This is the 2nd time they have screwed up my order. I ordered fresh rolls and their bun bo hue soup. They completely didn't give me any veggies and fresh rolls were not in the to go bag either. When I called to asked them to look at the ticket, they said they'd call me back. They never returned my call. I totally get Asian hole in the wall places wirh great food, but this place truly pushed my tolerance. Food was great, but the cleanliness and the smell around my seat really made me question the hygiene of the food preparation. There was a subtle smell of puke near the corner where I sat. There was black dirt and grease stain all around the bordering tiles in the restaurant. When I was using the rest room, a worker from the kitchen walked by with nasty dry croaking coughs. Food was tasty but everything else made the experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, the lack of hygiene of the place is even more than I can handle. I will not be returning. read more

This is my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their pho is to die for. Since we don't eat noodles they make it with just the broth and the vegetables and it is just wonderful. The people who own it could not be nicer. We go there at least once a week. read more

Had lunch here with a coworker who has never had pho before and we both really enjoyed it! I've been craving pho for a while and she's been wanting to try and I can say we are both super satisfied. Their broth is flavorful without any additions. I like to try the broth before adding any sauces to have a clean opinion and it passed our taste test! Their bean sprouts and basil were fresh and bright. My friend got the chicken and I had rare beef with beef balls and all were tasty and good amounts. The workers wear a mask and have you sit away from other customers to social distance, so it's totally safe to go during this time. We had our eye on spring rolls and banh mi as well but didn't get them this time which was good because we were full after the pho. This is one of those places you go to if you want quick, fair-priced and tasty food. I have been here many times and although my order is occasionally incorrect, I will continue to come here as I love the food (even when my order is incorrect!). This place is a such a disappointment. I walked in and the waiter greeted and such then sat me down. I ordered my food, got my food and never saw his face until I had to walk up to counter to pay. Their service is so rudely straight forward. I ordered their Mi Dac Biet Kho (Dry noodles) and it was so bland! The sauce was like water! Squid was so chewy (taste like fake squid), shrimp was not peeled completely off, and the red meat tasted spoiled. I came here a few weeks ago with my friend for lunch and ordered a bahn mi sandwich with chicken. That same night, both me and my friend felt incredibly sick. My stomach started hurting and my friend threw up. Ever since I came here and ate the bahn mi sandwich, I have not been feeling well and I believe it is possible there was some kind of stomach bug in the food. My "go-to" place when in the area and looking for a quick bite. The pho isn't the greatest but it's not the worst I've had. The pho is just mediocre but it's cheap, which counts in my book. They have an item on the menu in Vietnamese that translates to, the train pho bowl which means, giant bowl of mediocre pho. I always order that. The people who work there don't greet you with a smile or make it seem like they're glad you came in and there's always Vietnamese people yelling at one other in the kitchen and the place is kinda dirty. I went in for lunch today. Food was good. Took some time even though it was not busy. But that's not the reason I am giving 1 star. Well I am in the restaurant industry and what I saw was unbelievable. The owner was cleaning tables after customers left and I was shocked to see him recycling the basil and lime that customer had not used and he gave it to the kitchen Thru their kitchen window. Unacceptable. Health code violation. Plus we are living in an era of corona virus and contagious diseases are lurking around and for them to do that is disgusting. I am not going there again. Health department would give them an F for that and may be close them for a while. To the owner if you are reading, this fix it. I wanted so bad to confront you but the same thing happened in a restaurant at the Mekong plaza and I brought it to their attention and they made a big fuss about it. You are saving by recycling contaminated food( not worth it) and serving it to the people who support you. Shame. read more
