New pho place recently opened in Burke. We were very excited about this because its close to home, we usually go out to Falls Church for pho. I have been here twice now and the pho both times was pretty good. Flavorful broth and they give you a lot of meat. However, both times we've been the service has been terrible. They are not friendly or attentive. For example, on our second visit our items came out in the following order: pho, pho toppings, utensils, then water. In addition, they never brought me my thai bubble tea. Also, because we were seating near the entrance, waiters were never coming up there for me to flag someone down. When I went to pay I told them I never got my drink. Turns out the waiter gave it to another table by mistake. So luckily for Pho Saigon that their food is good and I will probably continue to eat here; however, they should really work on their customer service. read more

I was hoping that there would FINALLY be a good pho place in Burke when I heard about it... Overall, pretty meh. There are plenty of tables; the ambience is bright, simple, and modern. That's pretty much where I would draw the line at what I considered good about my experience. I tried the #30, the NCSG special, AKA pho with the works. The broth was average, and the noodle portions were pretty small. There was plenty of meat though, so that's not bad! I also had a chance to have #75, the com tam. Flavor of the grilled pork was off so I wasn't the biggest fan... To make things worse, their card machine broke down and I didn't have cash on hand at the time. That ended up with my group and I waiting about 20 minutes to pay. They were prepared to just write our name, phone #, and card #'s down and have us come back when the machine was working again.... Luckily the woman at the front tried the machine one more time and it worked. Definitely was not down to go back just to pay. Overall a pretty average experience. read more

Two visits in one week. Great service and great food. Decor is bright and clean. Menu is more than just pho. Location is conveniently on Braddock Rd with easy access and plenty of parking. My boys enjoyed the pho, grilled pork chop rice platter, summer rolls, and fried rice with shrimp and crabmeat. I enjoyed the tender shaking beef and bun bo hue. I'd recommend all the dishes we've had already. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu. Love that it's soooo close to home. We'll definitely be regulars. This is one of the rare pho places that don't require you to pay at the counter. I sound lazy but that definitely is a plus for me! read more

What is with pho joints and clever T-shirt's? I don't know but this place has them. This place is pretty solid but I wouldn't call it my all time favorite. The tea was perfect and the cha gio was great - among the best I've ever had. The pho was good. Nothing to write home about. Perfect on a gloomy Virginia day. This place is so good! My sister and I know when we find a good pho spot--and this is it! We're super stoked, cause we don't have a really great pho spot in the Burke area and this is less than a couple miles away. The broth (which is of course the best part) is amazing, both chicken and beef. The appetizers were good. I had summer rolls and spring rolls. I ordered my mom Vermicelli shrimp and crab in the menu but the dish didnt have any shrimp at all. I told the server politely I think you for got to put the shrimps." He replied "the dont have shrimps, the menu said that!" --* The dish was over powered by garlic. It wasnt tasty. Also I ordered Grilled chicken leg with rice, but the chicken was fried. --* let just say my mom and I wasnt happy. At the cash register asked me how was everything, I didnt want to make a screen. I decided to search for resturant's email to at least let the management knows but couldnt find. So I decided to put on yelp instead so people wouldnt order what I ordered I think it is becuase customers come to eat mostly pho. This place was a nice change from my typical go to spot. Inside the restaurant is decorated very nicely, different floral arrangements. Two big TVs to watch from. The food was delicious, I ordered pho with eye of round steak, brisket, and tripe. I'm not sure about sizes but it came out in a big bowl. My boyfriend ordered the clay pot that came with rice and different types of meat. My boyfriend couldn't stop talking about how good their green tea was! read more

Great atmosphere! Excellent service! Food taste great. Went there today for lunch and tried out the Com Tay Cam Thap Cam and with a mango smoothie on the side. So far the best mango I have been drinking. No adding artificial powder or sugar. A great balance of sweet. Also got an order for Togo. Must try vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll. We are so happy to have a solid pho place near us. The pho broth is very clean and flavorful (all you pho lovers out there will know what I mean). We also love the vermicelli (try the grilled pork, you won't regret it) and the crispy noodle dish. We used to dine in regularly during the olden days (pre-Covid), and just had take out tonight. Yum! Delicious food! Would highly recommend the B10 combo (choice of meat with shrimp and spring roll over vermicelli noodle) and C79 (grilled beef and white rice with side salad) Fast, friendly service. They greet you and seat you as soon as you walk in the door. Even though it was Sunday lunch rush (3/4ths full) our food was on the table in what seemed like ten minutes or less. Do not get the boba here. The smoothies are made from powder, nothing is fresh and the boba Pearl's are weirdly bitter and not sweet at all. I also found small pieces of cellophane while chewing the boba. It is disappointing how badly the smoothies were cuz the cashier assured us the smoothies were all made fresh with fresh fruit. I've never been to picky on Pho, BUT this place is by far my favorite Pho shop in the Burke/Annandale area. Very affordable and the Pho is full of flavor! They also never skimp you on meats and your bowls will always have a ton of whatever meats you order. The service is very friendly and there has never been any communication errors between me and the servers. Love the staff and love the food! read more

The food is always delicious and the customer service is good. My husband and I have been here several times and have never had a terrible experience. This location uses powder mix soup and it will mess up your digestive system. Need to go authentic pho where they cook and boil the soup for long time. Paid 7.95 for authentic pho while this place charged me 11.95. Bad pho and paying high price is due to high rent location. Go to Falls Church area for real pho and it will not upset your stomach. This place is fake pho. If you can't go to real place, I guess you have no choice but after having authentic pho, you can tell what I am talking about. I was also charged for another table's order. The place look nice and service was great but we disappointed with it's veggie pho. I'm vegan so it was veggies, tofu, and the noodles. I felt like the veggie broth was too watery, lacking flavor. The siracha helped though. I'd be back if they improved the flavor. read more

The interior impressively clean and modern looking. The broth here comes out hot and rides right in the middle (not too salty or too sweet). Noodle texture was on point (you can tell it's freshly cooked not reheated and not overly soft). There's even little sauce dishes for dipping set at the tables. Restaurant is clean and the utensils come wrapped up in sanitary paper pouch (for the germo-pho-bes out there). I tried the boba tea it was a great way to finish the meal. It's nice to get something sweet and cold to finish the meal. People seem to be a bit concerned about the price here but I think it's still worth the extra dollar or two. The food quality is good and ambiance and packing of the utensils are worth the minor cost difference. My family had been raving about this place for a while. I finally had the opportunity to try it when I had lunch in the restaurant on a weekday. It is a beautiful restaurant inside with nice ambiance. We ordered the egg rolls to start which were very tasty. I ordered the lemon grass beef stir-fry vermicelli (bun). The ingredients were very fresh and the beef had great flavor. My only complaint in that the beef was chewy and therefore a bit difficult to eat. But the portion size was big and I'm sure that if I tried a different bun variety (seafood, chicken, pork), I would be completely satisfied. This place is definitely worth a visit! read more

We came on a Saturday afternoon. This place was busy, and service was slow. We ordered chicken Pho and Rice with grilled pork. The Pho was the worst in the Fairfax area that I have had; the broth tasted like it was full of MSG, and the chicken meat was tough and tasted like frozen meat that was dropped into the broth. I had seen Pho Saigon yesterday as I was shopping at Safeway. I decided to pop in and I am so glad I did. I had the Number 38 (Round and Brisket). They only serve one size bowl here and for $10.35 I was pleasantly surprised. The bowl came out pipping hot. The broth was great on it's own, not too salty and not too sweet. The service was quick and I was able to sit anywhere in the restaurant. I was informed that this was their second day opened. I am glad there is a Pho place close by as it beats driving into Fairfax or Springfield for my Pho fix. I can't wait to go back for Bun Bo Hue as it came highly recommended. read more

The food selection here is great- you'll really be able to find something for everyone. The taste and portions are also excellent- I had a vermicelli noodle bowl with pork, which is essentially like if a spring roll exploded into a bowl. It comes with fish sauce to pour on top, which I absolutely love! My boyfriend ordered some kind of pho that he also agreed was delicious. It smelled great! The only tiny gripe we had was the service. We wanted to place an order for carryout, but the waiter just beckoned us over to a table rather than coming up to us and talking. We sat down and when a waitress came by, asked if we could order to-go. She seemed really taken aback that we would ask after we were seated and given glasses of water. She chided us and told us we had to go to the back bar to order. How were we supposed to know? We were just waved to a table! I felt very uncomfortable after that, but the food was great so I'd still consider it a 4-star experience. In the future, we will just call in our order and avoid the confusion :( read more

I live in the Burke area and usually I take the kids for pho down to Falls Church around Eden for pho or else to the PHO 75 place next to DC Sandwiches. Found this place a few months back and have been here a few times. Since it's name is Pho Saigon 75 I tend to just stick with the pho when I ordered. Really really good. The kids luv it. It's a lil' quaint place and the staff is nice. But the pho is really good. Broth is clear. Meat is plenty and the noodles are wonderful. I definitely will be coming back to this place so that I won't have to drive so far for the family pho fix. Nice JOB guys. I'll have to try the vermicelli or the bun bo hue next time. But i'm content with the pho for now. read more
