Highly recommend this place if you're looking for pho/vietnamese food. Went as a party of 3 and we liked it so much we came back 3 days in a row. Small mom and pop shop located less than 5 minutes from Sam's hotel. I can't remember the name of our server but she was the niece of the owner? She told us her uncle was from overseas and everything is made in house from a family recipe. Super nice lady, made each visit enjoyable. This spot is like a hidden gem, neighborhood seems a little bit sketchy(?) so we weren't expecting to find a place like this. You can definitely tell it's family run, when we first walked in on day one we saw an auntie folding spring rolls at one of the tables. We wanted something to replenish our energy since all of us drained and we decided on three bowls of pho and a bbq pork rice dish with 2 extra fried eggs. We got 3 steaming bowls of pho right away and I could not have been more excited. That first sip of soup was heavenly. You could tell the bone broth had been simmered for a long time because it was so flavorful. The beef was tender too. Everyone was exhausted, so this really hit the spot for all of us. The barbecue pork dish was delicious. I don't usually go out of my way to order this, but this was a pleasant surprise. The fish sauce well with the rice and the pork chop. The pork chop was seasoned to perfection. The dish usually comes with one fried egg, but we opted for two more so that we can all share evenly and the eggs are fried perfectly. The yolks were still runny and somehow pairing it with the sauce and pork just made it taste even better. Honestly we enjoyed it so much that we came for the next 2 days. Each bowl of pho was delicious. I was so satisfied and my stomach left happy. I also really liked that the pricing wasn't too different from New York. I would say this place is a MUST TRY if you're looking for good home cooked Vietnamese food while in Las Vegas. I think the family deserves the support and I was just really happy overall with my visit each time.

I live around the area and I usually go to spring mountain (china town) to get some pho, wanted to try something near by so I saw this small location. The area it's self is kinda sketchy and the inside looks like they are closing and half of the restaurant with inventory. Which I don't really mind but I can see why it could affect business. I noticed two older people working. This must be a family owned business. The food its self had a nice flavor I enjoyed the pho. The egg rolls where really crispy on the outside which I liked. Overall it's a nice local spot for locals if you can get passed the decoration and location.

Wanted to eat pho today & came across this spot, it's right across from Sam's Town so the location was convenient. The place is nothing too fancy, but lots of seating. Definitely a family run shop, where grandma was the server & I'm sure the other family members in the kitchen. My pho order came out pretty quick & piping hot. The Vietnamese ice coffee definitely woke me up for the rest of the day. Awesome service, great food choices & very fair prices. I do recommend & will return with friends & family.

Wow this spot is a hidden gem on the Boulder Hwy . I ordered the Rare Steak Pho to help me battle my cold. The broth was just perfect. Hit the spot completely!!! I also LOVE the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie with boba!!! The boba was chewy and PERFECT. RECOMMENDED

Steak and tendon pho 9.6/10 definitely recommend this location.

Great food, great service. Quiet . The pho was amazing! Great taste. Spring rolls were good too but the shrimp were a little small.

Just what my cravings ordered small mom and pop place. We went Saturday evening. Door was locked (probably for safety because of the area so don't blame them but it's a great little place!) but they opened it really quick and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Service was great and quick. We ordered take out since we have a small baby and we had to go put to bed. Would have loved to dine in tho! Food transported well and was absolutely delicious we will definitely be back to this hidden gem. We also ordered a boba tea which was very good If you are looking for a good little pho place definitely check them out it will be worth it

To make matters worse, the lady who answered the door was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less about the customers or the business. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to be welcoming. We made the trip expecting to dine here based on the posted hours and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Typically I get the Chicken or Beef Pho, but on this visit, I went for the Pork Udon. The soup comes out temperature hot (a must!) and the broth is so good. The bowl is big and you get a lot of the price - so the value is there! For me, I add some extra toppings in addition to the bean sprouts and lime. I also added basil to mine. I also had their Egg Rolls to start - pork and vegetable inside. It is super tasty and it comes out nice and hot from the fryer. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well. It has a great marinade and flavor in it and I also like to add this to any noodle soup that I'm having. The staff here is really nice and always prompt. When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.

The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
