Our best spot for Pho in the area and one of the best in overall across Puget Sound. I love their #2 so much. Service is fast and always friendly.

The pho broth is bomb here. This is no cinnamon water! This broth is prepared with depth and flavor. I had the veggie pho but I got the beef broth. Was utterly delighted by the plethora of texture and ingredients in the veggie pho. This is itself an accomplishment because many places treat veggie pho like a second act. Not here. This is the real deal. The restaurant is utterly cosy with lovely aunties serving, preparing tables, and dishing out the soup bowls. Portion sizes are generous and the fish in the large tank are mesmerizing to watch. The pho came with very clean and generous portions of acoutrements like basil, lime, and jalapeno. Nothing to complain about here. Speedy service and superb taste! The Buddha with dollar bills tucked into this nooks and crannies makes a lovely statement about culture/humor. I like this place.

Today is May 16, 2024. Hey, just a heads up. Looks like they are taking a break. According to the sign they won't be back until May 23. Please be advised I also submitted info to other food websites. FYI, have a good one all.

Decent pho place. Nothing really special. They do give you a free cream puff as a dessert which was nice. We got a small pho #12 which comes with different types of beef cuts (flank, tendons, etc). There was not a lot of protein to be honest, but plenty of veggies. The pho broth was standard. We also got a fresh spring roll dish which came in a plastic wrap (I found this weird as it was dine in). Again, plenty of veggies, not a lot of noodles and decent shrimp and ham. Plenty of peanut sauce. Overall, standard, nothing really stood out, a good place to satisfy your pho craving if you're in the area

Quick service and on point. We've been coming here fir so long. It feels like home. Too bad they only serve pho as main dish.

Best pho I've had in a long time! Top that off with a pastry and Vietnamese coffee and I was feeling like a nap after in the best way.

I appreciate that this place concentrated on just pho. The restaurant is clean. Solid place for a nice, average bowl of pho.

I love everything; perhaps the octopus could be cooked a little longer to tenderize more. I love the crunchiness from it, and the crunchiness from the black mushroom too. Maybe the chef can find a way to achieve just enough tenderness while still being crunchy, which would be perfect. Another thing, my bowl looks burned on the edges. Kudos to all staff! I have noticed that they always work together seamlessly as a team. They communicate and clean the tables together in an efficient manner. Please keep up the great work!

They can accommodate big groups, as they had 2 different large groups at the same time, but those took up a lot of tables because the restaurant isn't that spacious. The combos are a good option if you have people to share with and/or multiple people are hungry. The portions are enough for more than one meal, and the prices reflect that. We ordered boiled dumplings and the friends combo A with jajung, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk (M). The bowls of jajung and jjamppong are huge, but I didn't notice any meat in the jajung. The jajung was basically noodles, brown sauce, and onions. It was tasty, but disappointing that it looked and tasted vegetarian. The jjamppong was tasty because it was garlicky and slightly spicy. I was surprised to see the boiled dumplings were basically tiny wontons in clear broth. They need to update their menu description because I was expecting dry and regular sized dumplings. The tangsuyuk was very crispy, and I'm glad they served the goopy sauce separately.

Came across this place with strong reviews, and the name itself includes seollongtang, which is always a good sign that soup is taken seriously here. The restaurant is much more polished and refined than I expected. We ordered the combination and the cartilage and tendon one. I am always here for tendon, so that was an easy decision. My husband went with white wheat noodles and I chose the clear sweet potato noodles. It also came with rice, which was an unexpected but welcome addition. The banchan of kimchi radish and kimchi Napa cabbage were both excellent and refilled quickly without needing to ask twice. The soup is rich, creamy, and deeply comforting, the kind you immediately wish you had closer to home. Only wish is that they had a combination that included tendon, because that would be perfect. Definitely a spot I would come back to when we are in the area.

Service is friendly, kind, quick, and welcoming. We ordered the spring rolls for an appetizer which had the perfect crunch. For our main entrees we shared the duck, shrimp chow mein, and the dry-fried string beans. Everything was amazing. The best chow mein I've ever had to be honest. The dry-fried string beans were the star of the show as they were so flavorful and delicious! Such an amazing experience. Free and easy parking which matters to me and wonderful service! Also nearby the bus lines. The food was soooo good. I can't wait to try more of the menu. Definitely a nice date spot or family meal. I recommend and will be returning!

Since it was our first time, we ordered a lot, knowing we would have leftovers. Had the fried pork buns, the boiled beef and onion dumplings, the sesame balls, shumai steamed, orange chicken, chow mein, green beans and oil sticks. My oh my, what a feast and we brought home as much as we ate! I would say the winners were the beef and onion dumplings and the green beans (OMG I could have just ordered these and made a meal of them!)-- but other stand outs were the shumai, and the orange chicken. I think you can skip the oil sticks, (kind of bread like with out a lot of flavor), and would go with the hunan noodles instead of the chow main. The fried pork buns were doughy with out very much meat inside. All in all, a great place. Will definitely go back! It doesn't look as good as it is from the outside, large posters of food pretty much cover all the windows. Will dream about those green beans! LOL

But at the end of the day, with the obvious mark-up in price, we thought the food was a bit subpar. First off - this place, with its increased prices (a Pad Thai is now $15.95 rather than $12.95), creeps into the $$ territory in my opinion. My wife and I ordered: Chicken Pad Thai Tofu Kua Gai The Pad Thai was decent - nothing remarkable. The noodles were a firmer than I liked, but the chicken was overcooked and dry (and paltry - I only got a few pieces). The sweetness carried the plate, but nothing stood out to me. The Kua Gai was pretty unremarkable as well and it lacked flavor. The fried tofu didn't taste fresh or good, and it was overall also a poorly executed dish. Despite the hustle and bustle service and the cheerful owner managing a busy cell phone of take-out orders (which the saving and entertaining grace was that his ringtone was "Golden" from Netflix's Kpop Demon Hunters), this place severely missed the mark. And to charge us $40 for two plates of food (with tip), we left very disappointed.
