    55. Rice with Grilled Chicken and Egg Rolls - Cơm Gà Nướng Chả Giò
    Mary B.

Absolutely THE best & cleanest pho broth in Vegas. Their broth is CLEAR, light & flavorful. A lot of pho restaurants have murky broths that seem like it's days old or just poorly filtered. I normally order chicken pho or the pho tai (rare steak/brisket). They offer white meat or dark meat for your chicken pho options. Their summer rolls & fried egg rolls are fresh which comes with a flavorful dipping sauce. We also had their chicken/shrimp fried rice which is much better than the typical greasy Chinese fried rice. Grilled chicken with egg rolls dish was really good! Fresh vegetables. Fast & friendly service. Appropriate pricing. Food is consistently good!

Flavorful and rich broth. This is the pho #18.

Stopped by for lunch. Conveniently located by the freeway on 215 and Hualapai. It wasn't busy when I arrived during lunch, but there was still about 2-3 parties who dined in. I noticed a lot of people stopped by for take out orders. Plenty of seating to accommodate big groups. Service was fast. I love their variety of pho. I got the number 18 minus the beef ball. The soup itself was very flavorful and rich, which was absolutely delightful. I also like how the serving they gave wasn't as huge as alot of Vietnamese pho places. The menu also includes photos of certain dishes. Pho Saigon 8 has a few locations in town, and it's my favorite pho spot.

I have been here before, but it had been a while. I like to meet friends here for lunch and the weather was cold outside, which made it perfect for a big steaming hot bowl of delicious pho. When I walked in, I was seated right away. My friend had not arrived yet, so I sat and looked at the menu. Their menu is kind of unique. I don't mean the options on it necessarily, but how it's not like your typical thickly plastic laminated menu. It was like a storybook from when you were a kid regarding the binding anyhow I just thought that was unusual in present. I ordered some hot tea while I waited and it was absolutely delicious. Didn't need any sugar whatsoever. Once my friend arrived, we sat and chat for a while and the waiter came by twice to take our order we weren't ready the first time because we hadn't seen each other in quite a while and we're too busy talking Once he came back, we placed our order and our food arrived very quickly. In fact that was something I noticed about all of the other tables too, and I even heard the other teacher and say wow that was fast. We both have the same thing the veggies both with shrimp added. This was the day after Thanksgiving so I was still feeling heavy and bloated from all the Thanksgiving food so I ordered mine with no noodles and I didn't even miss it. The broth was delicious. The veggies were plentiful the shrimp in the tofu all really great quality. I also appreciate that they used deveined shrimp. No shrimp poop to have to stick your finger in and get rid of lol The price is reasonable, and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to friends.

Stopped in for lunch, it's been so cold we needed something to heat us up. We split the spring rolls, chicken pho and shrimp fried rice. Everything was fresh and really good. Our food came out hot and fast. This place has really good food, service is okay. They won't comeback to check on you or clear any plates. See my pics

Gave this local spot a try and so glad I did. I usually don't eat Vietnamese food but I love the options they had here. It's pretty big inside with table and booth seating. The staff was very kind and attentive and the food came out quick I was really surprised! All of the veggies were so fresh and the sauces they gave on the side elevated the noodles so much. It was really good. The chicken was nice and tender and seasoned beautiful. The noodles were soft and I loved the flavors. The pho came out nice and steamy and the meat was flavorful. I will definitely come back to try other menu options!

Customer service was absolutely horrible and rude from the very beginning. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it still took a while to be seated. Once we sat down, menus were dropped off with no greeting, no "hello," and no offer for water or what can I get you to drink. The server walked away, then returned later with water without saying a word. When asked if we were ready to order, we requested a little more time. About one minute later, another server came back asking again if we were ready. The menu is quite large and difficult to flip through, so the constant rushing felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When we were finally ready, the server's attitude was rude throughout the entire interaction. I ordered the fried egg rolls and pho numbers 16 and 20, requesting the meat on the side. He responded rudely, saying it depended on which meat. I clarified that I wanted all the red meats on the side. Shortly after, the egg rolls came out and they were actually very good. However, just a minute later, three bowls of soup arrived even though we only ordered two. At that point, given how unpleasant the service had been, I didn't even say anything and figured we'd just have leftovers for the next day. I asked for a side of hot water and never received it. I also requested sliced white onions and green onions in oil. Instead, I received chopped scallions and sliced red onions, which was not what I asked for but ok I'll take it. Water refills didn't happen until we were completely finished eating, and no server checked on us during the meal. They also don't drop off the check at your table you have to get up and go to them asking them to check out. When my daughter asked for two soup containers to go, she was given only one. When she politely asked again, the server sighed loudly and rolled his eyes. We needed another container, so I went up myself. The women asked me wha for, I explained it was for food, and the woman handed me a bag. I was honestly in disbelief. I clarified that I needed a container because there was sauce, and another guy handed me a smaller bag. I showed him what I needed a container for and he gives me a bag that was so small. The entire experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disrespectful. Despite all of this, we still tipped over 20%, but honestly, places that provide service this poor don't deserve it. The staff made us feel like an inconvenience even though we were polite the entire time. To make matters worse, the restroom was filthy. It honestly made me question cleanliness overall. We were shocked because we came here about three years ago and had a great experience. This visit was so bad that we will never return, and we've already shared this experience with friends. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

There was mold on my chicken - ordered Pho to go . Got home and unfortunately chicken had a bad smell and mold . Called and they said " okay will let them know "

This place is perfect for a rainy or cold day, although I could eat pho every day. It's my comfort food! I was pleasantly surprised with everything. I got number 18. The vegetables were fresh, and the jalapeños were spicy. The portion size was great for the price. Overall, very satisfied and can't wait to come back! The service was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It was clean as well, and I enjoyed the video of the different foods they had playing.. I was looking for comfort and walked out feeling cozy and satisfied.

At the time I was really craving food and it had been storming, was turned away at a nearby business around 8pm. Not in the best mood and not in the best headspace. But the staff were able to get me seated within 15 minutes, ordered, and had a hot bowl of pho and rolls, super fast! Not sure how I forgot a pic of the rest of my meal, but it was all eaten just as quick. Very yummy! Very kind service + family friendly! 10/10

Love this spot! Great pho spot for the north west side of town. They are super quick and it's always filling. Do wish they had Bánh Mì on the menu though.

Glad to have this place in the neighborhood so that I don't have to drive all the way down to Chinatown! Delicious pho. Enjoyed their chicken rice dish, too. Attentive staff. Clean and spacious restaurant.

The flavors of the food in place is just divine! First, you walk into the place and they have it designed as the streets of Saigon. It's quite interesting. Their Rib Eye Pho, worth the money. Their Banh Mi is also pretty good. They were quite busy on a weekday dinner so just taken note. They still managed to deliver good customer service eventhough it seems their servers were overwhelmed. This is our Vietnamese food go to place now. Definitely a must go!

Every time I go, I fully intend to order it... and then something else catches my eye. Today was no different. You have to start with the spring rolls. The fresh ones come packed with shrimp and a crisp roll of rice paper inside for that perfect crunch, all dipped in their sweet-yet-tangy fish sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Today I went with the Garlic Noodles and Wagyu Steak (medium rare), and it was hands-down the best thing on the table. (My wife will probably fight me on that.) The garlic noodles were bold and savory--strong enough to keep even the friendliest vampires away--but with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. My nephew and I couldn't get enough. And the Wagyu Steak? Absolutely divine. Perfectly cooked, buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best I've had here. The interior is fantastic too. They've styled the place like a charming little Asian street market, with each table set up like its own market stall. It's fun, immersive, and I love the vibe. One quick heads-up: they take a one-hour break between lunch and dinner (4-5 PM), so plan accordingly if you're coming in during that window. We arrived right at 5 PM when they reopened, and our party of six was seated immediately with menus and water. Our waitress was attentive, and the orders came in quickly. Highly recommend!

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much.
