The restaurant closes at 9 and it was 8pm and I was finishing my meal and they started mopping the dining room floor with the strongest, most disgusting toxic smelling chemical possible. Ever since I moved away from Seattle 5 years ago, I've been looking for a Pho restaurant that even came close to some of the options I used to have. I've finally found the place! The Pho Ga as delicious and was big enough to be filling for both myself and my pregnant wife. The meat portion was generous and the broth was flavored perfectly. There are two stars only because the food was edible. The service here was some of the worst I've had. The waitress was rude, a man came in the door way and yelled a woman's name all the way across the building then left. A man came in to order but because no body came out to him he ended up leaving. I had to go up to the counter and and wait a fair deal of time for the woman to come up who thought she had already given the check. For two soups, spring rolls, and a drink (canned soda only) it was $27. I wouldn't recommend this place as the food was just okay but not worth the service. read more

Service is not the best. However, I love the food here. I always leave satisfied with the multiple times I have been here. I have had the pho with rare steak, the grilled chicken with rice and the lemongrass chicken (very delicious), I would recommend both of them. Despite their customer service being sub par, I still give them 4 stars because I really enjoy their food. read more

Long story short.. No vegetarian options and pricey! Let me explain.. Called in to see if they had any vegetarian options and the hostess told me they could make a vegetarian pho with tofu and extra vegetables such as carrots and mushrooms but they only have a beef broth so obviously this is not a vegetarian option but I ordered one "vegetarian pho" for my husband and picked it up take-out anyways. When we got home we opened the bag and found two containers. Container 1: a small amount of bean sprouts, a handful of cooked rice noodles, one small slice of jalapeño, a small plastic cup with two different sauces, and one dry lime. Container 2: broth, 3 pink eraser sized (weird comparison but I know you know what size that is lol) chunks of tofu, and diced scallions on top. No extra vegetables at all, the only vegetable was the bean sprouts and the one lonely jalapeño slice. And to make it worse.. We brought home a menu and checked it out.. We were charged an extra $2 for our "vegetarian pho with extra vegetables" than their regular priced pho with beef. $10 for broth with tiny chunks of tofu in it and some bean sprouts..My husband did say the broth was tasty tho. read more

Hands down quantity ingredients. The #16 is amazing. Grilled garlic with shrimp that are very very good. Can't remember the last time I tasted the flavor of a shrimp like this. The pork was equally as good. Moist and again the flavor is superb. I have many years of eating well. Budget was not a factor. Knowing I can eat here is a delightful thought and something I will have in my pocket that I can enjoy again. read more

I went here with my mom when she dropped me back off at NAU and the service was horrible. The lady did not tell us thank you when we paid the bill. My mom also found a HAIR in her vermicelli. When we told the waitress she gave us a dirty look like we had put the hair in my moms food. She also did not apologize for the hair being in the food. Never coming back here again. read more

Service is horrible. I asked the server to have my beef cooked a "little more" than rare. I thought the request shouldn't be a big problem. The server proceeded in mocking me saying, "how do YOU PEOPLE eat a steak?" What does steak have to do with my soup!?! I have never been address with racial remarks when asking about my food preparation. She then proceeding in telling my cousin who suffers from anxiety and depression rude comments about race. She said, " you look familiar " when he said he didn't live here she told him, "how all you people look the same to me." Being a Vietnamese for Southern California, this place is definitely a Phò restaurant. The phó is really good and the broth and noodles are as close as my grandma's phò. Whatever you do, do not get phò on NAU's campus. It doesn't even deserve to be called phò. read more

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. If you're planning on eating here. Don't. You would be better off eating at Taco Bell or McDonald's because the service here is awful and the food is awful. We came in and ordered our food. We sat there for AN HOUR waiting for our food. We continued to ask the woman for forks, spoons, napkins but yet we couldn't even get that. We had ordered 3 orders of spring rolls and only got 2/3 AFTER we finished eating and were leaving. We asked the woman a dozen times to give us our food and she kept giving us a look of disgust. Honestly I wanted to walk into the kitchen and make my food myself. She was so rude and unhelpful. I never ever want to eat here again. If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. The food isn't even good either. It lacked flavor and was bad altogether. I've had better pho in other places. Don't eat here. I'm warning you all. It's awful. The worst there is. Oh and the prices here are way too high for this disgrace of a consumption. I've been to pho places that have wonderful service, great food, and half the price of this restaurant. Go eat somewhere else. This place got me frustrated. read more
