Not exactly the same as it used to be with the original owners, but still tasty pho and more.

My daughter wanted Pho for dinner so we decided to try out Pho Viet. The Pho I had was extremely flavorful and plentiful! The fried rice was fluffy and and delicious. It was so nice that the owner/chef came out to check on us. We will definitely be back.

After reviewing several pho restaurants from yelp, we decided to go to this one cause of the great reviews. So glad we went and actually love this place. We ordered pho noodles (taste authentic), beef fried rice (so-so, a little sweet to me), fried tofu spring rolls (was alright), and fried wonton (taste great). I gave 4-star cause our intention is to order the noodles and they are delicious!!! I look forward to try more items on the menu next time I go back. Server was great, super nice, fast, and handled the entire restaurant by himself in the front. Kudos to this guy. Chef was amazing too, every so often brings food out and talk to customers. Great customer service!!

Crispy dumplings...this is to go so they aren't as crispy by the time they got home so recommend to eat these at the restaurant

Great Pho! Best I've had in the JAX area. Rare beef and brisket is my favorite but they are all so good. Wife likes the chicken fried rice

I stopped here around 2 PM and there was no one inside. Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.

We ordered a couple of appetizers to start. I had the Satay and she had the steamed Gyoza. My Satay was very good and I liked that there were big pieces of peanut in the dipping sauce. She liked her Gyoza a lot and really liked that it wasn't slippery like it can be when it's steamed. I had Beef Pad Thai for my entree and I went with spice level 1. I liked that their version isn't overly sweet like it can be elsewhere. I don't really mind when it's sweet but I also like knowing that there's somewhere I can go when I don't want that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that spice level 1 was very easy for me to get through. My wife ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. 90% of why she ordered it was because it's served in a pineapple! She went with spice level 1 as well and said she could easily go to 2 or maybe even 3 in the future. The rice itself was good and she loved the chunks of pineapple all through it. We both had plenty to take with us which will make for a great lunch tomorrow. I'm glad we finally tried this place we've heard so many good things about. We will be back! Not just one or two items, but it looked like someone emptied a trash bag in their parking lot. The service was subpar. The guy kept saying he was new and was really nice, but didn't know the menu very well. The food was disappointing as well... I got the pho with tendon and brisket and I opted to pay an extra $1 for the fresh noodles, but totally not worth it. The brisket was chewy and some of the tendon was inedible (had to pay $2 extra ) . The broth had a chemical taste to it like they didn't rinse their pots thoroughly enough. The one good thing I can say about the place is that they offer a plethora of Asian noodle dishes from Vietnamese to Filipino to Thai to Chinese. If I ever do go back, I'll definitely try something different.
