Wow! I saw that this place had great reviews, so I decided to shake up my usual pho delivery order. We had the spring rolls, rare beef pho, and chicken pho. Compared to some other places I've ordered from this place was pretty inexpensive, which I always appreciate. The delivery came earlier than expected too! I also liked that you could choose the size that you ordered - this way I was full but not over-stuffed like I usually feel with pho. This is the second time I've been in this place. Love the food. I had the lomo saltado. It's amazing. I'm Peruvian and I can assure you is amazing. It's made with filet Mignon. Soups are really good. Oh my my my... where has this place been all my life?! One day boom there it is so. Just from walking by my daughter begged to go when we were finished school shopping. It's hard (ok impossible) to say no to PHO so we went. First impression, everything was very clean and well decorated. It didn't have the typical greasy feel that some others have in the area. The menu was simple yet had enough selection that everyone was happy! One thing that stood out on the menu was crawfish. I wanted to try some but I can barely make it through a bowl of pho so I saved that for next time. The service was great! Everyone was very friendly and our food came out fairly quickly (not too quickly though, you know sometimes you order something and you dang near almost finish your sentence in the order and the foods on the table... that food scares me.... lol) The food was de-licious!! Omg why did it have to be that good? Now every time I go to the mall I'm going to have to park on the other side of the mall so I don't have to pass it or just know that we better account enough time to stop otherwise we will be eating and no Shopping will get done!! The broth was probably the best broth I've had in a few years and we are no strangers to PHO. My husband and kids and I go out in search of our pho fix a few times a month. The prices were well priced and I was extra impressed that they had a kids size pho for our 11 year old who can't finish a regular size bowl. We found our new spot! Even though this place inside Citadel Mall, you can forget about it. It's not the typical food court food, it's a very good restaurant. Pros: They aren't busy on the weekdays during the day, as we were able to get seated fairly quickly. We ordered the Vietamese egg rolls, which come 4 to an order cut in half. Fish sauce was good but don't recommend wrapping them in the lettuce as that just didn't work. Or maybe we rolled incorrectly? I got the beef and flank pho. Broth isn't like other pho places, this was way more subtle. But a good unique flavoring. Husband ordered the combo rice noodle dish. A nice surprise was how big the shrimp was. I was expecting small to medium, nope, these were almost tiger prawns. The big good ones. Cons: His soda didn't have as much carbonation as it normally would. Pat dry the lettuce before trying to put anything, aka the egg roll and noodles, on it. Honestly we know how to read a menu as we had time, but to be given a presentation we didn't need. We didn't want to be rude so we let him explain everything everytime he came by. Recommended? Yes. Prices are reasonable, less than $40 with tip. We will be back. read more

The food was pretty good. We had the combination Pho and shrimp spring rolls. The shrimp in the spring rolls were carmalized a bit, which added a great flavor. The wrapper was a bit on the chewy side, bit overall they were not bad. The Pho was pretty good, up there with the best I have had, but I am far from an expert. The reason it is only 3 stars is because they call themselves a bar and grill, and there is no bar, no alcoholic beverages available at all. Physically there is a bar, but there is no beverages, just TVs. Also, they didn't take any drink orders and only served water. The place was empty not a very great atmosphere. The food was a 4, the service and atmosphere was a 2, so I average it out to a 3. If your really into Pho, I recommend trying this place. read more

So I was looking forward to a new place to eat. I ordered a combination salad, which is decent but missing the all importance shrimp chip. We also ordered the Large special Pho, minimal meat, but the kicker is, it came out with cilantro instead of basil. I had to ask for the basil in which they brought out two stems. Fine no problem. The worst part is we ordered two Vietnamese coffee. It was obvious that they used the instant powder coffee and added condensed milk. Literally the worst coffee I ever had. Ok, I don't want to sound like I don't love this place because this place is our Go To place for Pho and is normally appears to be very clean. However, I was pretty disappointed in how they're handling COVID. The host greeted people with no face mask at the door and when I asked for hot sauce, I observed the waitress take the bottles from a table that just had customers and passed it right to our table without wiping the bottles! Customer Service big thumbs DOWN! -Only wanted 2 boba drinks, lady sounded like she didn't want to even do it by the sounds she was making. -No sign whatsoever stating that she only takes cash. When we presented we was paying with card, she told us "Next time bring cash" BUT I DONT GET IT , she has a card payment machine right on the counter! Why do you grumble about not paying with cash?!?! -BOBA "tapioca balls" is not the typical chewy ones, tastes like it was dried out for a long period of time. Food is tasty, service leaves MUCH to be desired. Our first time in, the server seemed confused as she came back to the table several times to ask our order because she never wrote it down. One person at our 4 person table didn't get their food until everyone else was done eating. Awkward. Then she refused to show us the bill & demanded money. Turns out all our checks were inaccurate. Second time, tried to order online but they had already closed, thus confusing the ubereats guy & myself. Third time, was able to call in the order for pickup but just barely. Server was once again confused taking my order. Each time was an order directly from the menu with no changes. Its all too much just trying to get some pho, go elsewhere. read more

EXCELLENT!!! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!!! This restaurant at the north door to the citadel mall is phenomenal. Lots of variety and extremely efficient and gracious wait staff. They go out of their way to make sure the guest has a great experience. The food is amazing and served hot and all the additions needed. The pho is amazing and the do not skimp on ingredients. This restaurant is completely worth the visit. You won't be disappointed. The owner of this restaurant has opted to discontinue the senior discount. It's a big deal to seniors. The discount shows the respect the senior community. Apparently in the name profit they have chosen to disrespect the seniors. I'm discouraged to see this happen. read more

Pho is good for a good price, but the other food is also quite good - the Shaken Beef is excellently flavored with well-cooked fries, and the Brussels sprouts are delicious. The milk tea is also good. The restaurant is large, but never crowded and quite comfortable, clean, and generally well-kept. Nice new place for some really good Pho. Great food choices and plenty of choices in variety of pho dishes; from rare steak to chicken to tripe this place offers a lot to choose from. I choose the Rare Steak Pho Bowl Medium size and the Korean Bbq Gyoza and to drink I sampled the Golden Milk Tea Boba. Everything came out hot and fresh and they served a mix of traditional toppings consisting of fresh sprigs of cilantro, mint, basil bean sprouts and jalepenos all of which were offered on a separate plate much to our liking. Even though this place had been open for quite some time the service lacked considerably. Upon entering we waited a few minutes to be seated even though there was hardly anyone else in view and secondly once seated we asked our server for basic recommendations on what was good and we were told the fried rice was ok. With that epic suggestion we all opted for the pho bowls which I said came out hot but we all agreed lacked flavor and acid. Adding the jalepenos and herbs helped but not nearly enough. The gyoza were a pleasant surprise but also needing that punch of spice to carry it over. All in all a nice place that we will give another shot in a few months in hope of meeting a more engaging staff and a more memorable tasting. read more

I'm not one for pho but since I was browsing around the mall I figured I'd try this place out. We decided to order their Koran BBQ pot sticker as our appetizer. We also ordered their pho bowl, crawfish with a side of rice and rice plate with chicken. The wait for everything took longer than expected. Things trickled in one by one slowly. Unfortunately our food came before the appetizer. So I know they say seafood not from costal states is probably not good. With that being said the garlic butter crawfish was okay nothing special. It had a kick of heat to it and for $12 a pound there was a lot. I wouldn't order it again though pretty bland to where I had to order a side of butter. Despite those hiccup everything else was very good!. The bowl of pho especially!!! A very hefty portion for a good price. The broth was very well seasoned and tasty. I'm not much of a pho person but I would order this again. The rice and chicken plate was a great portion for the price and very tasty as well. I will be returning for more pho soon. read more

I'm going to try this place. The reason I'm writing this review and giving you five stars is because the guy who gave it one star and said that his wife had a roach and hair in her soup and his utensils had a white powder on them was a total ?!? I won't say what I'm really thinking. That would never ever happen in a restaurant. In this day and age. And if it did he would've gotten a Free meal. Either he is a competitor to this restaurant, or he has a gripe against one of the employees or the owner. In all my years on Yelp I have never seen a review like that. So chin up employees.
