My experience with Phoenix Automotive was nothing short of disappointing. I received a broken system, and when I contacted them, I was told I would be charged $14.25 for a "label fee." Despite my frustration, I agreed and requested the label. I packed the unit in its original packaging and shipped it back using the pre-paid label they provided. After they received it, I was hit with an email from their support team informing me of additional charges: $25 for a "missing piece of foam" and $75 for a "scratch on the bezel." Charging customers $25 for packing foam is absurd and there is no way I scratched the unit. I will gladly take my refund of $520.70 and make it my mission to ensure no one else falls victim to this company's poor service. Had they offered decent customer service and provided a full refund, I could have been their biggest fan. Instead, I will actively discourage others from doing business with Phoenix Automotive. This is not a sustainable way to run a business, and I hope they reconsider their customer service policies to prioritize their customers in the future instead of nickles and dimes. Jes was my tech Shout out to Phoenix Android Radios. Customer service has been really good on my end. Sent emails, Facebook messenger, and even called and got quick replies. I was having an issue with SRS airbag, AC not working, and my reverse camera not displaying on screen. I set an appointment for a call with video ( google meet) and the tech was patient( that damn harness and all the wires) and he walked me through installation the proper way( a few connectors on a installation photo weren't correct but he got me situated). Head unit is pretty solid, my music sounds a lot better, ac controls are quick responsive. Big thing for me is over hotspot I was able to download apps with no issue and video playback is pretty good. I did forget to ask about CarPlay and setting it up, I will be setting another appointment to learn the few other things on about this headunit. I ended up getting there 8GB Ram+128GB unit for my 2011 LS460 with premium sound package, parking assist, oem nav screen. read more

So far I am very pleased with the product. It is way cooler than I thought it would be. Purchased the Fastboot Android 12 for my 2018 Fusion. It looks amazing and they few connections I overlooked on my part had me worried at first. Once they explained and helped set up a Google meet video call is was pretty easy for them to walk me through the plugs I missed and update It needed. Customer support was great. I have no problem at this point worrying anymore. It seems a bit overwhelming at first but it is all pretty much plug and play. The value is great for me. Nice having car play and such a big navigation screen . There are sooo many options and haven't even stayed to play with all the apps and multiple videos capabilities. read more

I purchased a Tesla-style screen for my 2017 Infiniti from Phoenix Automotive and had a chance to work with their tech support team. The representative I dealt with was prompt, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. While the overall support experience was positive, I was disappointed that they were unable to resolve a minor WiFi issue on my device. Despite their best efforts, the problem remained unresolved. That being said, I still recommend Phoenix Automotive and their products. They got the Tesla size screen to me in about a week. 12.1" vertical screen for my 2011 Mustang GT California Special. its in there like it came that way from the factory. Stereo worked right off. Steering wheel, AC fans stereo volume and fast forward and rewind all worked. Heated seats as well. About a week later for some reason the Canbuss settings were gone. I called and Shereena was able to help me out and got me the correct settings. I'm back on the roads. There are a digital tach, and speedo on the screen, they actually work. You can do a split screen and have navigation and the stereo on the screen at the same time. read more

Amazing touchscreen and excellent customer service. I installed the touchscreen which was very well designed. All went well except some features weren't working. I went online and simply scheduled a time for a technician to call me. Jin called right on time. We did a video call on my phone. I showed him my wiring . Turns out I forgot to plug one of yhe wires into the touchscreen. He walked me through it and it completely fixed all the features and controls. I bought a large screen radio head for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is nice but has many "android" type apps, personal choices etc that I needed help installing.
