Thank you Jessie for the exceptional service you made my very stressful day end on the happiest of notes. The food is always good and a great spot for a chill glass of wine. But Jessie keeps me coming back 10/10 recommend

    Salt & Pepper Tofu
    Jordon C.

I am obsessed with a good fried tofu, and therefore was met with disappointment. Soggy, bland, cold, and gushing with greasy oil. What happened to the salt and pepper? I legitimately could only taste oil, and it left a good grease film that coats my mouth even still as I type. Additionally, I asked for it to be as spicy as spicy can be. Fresh chilis or something, but alas their sriracha packets and chili oil were all they had, and did not bring the heat. Sincerely wondering how some reviews say the tofu was "the best they've ever had" because I'm sitting firm on the other end of the scale. Made quickly though, so that's nice.

    Pho Tom Yum rare Beef

Came here because it was the nearest pho place. Didn't know what to expect. Saw that they offered tom yum pho with different options of protein (including seafood). I have never seen that before at a pho place and I had to try it. It was delicious. I would just order this to be honest when I come back. One person was working today but she did a great job. Ambiance I could tell this place is popular, customers were coming in. I will be back

If you've been looking for late night pho in West LA, you'll have to check out this spot PHO SHOW! Super excited to have discovered this hidden gem Vietnamese fusion restaurant that's also dangerously close to my Pilates studio LOL. @officialphoshow 's menu obviously features pho, but also a variety of Vietnamese and Indochinese dishes such as banh mi, vermicelli, shaken beef, stir-fried noodles and fried rice. I definitely thought the food had an overall fusion, lighter taste than the authentic Vietnamese food I'm used to, but I liked the freshness of their ingredients and their generous portions. I was also pleasantly impressed with how nice the service and interiors/outdoor seating of the restaurant was, and I would definitely recommend checking this spot out for an affordable filling meal, a late night stop, or a nice date in the Culver City area! Featured here: rare steak and beef balls pho: I loved how generous their noodle portion was, but I wished there was a bit more meat and more flavor in the broth (although it's decent with a bit of lime + sriracha added) charbroiled shrimp vermicelli: probably my favorite dish! The shrimp was grilled perfectly, with a lovely smoky flavor without being overcooked, and all the salad greens and vermicelli noodles melded very well with this protein. I did wish the fish sauce was a bit more flavorful/pungent, but I get that's not very palatable to most people chicken banh mi: unfortunately, this was probably my least favorite dish of my meal. Both the meat and banh mi were insanely tough and hard to eat steamed rice with shaken beef filet mignon: I loved this dish and how well cooked the beef and jasmine rice were. While this dish was overall one of my favorites, I wished the beef had a bit more seasoning/wok flavor

Such a cute spot! Its nicely decorated! The service was AMAZING! Everyone was super sweet! They checked in on us various times! They were packed as the night went on! They also had so many to go orders! The food was really good! We tried some new dishes like the curry noodles!

Tom Yum Rare Steak Pho-Up close! No need to dress up this Pho!

My daughter & I love coming here when we get a craving for Pho! It's such a chill open dining atmosphere and a great place to gather and chat with your loved one's. I always enjoy the "Tom Yum Rare Steak Pho" which is already spicy and a well seasoned broth. The steak cooks immediately in the hot broth! My daughter orders the plain chx Pho cause she likes to dress hers up with sauces to taste! It's part of the whole experience of eating Pho, she tells me! My only complaint was the fishy taste of the crab wontons; it was freshly fried, but maybe the wonton itself was not as fresh. We will still return, we will just try a different appetizer next time ;-)

It was rainy and cold in LA, so Pho Show was perfect for lunch. I ordered the crab puffs. They were super light and tasty. I ordered the pho filet mignon with veggies. The broth was really good and full of flavor. The veggies were fresh and the portion size was nice. I would definitely check this spot out again. It does get crowded for lunch, but it's still a vibe.

When the food finally came, it was obvious it had been rushed. Everything was very mediocre and nothing was a "wow." The drinks were good, and the location itself is beautiful, but the food and service were disappointing. We'll stick with the Redondo Beach location.

The kind of spot you return to again and again because it simply never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent. The pho is deeply comforting, with a broth that tastes like it has been simmering all day the way a proper pho should. Everything tastes fresh, balanced, and made with care. Whether it's a bowl of noodles, grilled meats, or a crisp bánh mì, the flavors always hit that perfect point between bright herbs, savory richness, and clean simplicity. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Years later, it still tastes the same, still feels welcoming, and still delivers that satisfying feeling of knowing exactly where to go when you want something good. While I am not at all vegan, it can be a fantastic change of pace when trying a cuisine that is not at all my regular routine. Happily, Variable has tons of choices, and we loved what we got. I was drawn towards the 'N Seoul Bowl' (Korean spicy plant based pork, house marinated Kimchi, organic edamame, steamed organic spinach, carrot, steamed broccoli, onion , organic shiitake, topped with green onion and sesame seeds and side organic quinoa). So good, a bit spicy, and so many flavors on the plate it was impossible to not only love it, but I could not finish it, either. That goes from all their dishes. They are big, and in our experience, it came out piping hot soon after ordering it. My companion tried the 'Indian Tikka Masala' (homemade Indian curry, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, cabbage, chickpea, micro green, Served with blend wild Jasmin rice and Indian Flat Bread). Tastes so fresh, hearty, with just enough of a kick to it. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes, too. The burger that the table near us ordered looked fantastic. I gotta think that everything here is pretty dang great.
