Not exactly the same as it used to be with the original owners, but still tasty pho and more.

My daughter wanted Pho for dinner so we decided to try out Pho Viet. The Pho I had was extremely flavorful and plentiful! The fried rice was fluffy and and delicious. It was so nice that the owner/chef came out to check on us. We will definitely be back.

After reviewing several pho restaurants from yelp, we decided to go to this one cause of the great reviews. So glad we went and actually love this place. We ordered pho noodles (taste authentic), beef fried rice (so-so, a little sweet to me), fried tofu spring rolls (was alright), and fried wonton (taste great). I gave 4-star cause our intention is to order the noodles and they are delicious!!! I look forward to try more items on the menu next time I go back. Server was great, super nice, fast, and handled the entire restaurant by himself in the front. Kudos to this guy. Chef was amazing too, every so often brings food out and talk to customers. Great customer service!!

Crispy dumplings...this is to go so they aren't as crispy by the time they got home so recommend to eat these at the restaurant

Vietnamese food is my comfort food. There are a few Viet Restaurants around town and I prefer certain dishes at each place. Pho Viet is my go to for BÚN CHẢ GIÒ THỊT NƯỚNG (vermicelli with fried egg roll and grilled pork). This is salad-esque with noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled daikon, cucumbers served cold while the grilled pork and egg roll is hot. Pour the fish sauce (and some chili paste) on top like a dressing and mix it all up for a fresh Vietnamese salad of sorts. The Pho here is better than some other local places but it's not my go to here. Small restaurant with not too many tables but i've never had to wait long to get one. Service is good. They now serve a variety of Asian beers and wine by the glass and bottle.

I stopped here around 2 PM and there was no one inside. Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.

We ordered a couple of appetizers to start. I had the Satay and she had the steamed Gyoza. My Satay was very good and I liked that there were big pieces of peanut in the dipping sauce. She liked her Gyoza a lot and really liked that it wasn't slippery like it can be when it's steamed. I had Beef Pad Thai for my entree and I went with spice level 1. I liked that their version isn't overly sweet like it can be elsewhere. I don't really mind when it's sweet but I also like knowing that there's somewhere I can go when I don't want that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that spice level 1 was very easy for me to get through. My wife ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. 90% of why she ordered it was because it's served in a pineapple! She went with spice level 1 as well and said she could easily go to 2 or maybe even 3 in the future. The rice itself was good and she loved the chunks of pineapple all through it. We both had plenty to take with us which will make for a great lunch tomorrow. I'm glad we finally tried this place we've heard so many good things about. We will be back! He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it.
