    Brisket & Flank Pho
    Sheila K.

It was 100°+ in Vegas and yet we still felt the need to go get Pho... ha! They were pretty packed but we still managed to get seated right away, party of 4. Lots of tables/seats. Staff was friendly. Worked quickly... never did come around to give me a water refill though (I drink a lot of water). There wasn't anything that screamed out at me aesthetically but I also never really expect that at a pho restaurant. Oh, & they kept it tidy. As for food: my sister ordered eggrolls to share. Her husband ordered one of the Rice plates (pork? didn't try it), and the rest of us got Pho (I got Brisket & Flank, they got Oxtail). Eggrolls were decent. The sauce was alright. The pho got the job done, but I wasn't fully satisfied. Honestly, everything was good but didn't really leave a lasting impression... I've had better. I don't necessarily feel the need to go back, but if my sister or anyone wanted to, I also wouldn't mind it. Again, it was good... just not the best I've ever had. Anywho, we were in and out of there, tummies full... all you need, right?

I ordered the Combination Pho and menu #24 (can't remember the name!) the portions were huge, definitely more than I could finish. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and everything tasted really good. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only small downside was the Coke Zero, it came from the fountain, so it didn't have that fizzy kick I was hoping for. A little disappointing, but not a dealbreaker.

I came here last May 2024 and had really bad service. They were really busy so understandable. I decided to give it a try again this time, May 2025, and had really good service this time. I ordered a pho with rare steak and meat balls. The broth was okay. I think this place has good food but I think I've had better tasting broth. If you're looking for a pho place this is a safe option.

#7. Dat Biet $16.25 for a large combination pho.

Menu looks like a good legit Viet restaurant. But this is Vegas. In comparison to LA SGV/OC, this place's food quality and taste reminds me of super cheap pho restaurant? Vegas is town, also in a landlock state, very middle America culture...so maybe Vegas pho leans maybe in between middle America and LA/OC? For Vegas = that's amazing that the dishes actually taste like what it's supposed, even if it's not good. Many Vegas places have dishes that don't event taste like the dish name. Vegas is confusing; just think of it as London...the food looks really good, and then you bite into it, and your banh mi taste like American potatoe salad haha The SO was just happy that the pho noodles were done not bad lol Thast how low the bar is in Vegas. Socal reference: This place would be above banh mi che cali (which I think of as super cheap take out street food) but below the normal average everyday places...and it would survive because it's super duper cheap, cash only, sticky tables type of place haha #7. Dat Biet $16.25 (large combination pho) - Flank was too tough even for my SO, meat eater lover who usually doesn't care much. Broth taste flavor = msg? Or something generic. Missing something actual broth flavors. SO thinks it's very slightly on the sweeter side. But noodles are fine.. something you never really have to care about in LA/OC. But in Vegas, just getting basics kinda done for is difficult to find in Vegas. Update: Nm, not msg. We didn't feel as crappy as we would from overly msg places. So maybe this place could a possible contender to try again? #30. Com Ga Roti $16.95 (tomato rice with roasted hen) - This was too salty for me (but I got the half that was too salty, rest was fine). Rice was whatevers too. Was overly fried? Really liked that they offered a lot of pickled diakon, and cucumbers sides. We wouldn't get this again. I was warned by other Yelper (whose from an area with plentiful Pho before) about how pho is in Vegas...pretty much nonexistent for those who likes pho. There's plenty of Vegas pho/middle America pho though. 3% fee is your use credit card. We were fine with that since we didn't bring cash. SO says yes down to come back. He thinks this is the least sucky pho so far. I dunno. I might just give up on eating pho in Vegas. And just have it maybe every other month or 2x a year from a friend making it homemade, or when cisit LA SGV or OC.

Was trying a new matcha place close by and got hungry and stumbled upon this place. Service was super fast and nice staff. Pretty big space and nice and quiet. Lots of parking. I always order fresh spring rolls for appetizer. So good I only you the last of it in my pictures. Big portion size. Definitely would recommend and good price.

Food rating 4.5 stars. ...still waiting for half stars for ratings, Yelp... Our waiter seemed unhappy. Demeanor wasn't friendly as he took our orders. Other friendly servers thay brought out our food made up for his grumpiness. The restaurant itself is a good size. They were able to easily accommodate for our party of 16. There is a 3% card fee if you use credit card here. I got the banh canh with pork and shrimp. The broth was flavorful and beautifully clear. The udon in it were perfectly cooked as were the pork belly and shrimps. I loved it. We also got the fried egg rolls/spring rolls. They were quite heavy and dense. Good flavor, but not foodgasmic. After eating one of those, I couldn't finish my udon. Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered a large. Lol. Something to be mindful of if you order them. I took a spoonful of the pho broth just to taste. That was also beautifully clear and flavorful. Great beefy broth for pho. They are generous with their meat offering in their pho. I feel you get your value worth. Side note. There are no banh mi on their menu. I would come back next time I'm in Vegas.

    Small Pho Tai Sach Nam

Ended Vegas the right away after a hefty night out and of course we had to end at pho! I've been going to a different place, but wanted to give this place another try based off the reviews. I got the Small Pho Tai Sach Nam. The portion was perfect and they didn't skimp out on meats! Unfortunately, the broth was a bit oily and tasted too light for me. It was still a delicious bowl nonetheless and perfect for the ride home. Our server did not disappoint. So attentive and quick! Maybe I'll come back to try the other stuff offered.

    Small pho tai chin

Great and fast service. Prices are good. I ordered a small pho tai chin and a Vietnamese coffee. Broth was hot and flavorful. The pork eggrolls were also very crispy. Everyone in here is Viet so you know it's authentic. Would come back again.

    Large and crispy egg rolls

Servers were on point and soft spoken, pretty fast service. Large portion of noodles with bowl of pho. Broth was flavorful, and I couldn't finish my bowl the number 7. Egg rolls were good and crispy. Restaurant is surrounded with a lot of competition but I would definitely return.

Pho So 1 is pretty big for a pho restaurant so there's plenty of seating. It's also in a big Asian strip mall so there's lots of free parking too. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered the Pho Bo with brisket and tendon, Ribeye Pho, and a cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. I don't see many places offering tendon so I was really happy to see it being offered here! Coffee was really good and smooth. Pho broth was very clean, savory, and came piping hot just how I liked it! Tendon and brisket pieces were delicious and good portions.

The food here was a pretty generous portion. There was a lot of protein in the pho bowl that I had. The staff were super nice and very welcoming. And the atmosphere wasn't too noisy, so it's great for a group outing. I minus 1 star because the noodles just didn't taste like how pho noodle should taste like. Think of it having the chewy and after taste of rice paper. I would expected the noodles to be a bit more firm.

Good food! Huge portions! Good option if you're craving Vietnamese food outside the strip.

Have they permanently closed? Do they have a sister restaurant with the same good food?

Hi we are temporarily closed. But we don’t know the exact date for reopening yet. Please come visit our sister restaurant Viet Noodle Bar, 5288 W Spring Mountain Rd, our menu is very similar. Thank you. We appreciate your support.

Is there vegetarian or vegan options?

I eat the Vegetarian Pho and similar soups every time. Its meatless. Is it Vegan?, I am unsure. It is meatless and they use rice noodles.

Does anyone know if for their chicken pho they use chicken broth or ginger broth?
