A nice Vietnamese restaurant located 10 minutes away from the ski resorts in Poconos. My friends and I were so hungry after our long snowboarding day and after eating American food during the whole trip we were ready to eat some Asian food. I'm glad the food was as good as the reviews I read before coming! We came a little short of an hour before they were closing but the place was lively with 3 other groups of people. Every 2 people shared an order of the fried crispy egg roll which was very good! They are known for the Bun Bo Hue which not a lot of places serve. It was delicious, flavorful and packed with lots of meat. Two of my friends got the Signature Pho with all the different types of meats and it was very good too. I got a grilled pork chop with beef rice vermicelli soup. The grilled pork chop was not too fat and perfectly marinated and grilled. And I'm glad it was on a separate plate rather than in the same bowl as my noodle soup. Then two of my other friends got some rice dishes and they looked yummy too! The Thai iced tea was standard - not too sweet, but not too strong either. Would like to try their other unique drinks next time! FYI - The restaurant has two spacious unisex restrooms for customers in the rear and parking lot in front.

We came were craving something hearty and close by after a snowboard trip to Camelbak Ski Resort and arrived at this restaurant just 13 minutes away. A truly authentic Vietnamese restaurant owned by Vietnamese people. Food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was really nice. They welcomed us with open arms when we came 30 minutes before closing. The pho noodles were cooked just right. I prefer a slight chew to mine. The broth was on the lighter side but still flavorful. There was a lot of variety of meat in the 8. Pho Dat Biet. Bon Bo Hue was incredibly flavorful, spicy, and full of different aromas. The char of the fatty grilled pork chop was so satisfying and satiating. I would definitely come back again during our annual snowboard trip.

Solid pho location in the poconos when you're craving a bowl. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly.

We decided to check out this restaurant based on the positive online reviews. The place is very clean and spacious. The servers were quick and friendly. Food came out rather quickly. The large bowls of pho were huge -- for only $1 more than the small. The grilled pork chops were delicious.

Wish this place was in the city!! Authentic. Hearty. Delicious. Huge portions! Great customer service!

Had the large combo pho and really enjoyed it. The tripe was the standout -- some of the best I've had compared to many other Pho spots. The rest of the bowl was solid and satisfying. Overall, a notch above average if you're craving a pho fix. Portions are decent, prices reasonable, service ok, and food came out fairly quickly. Bonus points for being spacious enough for larger groups with its own private lot parking.

Dined in after snowboarding and honestly there's nothing better for a cold day. Welcomed by the young lady and sat down quick. Noodles and milk tea were great

    #28 bun thit nuong

Best pork chop spring roll rice vermicelli noodle (#28 bun thit nuong cha gio) I've ever had! Even tops my go-to place in Flushing. If I'm ever back in the area I'll order their pho. Had a sip of their broth and it was top notch and had a super clean taste. Also try their drinks! The calamansi iced tea is amazing! Great service, great vibe. Authentic food. 5/5

It was empty but filled by the time we left. The inside is bigger than expected with plenty of tables. Service is excellent. There was only 1 waitress and she got very busy as more ppl came in so I hope more staff joins her for prime dinner time. We ordered pho, bahn mi, and wings. The pho and banh mi were excellent. Very authentic. Pho broth is spot on. Flavorful but not heavily seasoned or sweet. Noodles were perfectly cooked. The only thing missing is tripe! The bahn mi had perfect amount of cold cut to pate ratio and the bread was the right amount of soft/chewy. The wings were tasty too, cooked perfectly and not dry which is rare for wings in an Asian restaurant if you know what I mean. Overall such a great spot. If you're in the area I highly recommend you check pho bowl out!

My dad loved the steak & tripe pho. I enjoyed the shrimp pho. The side of vegetables to be added to the soup included lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts. There was no basil today. But it was all good! We started the meal with shrimp summer rolls as our appetizer, but ate them too quickly to get a photo taken of them. The peanut dipping sauce was yummy. We parked on the street at a parking meter. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around either before or after your meal. Right next to the theater. We took a peek in the grocery store next-door (owned by the same family) and found bok choy, dragon fruit, lychee, coconut for drinking, and lots of ingredients you would want for doing your own Vietnamese cooking. The restaurant is busy on a Monday night at dinner time. Good sign!

Nothing fancy, but modern and clean. We were in a bit of a time crunch so I didn't spend too much time looking at the menu. We ordered dumplings, chicken pho, and shrimp pho. Service was quick; we were in and out. Dumplings are fried, I didn't see if there was a steamed option. I prefer them steamed, but not their fault. Filling was flavorsome. My daughter liked the chicken pho, she liked it, but said the place we go to at home was better. The shrimp pho was good, broth was well developed. They give a nice portion of shrimp, which was nice. Some places can be a little skimpy. Great place to pop in for a quick bite.

It's around $13 per banh mi which is a little higher than some places, but the quality and portion make it worth it 100%. I got the S1 and S8. The S1 was really good and something I would definitely order again. It's my husband's favorite. The S8 was the chicken and it came out warm with steam! A lot of other places make it but it's still cold. I also liked how fresh the ingredients taste. Service takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the order to come out just as a heads up. One Only small critique is the bread. While I like a crispy baguette, this one is a bit too crunchy and can cut the roof of your mouth a little. So don't gobble it down fast like I did. If they made it just slightly less aggressive it would be perfect. Overall I would definitely go back for more.

Parking can be a bit tricky given its location near a major road, but there is metered parking right out front. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful packaging. Instead of wrapping everything in paper/foil (which traps steam and softens the bread), they use takeaway containers that keep the banh mi bread crispy and intact. The portions are generous! I don't think I've ever had a bahn mi with so much protein! I personally asked for extra cilantro on some of the sandwiches which is why the cilantro looks so obnoxious in the pictures. Everything was solid and satisfying! The lemongrass chicken bahn mi stood out with its aromatic flavor. The Saigon special bahn mi though, could've used a bit more presence from the mayo and pate to enhance the flavors. Sounds weird, but surprisingly, the sardines in tomato sauce bahn mi was better than it sounds. It was savory and definitely worth trying if you're feeling adventurous. The summer rolls were fresh, clean, and a great complement to the sandwiches. My only note: I wish the pickled carrots and radish had a bit more tang. They leaned mild rather than punchy. Overall, a reliable spot with thoughtful touches and flavorful options. I'd come back again.
