One of the better places in town for Vietnamese food. Service has improved in the last couple of years with old management back but still not like it used to be that made this place what it is. Food is great especially their charbroiled pork. That goes well with anything (rice or noodles). Prices have also gone up quite a bit on everything since reopening with the pandemic but that's been consistent with most of the restaurants in the area which makes it tough to justify coming here quite as often. read more

Ordered Pho Ga. Broth was good and chicken was all white meat. Service was typical for a Vietnamese place. You sit, order, and eat. No BS. I also ordered spring rolls, and they were a little dry. Still good, but didn't feel fresh. Nice place inside, had a lot of people, so felt good about the food. read more

Pho So 1 is located on the south side of Spring Mountain Road (next to the SF Market) and just east of Decatur Road. It's actually pretty easy to find as it is near the inner corner of the complex. I came here several years ago and had a pretty underwhelming experience (2 stars). We find ourselves at SF Market sometimes and today we decided to give Pho So 1 another shot. This was a MUCH better experience! -Interior definitely got an overhaul. Last time I was in there they had some old, tired looking booths. Now the place has plenty of tables spaced throughout the floor and just plain looks a lot cleaner. - Service is MUCH better than last time. We were seated very quickly and service was fast and friendly. The entire staff always wore their masks and tables were spaced out for social distancing. - Food was tasty and portions were generous! I had the #29 combo which included 2 broiled pork chops, a portion of rice with an over easy egg on top, plus salad and cucumber slices (w/ a side of sweet and sour sauce). The rice was cooked perfectly and the pork chops were delicious! I was really glad I checked this place out again after all these years. I'm excited to check out other menu items on future visits! 4 stars. read more

Wow. I have never had a pho ribeye before and this beef noodle soup is the bomb! Loaded with juicy slices of ultra-tender ribeye in a super flavorful broth. It was absolutely delish! They don't skimp on the meat either like other Pho restaurants! It's possibly one of best life's pleasure on a cold night. I am so happy I got to enjoy the pho here! read more

The only place that I go for pho is here. Their soup is authentic and absolutely delicious. Their pho Dac Biet is a great value and has a complete combination of tender meats cooked to perfection. I also usually order their broken rice combination with barbecue meat and egg patty and shredded pork. The service is quick and friendly. The ambience is family friendly and not too noisy. I would highly recommend this place if you are craving for good pho. read more

Pho is really simple it's either good 5 stars or yuck 1 star. In my opinion this phở is 1 star. Pho is super bland, I don't think they taste it before serving. I had to ask for fish sauce otherwise it's like eating plain water. If you decide to try it for yourself, make sure you ask for the beef fat broth with green onions. Otherwise you can't taste anything. On a positive note, Servers are nice and helpful. read more

Went during lunch and the place was really busy. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were immediately seated. For being as busy as it was, it was not too loud which was nice. You were able to still have a conversation without raising your voice. Our food was brought to us fairly quickly. I ordered the Oxtail pho, which was ok. I was expecting the soup to have more flavor than it did. The meat tasted the best and it was cooked perfectly. I would visit again but, I would order something different. read more

Whether you're hung over from a night of partying and need to breathe some life back into your soul, or you're just craving some great Viet food and pho, look no further. Wait to be seated at the entrance, order with server, pay at front desk when you're done as no bill is brought to table. Service is generally fast even for walk-ins outside of peak hours. Did I mention you'll always be greeted with a smile? The owner has so much positive energy its infectious. Bad luck streak on the tables? You're sure to break it with a visit here. House combination pho hit the spot. The broth is amazing and they provide the usual bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeño. I was blown away by the amount of meat they provide in the large pho order. Rare beef, fatty beef, tripe, tendon, no meatball but it was still quite filling! Delicious cha gio (fried egg rolls - 4 per order, sorry I accidentally ate one before I took the pic I was so hungry!) with a really great assortment of greens - mint, pickled carrot and radish, lettuce. Their fish sauce is tasty and compliments well. If you're craving fried rice or steamed rice dishes, I've tried several and have yet to be disappointed. Ask for a side of pho broth if you go this route - pairs perfectly! The vinegar hotpot is a great option for sharing with a rice dish. Quick to be seated and service. Hardly any waiting time in between. Food came in maybe 5-10mins within order. Ordered: - Small Combination Pho - Pork Chop with Fried Rice - Thai Tea with Boba Combination Pho was mixed well with different types of beef meats. There was a good meat portion to noodles ratio. Meat was all cooked well done, noodles was just right. My dad got the Pork Chop with Fried Rice and liked it alot too. He said the pork is very tender. Thai Tea is standard flavor and sweetness. It had maybe too much ice, and the boba wasn't good. Ambiance is spacious and full of seatings for both small and big parties. read more

at last Vegas and wanted some soup and yelp bought me here with all the high reviews. This place is legit, owned and operated by Vietnamese. 1) service, just like most pho places aren't going to expect good service so I'm not going to be picky about it. 2/5 2) food quality, the soups are legit, but the bowl is kinda small for large. The beef quality isn't as good as some Bay Area pho. 3) cleanses, again I'm not going to be picky about its 3/5 Overall this place is solid and we would return again when we are at Vegas unless something else popped up. read more

First time in Vegas, with a party of 7. Cold weather and we were craving soup! Came around 12-1pm busy time of the day but waited about 10 mins or so. Clean seating, communication is key, waiter took our orders and even repeated our orders out loud. Honestly most places should do this, it gives customers assurance. Took about 5-10 mins or so for all of the apps and main food to arrive. The server made it very clear on who's dish he had and properly placed on the table. Broth here is so GOOD! I've been coming here since I moved to vegas in 2019. It was hard to find a pho spot that matched the quality back at home in Denver. This is my go-to spot every time. Service is really good and we got seated pretty quickly even though we came at a really busy time so that was great! The egg rolls are really good, but the fish sauce was heavily watered down. The pho is also pretty good if you're looking for something on the cleaner side, broth is a little less salty than other places. I really liked that you can pick the meats in your pho, they have about six options and you can pick 3 of the 6 and create your own pho. read more

Service is fast and food is good! Love their pho and egg rolls. And their chili oil is super bomb. Unfortunately they don't sell the chili oil so the only way to get it is by dining in. So we always stop by here every time we visit Vegas. read more

We just moved to Vegas from San Jose, so still in search of the best pho. Pho So 1 fell a bit short. Pho Dac Biet - broth was on the sour side and wasn't hot enough. They don't have fresh noodles, but their normal noodles were good. It was chewy and didn't break apart. No meatballs in the dac biet, which normally has every meat. Pho ap chao don (crispy pan fried pho)- hard pass on this. The meat was just their tai meat, unseasoned and stir fried in gravy. The noodles were really flat and stale. That's the plaza which others may know more for being the home of the smaller SF Supermarket, or both Sushi Neko and its younger sister Neko Supremo. This spot is above Supremo, and ideally you'll wanna park in the small uphill parking lot that's the same height as the second floor. I was born into the Vietnamese diaspora and have experienced some of the best of what California has to offer. Since moving to the Vegas area over a decade ago, I've tried Vietnamese restaurants here. Very few have come close to approaching the variety or quality of what I know great Vietnamese food can be. But when I ordered the Pho Dac Biet ($17.00) here today, I was surprised to find myself enjoying it more and more with every slurp of broth and bite of the various proteins. A small squeeze of lime helped a lot even though the broth wasn't on the sweet side. The spice profile lingered even after I left the place. Most of the meats were great except for the rare steak tasting a bit bland. My main issues were the basil portion feeling a little stingy, the overall portion also feeling pricey (it's not a large bowl), and the flank steak not being cut into small enough pieces. Those hunks were way out of proportion compared to the quartered meatballs and everything else. I also noticed a happy hour special masquerading as lunch: two specific grilled pork entrees offered at a discount 2-6pm on weekdays. I took home a Banh Mi Thit Nuong ($3.99 special price) for dinner. The marinade is strong enough and sweet and there may be some very slight charring, which makes a huge difference in the rare cares I get it in one of these sandwiches. The other ingredients are fresh enough. It is a justifiable buy at regular price ($7.00), but is an unbeatable deal when discounted. Pho & More is a huge step in the right direction for a Vegas Viet food scene that is seemingly in perpetual failure to launch. This is the strongest recommendation I have to give for something that is not a real 5-star spot: please go and support them if you want the Vietnamese food scene to succeed here, get a good bowl of pho and/or a cheap weekday grilled pork dish, and maybe gasp at the actual durian in their fridge while you're at it.
