First dining experience here was excellent. We ordered the vermicelli with eggrolls and pork, pho with flank, and banh xeo. It was a very tasty pleasing meal. I will be back for sure. Went about 130p on a Friday. Restaurant was not even half full, so no wait to be seated. I knew what we wanted because it's always what we get. Menu is pretty extensive, but we just go for the usual. There is no Banh mi because this is a noodle Restaurant. I'm a fan of Banh xeo. It was great and filling. Love the crispiness of the outside, good amount of filling. The eggrolls and pork in the vermicelli bowl were also on point. Crispy eggrolls and tasty. Pho was also satisfying, only issue is, we don't care for grisly type meats, no tendon, no tripe etc. But I guess fatty beef means it's gonna have gristle. Not a fan, well stick with chicken or shrimp next time. Love the decor of the restaurant, table seating is kinda like cafeteria for the interior tables, but it was empty, there are booths over on the walls. I really didn't pay alot of attention to much because I was enjoying my food! Service was great, fast and efficient.

Today we're diving into a steaming bowl of Vietnamese comfort food right here in Las Vegas! We visited Pho Vietnam Restaurant to try their famous pho noodle soup--and let's just say, it did not disappoint. From the rich, aromatic broth to the perfectly cooked noodles and tender slices of beef, this spot might just be serving up some of the best pho in town. Great Customer Service and Nice Ambiance! Is it worth the hype? Should you add it to your Vegas food bucket list? This place is definitely a hole in the wall for authentic food. The restaurant is split in two between Vietnamese cuisine and Chinese seafood. We were there for Vietnamese food and so was everyone else. We got hot tea as soon as we sat down and I surprisingly drank 4 cups! It was maybe a green tea mix but very comforting. We all tried the seafood combination pho - S1 is the way to go! I got rice noodles and hunny got egg noodles. Apparently, looking around at other tables, a lot of customers got the same thing. Definitely the hot spot for this type of pho. Broth was super flavorful and noodles were perfect consistency. The noodle dish was perfect to eat the way it is when it comes out. I added some sriracha and chili to my broth but later regretted because I feel like I ruined the integrity of the original soup flavor. Instead try dipping your meat on the side to preserve the integrity of the soup flavor. I finished most of my food even though I was stuffed; they do not skim on their portion sizes! The server asked if we wanted Chinese fried bread to go with our soup and I'm glad we got it! It came out hot and crispy and I almost ate my whole piece before my main dish a came out. It was still crispy after waiting to eat. Server kept our tea pot filled.

Vietnamese Egg Rolls: these egg rolls exceeded my expectations slightly. Fried to golden brown, these egg rolls have the utmost crispiness without any bitter-burn taste. Embedded in the crispy skin you will find some minced pork and marinated carrot and cabbage slices. Dipped in the complementing fish sauce, these egg roll will have a crispy texture with a fine balanced sour and savory flavor. A solid option! Charbroiled Pork Rice: a plate of rice served under a staple amount of charbroiled porked -garnished by green onions. And sided by some picked radishes, carrots, and cucumbers. Underwhelming dish in my opinion, the charbroiled Pork is lacking a bit of the smoky flavor that I look for. The rice themselves comes at a generous amount as well, coupled with the pork, this dish will fill you up with a very reasonable price. Charbroiled Pork Vietnamese Bun: the vietnamese buns are often overshadowed by pho, and this was my first time trying this cuisine. I was very surprised at the layers of flavor it packaged! The buns are beautifully toasted to crispy, thin layer of mayo, and a generous layers of veggies. These veggies include bell peppers that will give you a light kick of spiciness which elevates the flavors of the sandwich. Lastly the charbroiled Pork, similar to the rice, is lacking flavors a bit in my opinion. But this really was an eye opening experience. Overall, Vietnamese Pho Restaurant is a pho spot that is similar to the majority of pho shops in town. With nothing really standing out and nothing that disappoint, it is kinda just there.. it's not a place that jumps to mind when I am craving pho, but it is one of the many pho shops that will flash through my mind as I look for a quick pho meal to satisfy my cravings.

I love this place !! It's one of my many favorites in china town . I love that is super chill and low key , up top on the corner away from everything . I mostly like coming here during winter but any season the food is great . We usually family style everything because every portion is huge . We've tried : garlic and green chillin pan seared scallops, salt & pepper calamari, pho , pork chops entree with salad and rice . Those are the items I usually regularly order for us to share . They serve you complimentary jasmine tea in the beginning of your meal and I love that . I took some pictures of the menu they have 2 menus because it's also a seafood spot /Vietnamese. Fair prices , great food . Nice hideout ? ;) great family spot

WALK AWAY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! 15 years previous Vegas resident visiting for the new year. I was having a massive cravings for PHO soup. So I head out to my favorite spot PHO KIM LONG. Unfortunately, the line was crazy long as always but it was too freaking cold outside to wait. I thought this place would satisfy my cravings. CONS: 1. Rude old man at the front desk. He gave me the most shitty look like "Why do you come here to eat?" First RED FLAG on the DON'T EAT HERE! OUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! 2. Patiently waited what seems like an eternity without any servers smiling and asking you if you have been helped. ZERO eye contact and a prime example WHAT NOT TO DO in a "Customer/Service Industry". Note that this restaurant is big but barely have any customers on a weekend dinner rush. RED FLAG#2 on the DON'T EAT HERE! OUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! 3. You will be treated here like a second class citizen. While patiently been waiting, a huge asian family walked in waited probably 2 mins tops and orders taken and served within 3 mins tops. I thought I was in a TV Show of What Would You Do? Because I thought someone was testing my patience. RED FLAG#3 on the DON'T EAT HERE! OUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! 4. I have to raise and wave both my hands up like I'm Tom Hanks in the movie Cast Away searching for some "customer service". Well with my luck, I got rude old man in the front attention. He asked "What do you wanna eat?!" I was like DENG no apology for the wait and again ZERO freaking smile! Seriously? RED FLAG#4 on the DON'T EAT HERE! OUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! 5. Finally got my soup and it's the smallest bowl of Pho you will get in Vegas! You might as well order a freaking kids happy meal at Mc Donalds with this size. The soup was bland and noodles are overcooked! Though the bowl was kid size small, I barely finished the soup with absolute disappointment. RED FLAG#5 on the DON'T EAT HERE! OUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! PROS: Lesson learned never to come back and share my disappointing experience here. Plenty of other great and new restaurants here in China town. TIPS: Go check out other Yelps review on this restaurant. You would notice that my review will most likely the most recent one. This will give you a clue that not a lot of people come to this restaurant. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019! BE SAFE!

Was very good. Cleared up all my sinus and I can breathe! A lot of food. Seems like the place is really busy..but people eat fast and food comes out fast. I enjoyed it.

honestly one of my top viet/chinese restaurants in the area. mainly bc of rice paper imperial rolls, but most def appreciate the staff and food quality. tea is given once seated (bonus) if you're in the area give this one a shot, and then get your shopping done at the ranch 99 downstairs. thanks guys for a great meal post staycation!

I originally came here to eat at Capital Seafood Restaurant, not realizing that it shares a space with Pho Vietnam. With two menus to choose from, I ordered from both! The Combination Pho #2 has flank steak, tripe, and meatballs (my favorite!) and a solid, complex broth. This was better than another nearby version I had recently, but not the best I've had in town. Amount of noodles was extremely generous. I only had a little of this dish, BF at the majority and felt ill afterward. Service was typical for Chinatown plaza- you order, you receive your food, and you have to hunt them down for anything else.

When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.

The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
