It took me three tries to eat here. They were unexpectedly closed twice and today, it's opened. 10am and they already ran out of thighs. I came back at a later time and I finally was able to order the chicken thigh. It was good. I love their broth and their liver, heart, a gizzards were so good. Their signature dish is their ginger, garlic fish sauce. Wow, it's so good! I highly recommend you go to this restaurant early in the morning. It's more of breakfast or lunch place. I would go early to get all the chicken thighs and drumsticks before they run out. For Thinsulin fans, you can just order pho without the noodles. This would make it green light. I highly recommend this place. I gave this place a 5 stars for its food, not for its service or availability.

Still my all time Pho Ga spot! Go at random times to avoid the lines! Cash only!!! I like how I can order Pho Ga Tuoi Uc with no slimes & bones. This place makes it easier to eat!

I come here pretty often and support this place but today was pretty annoying. Arrived here at 12pm with my party and didn't get seated til 40 - 50 mins later and mind you they have a list where you put your name down outside by the door. What's the point of having your customers write down their name and party of number for the workers here to only skip you and call parties that came right after you? Shit makes ZERO sense to me. Sometimes it's also a hit or miss if they have thigh or not otherwise you're left with breast. I really do love coming here but it's getting to the point where it's not even worth waiting that long for chicken anymore when I could take my business elsewhere and be done with a meal. My party finally got seated as I'm typing this out. And still we have to wait 30 extra minutes for our order to come out. lmao what in the hell....... Moral of the story is, just order to go for the future that's including myself. I really love eating here but today was not it. Food is great I'm not going to knock that. Because no other spots make pho ga this good along with their nuoc mam/ginger dipping sauce that goes with it. Their dish here is goated but please be more organized with seated your customers. 2 stars for today because I don't understand what went down..

I don't understand how this place is all hyped and deserves the long wait times, settling for whatever chicken pieces are left, and mediocre, I don't care for the customers attitude. I only came here because it was after a memorial mass nearby and our party of 8 came right before they opened at 9am. The service is typical nonchalance and you have to flag down your server if you are missing anything, like my drink after all the bowls were brought out. The actual setup with the ginger fish sauce is typical and the separation of chicken pieces from the actual noodles and broth is more unique because usually, they're combined. The actual flavor was nothing special IMO and waaaayyy too many noodles for the ratio of broth. I couldn't even finish half of it. The herbs were fresh and the fish sauce was flavorful. I cannot see myself waiting here for a table during prime time hours. Plenty of other dining spots.

Very good food and fresh chicken. Rice chicken is good also. The one thing I dont like I feel like everything is not very clean. I bring my baby towel to clean the table. Service is good. But almost the time I need to wait to get the line.

Chicken to eat with chicken vermicelli soup

Food is good. But the way the serve food is terrible. You order chicken pho, they'll bring you a chicken dish like this then 20 minutes later bring out bowl of pho / vermicelli soup. Im not so sure what the purpose of serving this dish of chicken alone is without any sauce or anything to eat with. Are they expecting us to eat this alone and the pho separately? By the time the Pho comes out, the chicken is cold. Not only that chicken is always unavailable, regardless when you come. We once came at 9:30am, and there's no chicken thigh ready, if want thigh then have to wait another 20-30 minutes.

If you do go, go early because they are popular! The restaurant is small but has plenty of tables. Although they fill very fast! The servers mostly speak no English to very broken English. This restaurant specializes in chicken. Chicken and rice, chicken and noodles... chicken. Their cuts are chicken breast, leg or wings. Note that only one person at your table can order wings. The day we went there was a half hour wait for legs. So essentially one person could order wings and the others pretty much had to order breast pieces. The broth is very yummy. The chicken is flavorless so you need sauce. Their Hainan chicken sauce is pretty yummy. I did add chili.

This place is so inconsistent with their chicken, the quality has gone down. For 2 orders of mien ga it was $36 and not worth for what was given. My parents had to throw away the chicken they had asked for. Basically $36 down the trash and not getting full off of. This place also only takes cash which is rlly annoying and I would not recommend coming here. My dad also got food poisoning once from this place as well so be careful!

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

I'm a bit late getting around to writing this, and unfortunately, they are already closed, but I still felt like I had to share my experience. I'm not completely surprised that they closed, especially after trying their bò né. I've had this dish many times at different places around Orange County, and unfortunately, this was probably the weakest version I've come across. The first thing that stood out was the presentation. As you can see in the picture, there was this purple-colored sauce on the meat itself, which honestly did not look very appetizing. To make things worse, the sauce was cold and did not heat in time with the skillet, which really took away from the experience. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. Hopefully, they can take this experience as a lesson, refine their recipes, and bring something better in their next venture. I am rooting for you Loi!

They open early, making it a perfect breakfast spot for an early bowl of pho. The pho broth is exactly what I want when I'm craving comfort food--clean, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. However, the star of the meal for me was the chả giò. Wow. Although they arrived after our pho, they came out at the perfect temperature. I was hesitant to take a bite right away because freshly fried food usually burns my mouth, but these were just right. Crispy, airy, savory, and absolutely delicious.
