had lunch here on Saturday, it was a good experience. once seated a young woman who we assume was the owners daughter took our drink order and then our appetizer order along with meal order. our waitress was young but did an excellent job. we started with the fried wontons which were wonderful. my wife had the Pho Ga (chicken noddle pho) and I had the vermicelli meal with beef. my wife enjoyed her pho and I enjoyed the beef with all the noddles, cucumber, carrot and lettuce, it was a nice balance of ingredients. read more

Wanted to try this place since it opened. Very satisfied with my experience. Good flavorful pho. Fresh sides to add. The small bowl is plenty to eat! The egg rolls are small so a good appetizer. Bubble tea smoothie is delicious! Plenty of seating and there were a few large groups here that looked well served and didn't slow down our service all. Clean and friendly. Perfect for a later lunch. The menu has enough of a selection and the food on your plate looks just like the photos. The chicken and rice was delicious and my banh mi was perfect! The service was great and the server told us they're very busy 12-1, so going a bit later almost guarantees the noise level won't be too high. We'll be going back for more! read more

Ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight. It was very good! Tried the Tofu and Mushroom Pho soup and a dish that came with beef, shrimp and a couple of egg rolls. The Vegetable Pho was great. It came with fresh basil and cilantro, bean sprouts and jalapeños. Everything was 100% fresh. It was a nice surprise. I was less impressed by the second dish that we ordered, but it was still good. So glad that we have a good Pho place in Punta Gorda. I will definitely order from there again. read more

I like that they have a regular menu as well as a specials menu, including the usual cocktails and some special cocktails. I ordered the conquest, which seemed like a twist on an old fashioned. They offered bread or focaccia bread, I declined. And heads up- bread service is not included. It's an up charge. Normally I don't care but I was having dessert, not bread. I had the halibut special. It was phenomenal. One of the guys from the kitchen dropped it off and asked if I needed anything'- I replied salt. I find that I need salt often at restaurants. They brought the salt out real fast! I had a bite and determined it didn't need any more salt- it was perfectly salted! Woohoo! Fantastic. I ate my whole dish and then I savored my cocktail. The bartender wasn't much for conversation , as she was very busy, alone, covering the entire bar and drinks for the whole restaurant. She did invite me to try dessert, and mentioned a coconut cream cake that was not on the menu. I agreed to it and it was heavenly. Seemed like cheesecake icing with fluffy layers of cake and subtle coconut flakes throughout. The chocolate ice cream was weird at first but then I realized it's like almond joy/ mounds - coconut and chocolate are often paired. The espresso crumble gave it a nice crunch and there was caramel all over the plate. Wow! I took the majority of the cake home. It was a large portion and indulgent. I paid my tab and finished my drink. I was not rushed. I would go back again. It's a bit pricey. The fish special was $58. The cocktail was $17 and the dessert was $16. So one person, who did not add on the bread service, was $91. It's expensive. I would emphasize you can probably get a seat at the bar if you can't get a reservation. Also- the entrance is hard to find. It's in the parking lot and not facing the main road. I got a little lost walking there. The signage is poor. I can't imagine going there the first time in the dark. So give yourself a couple extra minutes if it's your first time going there.

Everything was great up until the end our dinner. My roommate and I sat there for 30 minutes after we were done eating waiting for someone to bring our check. When they finally did my roommate told our waiter she wanted a boba tea to go and he looked dumbfounded and said why didn't you tell me earlier? Umm she didn't have a chance sir. He was very rude about it and it also took a long time to make as they didn't seem sure how to from what it looked like. This place is yummy! So happy to have a Vietnamese place close to home and for it to be so delicious! I've been hoping for a great Vietnamese place to find its way to PG so I didn't have to continue driving to Cape Coral when the cravings hit! Back home, we've been to our fair share of hibachi restaurants where somehow the bill is huge, but the portions are tiny and you're wondering if you should stop for a burger afterward. Not here.
