention of on occasion despite that it was on the slower side. Ambience is nice and modern. The ladies bathroom does have a changing table for anyone wondering. Mom wanted Vietnamese. Who am I to deny her? Not like she had to twist my arm. I'm always in the mood for Vietnamese. I'm always in the mood for food. Been here twice now. There wouldn't have been a second time if the food wasn't good. It's little out of the way for me but it's an easy drive out on the 215. Toss in parking in a huge shopping plaza and can't ask for much more. Well, can't forget service - forgot his name though. He was awesome. Helpful, courteous and nice. As for the food, I really enjoyed it. Pho broth was piping hot. Lots of ingredients (meat, noodles and veggies) and large enough that adding in a Spring Roll - I was pretty much fat and happy. I will say that on my first visit, the Gyoza was ok. See pics. It's nice cozy dining room but I noticed a lot of to go orders. Including one for me. Grabbed an order of Pho for my niece that was packed and packaged really well. And from what I could see - no skimping on ingredients there either. Absolutely THE best & cleanest pho broth in Vegas. Their broth is CLEAR, light & flavorful. A lot of pho restaurants have murky broths that seem like it's days old or just poorly filtered. I normally order chicken pho or the pho tai (rare steak/brisket). They offer white meat or dark meat for your chicken pho options. Their summer rolls & fried egg rolls are fresh which comes with a flavorful dipping sauce. We also had their chicken/shrimp fried rice which is much better than the typical greasy Chinese fried rice. Stopped by for lunch. Conveniently located by the freeway on 215 and Hualapai. It wasn't busy when I arrived during lunch, but there was still about 2-3 parties who dined in. I noticed a lot of people stopped by for take out orders. Plenty of seating to accommodate big groups. Service was fast. I love their variety of pho. I got the number 18 minus the beef ball. The soup itself was very flavorful and rich, which was absolutely delightful. I also like how the serving they gave wasn't as huge as alot of Vietnamese pho places. I have been here before, but it had been a while. I like to meet friends here for lunch and the weather was cold outside, which made it perfect for a big steaming hot bowl of delicious pho. When I walked in, I was seated right away. My friend had not arrived yet, so I sat and looked at the menu. Their menu is kind of unique. I don't mean the options on it necessarily, but how it's not like your typical thickly plastic laminated menu. It was like a storybook from when you were a kid regarding the binding anyhow I just thought that was unusual in present. I ordered some hot tea while I waited and it was absolutely delicious. Didn't need any sugar whatsoever. Once my friend arrived, we sat and chat for a while and the waiter came by twice to take our order we weren't ready the first time because we hadn't seen each other in quite a while and we're too busy talking Once he came back, we placed our order and our food arrived very quickly. In fact that was something I noticed about all of the other tables too, and I even heard the other teacher and say wow that was fast. We both have the same thing the veggies both with shrimp added. This was the day after Thanksgiving so I was still feeling heavy and bloated from all the Thanksgiving food so I ordered mine with no noodles and I didn't even miss it. The broth was delicious. The veggies were plentiful the shrimp in the tofu all really great quality. I also appreciate that they used deveined shrimp. No shrimp poop to have to stick your finger in and get rid of lol The price is reasonable, and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Gave this local spot a try and so glad I did. I usually don't eat Vietnamese food but I love the options they had here. It's pretty big inside with table and booth seating. The staff was very kind and attentive and the food came out quick I was really surprised! All of the veggies were so fresh and the sauces they gave on the side elevated the noodles so much. It was really good. The chicken was nice and tender and seasoned beautiful. The noodles were soft and I loved the flavors. The pho came out nice and steamy and the meat was flavorful. Customer service was absolutely horrible and rude from the very beginning. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it still took a while to be seated. Once we sat down, menus were dropped off with no greeting, no "hello," and no offer for water or what can I get you to drink. The server walked away, then returned later with water without saying a word. When asked if we were ready to order, we requested a little more time. About one minute later, another server came back asking again if we were ready. The menu is quite large and difficult to flip through, so the constant rushing felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When we were finally ready, the server's attitude was rude throughout the entire interaction. I ordered the fried egg rolls and pho numbers 16 and 20, requesting the meat on the side. He responded rudely, saying it depended on which meat. I clarified that I wanted all the red meats on the side. Shortly after, the egg rolls came out and they were actually very good. However, just a minute later, three bowls of soup arrived even though we only ordered two. At that point, given how unpleasant the service had been, I didn't even say anything and figured we'd just have leftovers for the next day. I asked for a side of hot water and never received it. I also requested sliced white onions and green onions in oil. Instead, I received chopped scallions and sliced red onions, which was not what I asked for but ok I'll take it. Water refills didn't happen until we were completely finished eating, and no server checked on us during the meal. They also don't drop off the check at your table you have to get up and go to them asking them to check out. When my daughter asked for two soup containers to go, she was given only one. When she politely asked again, the server sighed loudly and rolled his eyes. We needed another container, so I went up myself. The women asked me wha for, I explained it was for food, and the woman handed me a bag. I was honestly in disbelief. I clarified that I needed a container because there was sauce, and another guy handed me a smaller bag. I showed him what I needed a container for and he gives me a bag that was so small. The entire experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disrespectful. Despite all of this, we still tipped over 20%, but honestly, places that provide service this poor don't deserve it. The staff made us feel like an inconvenience even though we were polite the entire time. To make matters worse, the restroom was filthy. It honestly made me question cleanliness overall. We were shocked because we came here about three years ago and had a great experience. This visit was so bad that we will never return, and we've already shared this experience with friends. At the time I was really craving food and it had been storming, was turned away at a nearby business around 8pm. Not in the best mood and not in the best headspace. But the staff were able to get me seated within 15 minutes, ordered, and had a hot bowl of pho and rolls, super fast! We've come a few times for family dinners and the food has been spot on every-time and the service is always great! We always get the combo pho bowl, spring rolls, gyoza pot stickers and chicken fried rice because the flavors are great! The chicken pho is really good, but the ribeye would not cook. I ordered it to go and I've ordered plenty to go but it would not cook at all, and I even tried to do it in the car right when I got it. The potstickers are really good as well. But I ended up having to throw out the ribeye because it did not taste good and would not cook good. I'm originally from Las Vegas (46 years) and watched the Asian scene explode! I remember a time before Chinatown existed. My husband and I used to eat at the Pho Saigon 8 restaurant on Spring Mtn and loved their food. While visiting family over the holidays, my daughter took us to the PS8 on Hualapai, and I have to say it was good, but not as good as the one on Spring Mtn. I ordered the crepe (for lack of improper Vietnamese spelling) and it wasn't crisped as well as it could have been. My daughter ordered pho with brisket and tendon, but it had no tendon in it. Although there were some missteps in preparation, the veggie accompaniments were crisp and fresh, and the fresh spring rolls that we ordered for an appetizer were decent. I think I'd like to try the original place on Spring Mtn next time I'm in town and will re-review then. All in all, we had a good meal, just not great. read more

Great broth, this is the type of pho you want to eat as is. Don't add any of the table sauces in your bowl but make a sauce for dipping your meats on the side. Service was okay, food came out at a steady pace. We had eggrolls, and the fish sauce chicken wings for starters. The wings had a great flavor. A little on the salty side but It is fish sauce, would honestly be great with rice. Bowls of pho were filled with lots of meat, I wish they served bun Bo hue at this location. I frequent the North Hualapai location. The food is delicious and made to order fresh. There is never a long wait once you are seated to get your food. The longest I have waited to be seated is 15 minutes even during their busiest times. The prices have always been affordable, but recently there has been a noticeable price increase. The establishment and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This little gem of a restaurant is worth going. read more

I hate to leave this review because I've given this place so many chances. Unfortunately, while the food is amazing and it's been my favorite pho spot in the area, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I've visited, most of the waitstaff have been rude, with the exception of who I'm assuming is the owner, usually working the cash register. One older bald male staff member in particular comes off especially rude and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience just for being there. My most recent visit was last night, and it honestly confirmed that I probably won't be coming back.
