Food was delectable. Service was amazing! Our server was also working the register!! Working so hard. Super friendly and nice. Very quiet inside so don't be afraid to have a conversation. Would come back again!

Pho Truong is definitely one of the better Vietnamese restaurants I've tried in the DFW area (specifically Richardson). I LOVE Vietnamese egg rolls, so I always order them. The Crispy Pork Egg rolls at Pho Truong were exactly how I like them! The outside was crispy and perfectly fried, while the inside meat was still moist and flavorful. Honestly, they were some of the best egg rolls I've had! I would highly recommend. I also tried the P1 Pho Dac Biet. The Pho broth was very flavorful! This may just seem like a simple description, but I've had several bowls of pho that just didn't meet my flavor expectations. That was not the case at Pho Truong, as I just needed to add a pinch of salt to accommodate my taste buds. My only critique was that some cuts of meat were a little over cooked for my liking, but it did not heavily impact my overall enjoyment of the dish.

Have been coming here for years and they don't fail you. I went with my usual PCurry spicy chicken Pho and it was delicious. If you are into Pho and in the area, stop in. When the wife is working a 24 at the hospital and the kids are back to college, I get to pick the restaurant!

    I ordered combination Pho.

The pho broth is super delicious, full of freshness and flavor. They put plenty of tender meat in my bowl. Hit every note, definitely will eat here again.

This is a little store in a strip mall. I came here for late lunch on a work day. Not too many people. The inside looks like an authentic Vietnamese restaurant so I thought that was a good start. The owner (lady) took my order and said the Bun Bo Hue is her favorite so I went with that. Skipped the pork leg but asked for the blood. The soup was pretty flavorful. I would say it is complex and I would consider this being one of the better ones in the DFW area. I was pretty happy. The portion however was not a lot for the price. Overall a good place.

Great value. A large pho made 2 meals. The spring rolls are also quite good. Definitely a keeper.

    Do they use MSG?

A small amount of delicious MSG.. it would be unlikely to find a pho place without it.. but there are many items on the menu without it.. like stir fry and fried rice

It's a cool restaurant that has a lot of seating, and cool decor with Guitars displayed on the wall and a small stage for performers. We walked up to where you order. It was counter service and the guy that took our order was laid back. We paid, he gave us a number and then we chose a place to sit and waited for our food. We ordered several items to share. We started off with a charcuterie board that had meats, cheeses, nuts, fruit, and toasted bread. It was really good. The bread was able to hold the ingredients and was nice and crispy but not overly crispy. The meats were good and the different cheeses were flavorful with different textures. The fruit was fresh and the nuts were a nice crunchy addition. Very yummy start. We also shared the Tejas Nachos with Brisket. The Nachos come with tortilla chips covered in cheese, queso, jalapenos, tomatoes, and crema. They were okay. The Brisket was plentiful. There was a lot of cheese and queso spread out all over the nachos. It was a little too much. The chips got soggier the closer you got to the bottom of the pile. Our last shared item was the ZZ Top BBQ Flatbread. It was okay. It came with an overabundance of cheese. It also came with jalapenos, BBQ sauce, and we ordered it with Chicken. It was okay. The cheese was gooey but overwhelming. The jalapenos added a spicy flavor and the BBQ sauce was tasty. Overall the restaurant has a cool atmosphere with good service. The counter service, ordering and paying process was quick and easy. Everytime someone brought our food to us they were friendly. The food was okay and literally very cheesy.

The restaurant prides itself on using 100% fresh and certified Kosher meat, prepared daily. Their menu features Middle Eastern favorites, including their renowned juicy burgers. It operates under the supervision of Dallas Kosher, with a full-time Mashgiach on site. I ordered their "Messy Burger," seasoned and "grilled to perfection," topped with Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Sauteed Onions, Mushrooms and Peppers, and finished off with Grilled Brisket Pastrami. It WAS "messy" AND delicious. Another piece or two of pastrami would have been awesome. On this Sunday morning, my wife was in the mood for Shakshuka which Mile and Honey describes as "Shakshouka - Egg scrambled with Moroccan tomato salad (Matbucha), served in pita with Israeli Salad. Plated option can be poached." She'd become very fond of this traditional North African dish of eggs poached in spiced sauces at Tatte in Washington, DC when we lived there for 2 months. M and H's sauce was a bit heavier than what she was expecting but tasty. The eggs, unfortunately, were overcooked and she was unable to blend the yolks with the tomato base the way she prefers the dish. So, in her opinion, it tasted "more eggy that delicately seasoned" the way she likes. I would still consider Milk and Honey and solid choice if you're looking for a good variety of Kosher options.
