Our best spot for Pho in the area and one of the best in overall across Puget Sound. I love their #2 so much. Service is fast and always friendly.

The pho broth is bomb here. This is no cinnamon water! This broth is prepared with depth and flavor. I had the veggie pho but I got the beef broth. Was utterly delighted by the plethora of texture and ingredients in the veggie pho. This is itself an accomplishment because many places treat veggie pho like a second act. Not here. This is the real deal. The restaurant is utterly cosy with lovely aunties serving, preparing tables, and dishing out the soup bowls. Portion sizes are generous and the fish in the large tank are mesmerizing to watch. The pho came with very clean and generous portions of acoutrements like basil, lime, and jalapeno. Nothing to complain about here. Speedy service and superb taste! The Buddha with dollar bills tucked into this nooks and crannies makes a lovely statement about culture/humor. I like this place.

Today is May 16, 2024. Hey, just a heads up. Looks like they are taking a break. According to the sign they won't be back until May 23. Please be advised I also submitted info to other food websites. FYI, have a good one all.

Decent pho place. Nothing really special. They do give you a free cream puff as a dessert which was nice. We got a small pho #12 which comes with different types of beef cuts (flank, tendons, etc). There was not a lot of protein to be honest, but plenty of veggies. The pho broth was standard. We also got a fresh spring roll dish which came in a plastic wrap (I found this weird as it was dine in). Again, plenty of veggies, not a lot of noodles and decent shrimp and ham. Plenty of peanut sauce. Overall, standard, nothing really stood out, a good place to satisfy your pho craving if you're in the area

Quick service and on point. We've been coming here fir so long. It feels like home. Too bad they only serve pho as main dish.

I'd been…read morecurious about its other locations for a long time, but never actually made it in to check it out. Definitely a great thing to come out of the fire that destroyed the previous buildings at this location. The strip mall is still adding businesses, but usually parking is fairly easy, turning in and out of it from Hwy 99 may have its challenges. I will warn you that although this food is delicious, it is pay by weight so do be aware of this when you go in. You get your own bowl and tongs to go thru the line and choice exactly what you want in your meal. So many noodle, veggie and tofu options, but also a huge area devoted to meat. I will also say to skip the cilantro as that can be added after in the free sauce area (this is such a great bonus on it's own). There any many meal options to choose from. My fav is the Tom Yum, but I have also had the Tomato and keep meaning to try the dry noodles. My partner often thinks he wants the spicy, but this is extra spicy so do order that cautiously. After filling your bowl you go to the counter where they weigh your food and enter in what style you want. Unlike other hot pot places, you do not cook this yourself, they cook it in the back and then call your number when it is ready to be grabbed and brought to your table. This can be a tremendous amount of food and it's messy, so don't wear your best clothes if you are a messy eater like me. They are happy to let you pack up your leftovers, which are delicious later and make me feel better about how much I am spending. We do sometimes worry that we will not be able to get a seat, but so far we have not had to wait to sit down. They do bring you orange slices and you can get soft serve for after your meal. The employees are always friendly.

There wasn't a single thing we ordered that we wouldn't order again! I got the Roast Pork & Poblano taco. Homemade corn tortilla, topped with the mildy spicy filling. So good! My girlfriend got the Black Bean Mole Kale, which is one of several vegetarian/vegan items on the menu. Equally good. We shared a plate of the Papas; the garlic sauce, although bright pink, was delectable. They have a fine selection of brews and ciders on tap. I ordered the Finn River Organic Cider and felt it went well with the meal (dry, subtle flavor). Service was cafeteria style (order at the counter). It did take a while for our food to arrive--there was a larger party just ahead of us and everything is freshly made--but we really didn't mind the wait. FYI, the place is tiny, and I could see it filling quickly at busy times. There are two large tables inside (we shared one with another couple), a smattering of tables for 2, and some counter seating inside and out. Great place! I'll definitely be back!

Came across this place with strong reviews, and the name itself includes seollongtang, which is always a good sign that soup is taken seriously here. The restaurant is much more polished and refined than I expected. We ordered the combination and the cartilage and tendon one. I am always here for tendon, so that was an easy decision. My husband went with white wheat noodles and I chose the clear sweet potato noodles. It also came with rice, which was an unexpected but welcome addition. The banchan of kimchi radish and kimchi Napa cabbage were both excellent and refilled quickly without needing to ask twice. The soup is rich, creamy, and deeply comforting, the kind you immediately wish you had closer to home. Only wish is that they had a combination that included tendon, because that would be perfect. Maybe saying "my apologies, the drink don't come in options on the rocks, should i make a change" or anything. But the server with the beige shirt teaching us that our drinks is served "on the rocks". It looks like he's teaching us back about our order. while our server its the one giving us the options for that. I do feel embarrassed about this. But it's ok. This place its just not going to be to our recommendation because of the server. Also the server should not took the menu and read whats inside the dish in front of us. But at the end of the day, with the obvious mark-up in price, we thought the food was a bit subpar. My wife and I ordered: Chicken Pad Thai Tofu Kua Gai The Pad Thai was decent - nothing remarkable. The noodles were a firmer than I liked, but the chicken was overcooked and dry (and paltry - I only got a few pieces). The sweetness carried the plate, but nothing stood out to me. The Kua Gai was pretty unremarkable as well and it lacked flavor. The fried tofu didn't taste fresh or good, and it was overall also a poorly executed dish. Despite the hustle and bustle service and the cheerful owner managing a busy cell phone of take-out orders (which the saving and entertaining grace was that his ringtone was "Golden" from Netflix's Kpop Demon Hunters), this place severely missed the mark. And to charge us $40 for two plates of food (with tip), we left very disappointed.
