We were walking around downtown and decided to check this place out since we keep passing it from the NS trams. You order at the counter, grab a table number, and sit wherever. The vibes inside the restaurant were very family friendly and a good place to have a conversation. We got the beef pho and for the price, it was honestly disappointing. The broth, the most important part of pho in my opinion, lacked depth and was too salty for my preference. The noodles were also overcooked and had no chew to them. The portion size was pretty big and had a substantial amount of protein in them so that was good! As a note for improvement, I noticed that my water cup had some sort of residue on the inside of the glass that I could scratch off. We also love their Salad Rolls so fresh. Chicken Rolls are bomb. Normally get dumplings & steamed buns too. Let's not forget their Pho! Best in town.
