Very good food and the service was great! They were super nice and you could tell they were happy for us to be there.

It was cold and raining and we were walking back to our car to get dinner elsewhere, we stumbled upon Emerald Thai Cuisine and I am SO happy that we did! It's cozy inside and our waiter was so kind and friendly. We ordered the pad see ew, yellow chicken curry, orange chicken and mango sticky rice. ALL we delicious and came out quickly. I especially loved my Thai iced tea. My husband got the Thai iced coffee and I'll be back for some on my sleepy days when I need an extra boost of energy! I really liked this spot, and I will definitely be bringing my family back again and again. Also! Upon getting home and looking over the receipt, we saw that we were accidentally overcharged and they were able to quickly refund us which was really nice. I appreciate that level of customer service.

My family has been coming here since I was in a stroller. My mom is Thai and since it's walking distance my mom would stop by for lunch/dinner and bring my sibling and I in the stroller to eat. Now 20 something years later my family and I still come here. Our absolute favorite is Khao Man Gai and Rad Na or Lad Na. I no longer live in town but whenever I come into town I stop by at least 2-3. Don't forget to get Thai Iced Tea. The only downside is that ever since the city put in the bike path, they took away the parking but you can still find parking close by. In n out is across the street to the right so just keep that in mind. Other than that all the food is amazing and the service is excellent as well. You won't be disappointed.

This is supposed to be Mongolian Beef Entree. Bell pepper over powers all flavor. Meet is very chewy and not tender. No Mongolian flavor.

Ordered 5 menu items and was very disappointed in half of my meal. My spicy beef salad was very sweet. No lettuce added at all. My Mongolian beef was very chewy. No Mongolian flavor. EXCESSIVE bell pepper flavor. The garlic rice with steamed chicken had NO garlic flavor, chicken was VERY bland. They mixed in burnt pieces of garlic which caused it to be very bitter. Tom Yum soup was good but it was extra for mixed seafood and only came with 1 shrimp. I did not enjoy my food at all. Very disappointed

Love it! Very competitively priced entrees at around $13.00 and the menu was pretty big. The front is very unassuming and I've probably walked by it one hundred times without ever visiting (but thinking I should at a later date). I finally decided to shun the In n Out next door and give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. I got the pad see ew with pork and it was stellar. Next time, the mango sticky rice!

Everything we ordered was delicious and packed with authentic flavors. The dishes with beef deserve a special shoutout because the meat was exceptionally tender. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The restaurant itself was modern, clean, and the service was friendly. The only issue is the parking lot, which is extremely tight. Finding a spot even for a quick takeout pickup can be a challenge. Also, be careful with the spice levels because the spicy dishes definitely pack a serious punch. Highly recommended!

It is charming and small with both indoor and outdoor seating. This whole corridor is so charming and neighborhood friendly. The café itself was bright, chic, and cozy. We ordered the veggie rolls and the royal shrimp as our appetizers. They have a pretty extensive drink menu for a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the lychee milk tea and my friend ordered the house Thai iced tea. I got the Creamy Tom Kha Chicken Noodle soup with a side of brown rice, my friend ordered the Yellow Curry, and my other friend ordered the Soft Shell Crab Curry. Everything tasted really good. Nothing was too spicy, especially my dish -which I asked to be medium spicy- and my friend who can't do spicy foods was able to eat it too. The pricing was commensurate with the quality, locale, and atmosphere. I'm knocking off one star because it took a long time for someone to take our orders. I think they were waiting until our entire table was seated, but they could have at least taken our drink and appetizer orders while we waited for our third person to join us. But after that initial hiccup, Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come here again if we are in the area!

My sugar sugar and I were looking for a place to have lunch with our daughter and saw this out the corner of our eyes. We pass it all the time but never thought to stop. One thing I love is some good Thai food. I'm from Long Beach and we're know for Thai food! So I have high expectations!!! There's certain cultures that absolutely cook with love and Thai food is at the top of that list. The marriage of flavors are unique and divine. BKK101 does just that!! We were greet with warmth and offered to sit anywhere we like. Since our daughter is young they brought us a high chair and a kids cup to keep her occupied (thank you!). I love the look and feel of the place. Small but inviting. We ordered veggie spring rolls, shrimp pineapple fried rice, and yellow curry with tofu. The curry came with a side of white rice too! Spring rolls were delicious with the right amount of crunch but the sauce. The sauce. The sauce. Yummers! Almost licked the plate! Yellow curry with tofu was heavenly. The right amount of heat, flavor and veggies. I loved the potatoes and carrots and the baby did too! But the show stopper for me was the pineapple fried rice. Who would have thought cashews and raisins in some rice would taste so good!!!! It was cooked perfectly!!! Right amount of curry and veggies. I wanted it for myself but my mama taught me that sharing is caring. All items were piping hot meaning, they cook to order. (Chefs kiss inserted here) When I say this place was so good we actually went back a week and a half later and took another daughter with us. Got literally the same dishes cuz they were sooooo good! BKK101 Thai Cuisine is officially our "Thai Spot". Thank you for sharing your story through food with us.

Perfectly cooked shrimp with Pad See Ew, fried tofu in the green curry, the fan fave when tigers cry Tri-tip, plus much more. We were blown away. I searched Yelp for a good Thai restaurant nearby and suggested Natalee. Everyone agreed, so we decided to give it a try. I actually remember coming here a very long time ago -- exactly 11 years ago, back in 2015. At that time, I had dinner here with a friend who was living in West LA. Even though it was 11 years ago, I still remember that experience so clearly, almost like it happened yesterday. I remember the food being absolutely delicious, and I think it stayed in my memory because this restaurant was also a very popular and trendy place at the time. On Sunday, August 2rd, I came here again for a family lunch with my mom, my mom's friend who was visiting from Korea, and everyone else. We ordered Tom Yum Shrimp Soup, Pad Thai, Beef Pad See Ew, California Curry (Yellow Curry), Heavenly Combo (Fried Rice), White Rice, and Coconut Juice. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, and another thing I like is that parking is free. I think I will definitely come back here whenever I crave Thai food in the future. After the meal, they gave us complimentary fortune cookies and almond cookies. My fortune cookie had a really positive message inside, which made me feel even happier. The almond cookie was also delicious. It wasn't overly sweet, and I really enjoyed the flavor and texture.

What bothered me most was that nobody mentioned this beforehand. If I hadn't asked, I never would have known. The seafood portions were also very small--the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and calamari were each about the size of a quarter. I'm not kidding l, lol. The fish was the only generously sized portion.
