Had steamed dumpling shrimp, salad and shredded chicken pho. The seasoning on the chicken and the pho broth was not to my liking. Did not taste good. I had pho dozens of times in oregon/ California and this was nothing like i had over there which was consistently tasty. Dumplings were delicious. Service was great. The ambiance not so great as parking lot (right next to outdoor seating area) was filled with trash. I almost asked for a broom i could have had it cleaned up in 5 minutes. read more

Best pho I've had in the US east. It tastes like the pho made by a Vietnamese mom. Can't recommend it enough! Maybe not a surprise then that the owner and chef is a Vietnamese mom. I was out with my mom and she said that she was craving some pho so we decided to try out this place. It was a Monday at 11:56 Am and it was empty, the place is small and clean, the service was nice. My mom got her raw beef pho and she said that it was good but when I tried it I thought that it was really yummy, the broth isn't super light it's a little bit fatty which I prefer. Then I ordered the spring rolls which wasn't my favorite I really didn't like how strong the flavor of pork was, I've had summer spring rolls before but they never tasted like this it kinda tasted like well water it's hard to explain but other thing we ordered was Thai iced tea it was HUGE and It tasted really good (it's really sweet). I sat down in a table for four by the window to get some light and they curtly told me to move to an uncomfortably small table in a dark corner because I was only a single diner. I repeat, the entire restaurant was empty and remained so for the course of my meal. Ordered the vegetable pho. While the vegetables were very fresh, the broth was terrible. Tasted artificial. This is a cozy fast food like restaurant hidden very close by to Aventura... very small and few tables... the summer rolls were well prepared and even though I would have loved spearmint, they put mint leaves on the roll... I had a grilled shrimp soup that was very good, spicy and tasty... again, missing the spearmint... service was very good and ate fairly quick so we could return to the office on time! Pho is my hang over cure food in my home LA California, so I googled pho cafe near Aventura. This place has great reviews so I decided to come here plus it's very close to my place in Aventura. As soon as I walked in, the owner Christine welcomed me, and her husband was happened to be there hanging out and helping, they were both very friendly and nice, my server was also very attentive and sweet. I ordered a rare steak pho (because I had a bad hang over on random Tuesday) as I always does when I'm LA, and shrimp summer roll to go, and the owner's husband recommended lychee green tea. Living in LA and Japan for long time, I'm very foodie and spoiled, It's really hard for me to satisfy when it comes to food. 1. The broth was not sweet like Basilic in Boca which I like, it was ok but just don't have the same deep flavor like the pho in LA. 2. Rare steak should be sliced very thinly other wise it's really hard to eat, and in LA they put tendons in rare steak pho which is really yummy. 3. Shrimp summer roll was very big, but was mostly rice noodles, it should be smaller, less noodles, but the peanut sauce was very good and of course they gave me my fav garlic chili sauce, and my server gave me extra because I told her I like it which was nice. 4. Lychee tea was good and big so I took the rest of the tea home. Even though what I ordered wasn't up to my expectation but since everyone was so nice and friendly and it's right down the street from me, I give 4 stars and will probably go back, and next time I'd like to try different stuff! read more

I have been enjoying eating here for years and absolutely love it. Brief story. The other morning I went to eat breakfast at another place I love, JP Bagels, and happened to run into the owners of PhoMi2Go. I briefly said hello, mentioning that it was a pleasant surprise to run into them outside of their restaurant, then sat down to eat my meal. They waved to me on their way out. When I went to pay for my meal, I was told it was paid for. I kept bothering the waitress until she told me it was them, the owners of PhMi2Go. The waitress was so hesitant to tell me that I believe they didn't even want the recognition. Not only is the food delicious at PhoMi2Go, but the owners are just really nice people. So sad! I came to PhoMi2go because I had an appoint next door. after my appointment I was really hungry and looked and places near by. PhoMi2go was next door and it had amazing reviews and some of the review where my yelp friends. So I was so excited!!! They have sitting outside and inside. But it was a beautiful day to sit outside, I was outside for few minutes an no one came outside so I walked inside to get a menu and let them know I'm outside. Soon as I walked in the lady talked to me in a high voice they did not have not inside sitting and to sit out side. Lol I graced a menu and sat outside. Five minutes later another party or 3 sat outside on front of me and a server came out right away to help them and take their order! I had to wave and get his attention and ask for water and gave him my order. Few minutes passed they brought the other party water and for got about me lol. It started raining really hard so I stepped inside. A party or two had just left so I asked if I would sit there, they said yes but to wait til lithely cleaned the table. I waited about 5-10 minutes no one cleaned it on till a customer sitting on another table got upset and told her waitress if they would clean that table so I could sit because I was standing in the middle of the restaurant. Til then they clean the table, :( My order was not placed I had to re ordered everything again, I couldn't leave because it was raining really hard and my car was parked far away and I was really hungry. So I waited! Finally 25-35 minutes later my appetizer arrived * spicy Thai honey bbq wings- most delicious wing I've ever had. Cooked to perfection. Visiting from Orlando and woke up craving pho. Came across this place through great ratings on Yelp, but I have to say my experience was average. The restaurant itself is pretty small, maybe 4-6 tables inside, so we had to sit outside. My boyfriend ordered the beef pho with all 3 meats and I ordered the lemongrass pork rice plate. The pho was smaller than I would expect it to be compared to most traditional Vietnamese restaurants. The pork chop was marinated nicely, but the cut was so dry I had to pour more nuoc mam on it. I also asked for a side salad due to being on the keto diet. The waitress said they can bring steamed veggies out but for extra charge. I never actually got my salad in the end, and unfortunately had to eat the rice. We also ordered spring rolls (which we even forgot we ordered) but never received them as well. Overall, if you're looking for a quick fix for Viet food, I wouldn't mind coming here, but I'm sure there are better quality restaurants in the area as well. read more

Did not go home, rounded the block and it's been love every since! I believe I've had every thing in the menu. Apps, range from the standard Spring and Summer Rolls to 5 Spice Salt and Pepper Shrimp to my two favorites Chefs creations the Chicken and Shrimp Salads. You'll also find Rice Vermicelli Salad that you can get with Shrimp, Grilled Beef, Pork or Chicken. The Rice Plates are the best deal in town! Choosing the Grilled Lemon Grass Chicken, Beef or Shrimp you can't go wrong! But my hands down favorite Rice Plate is the Lemon Grass Pork Chops! I always need a cigarello after eating it! They seemed a bit rude had us waiting for about 20 minutes before actually taking our order and there wasn't anyone there except for a family. Once someone else not of color came they took her order right away and was even conversating with another family and treating them with the up most respect. First time here since we've been in Miami. And the food was delicious!! I got the lemongrass pork on the sticks and the flavors was wonderful!! I love it so much! I highly recommend eating that! My boyfriend got the beef rice vermicelli bowl! He likes it, but it didn't have egg roll and shrimp. This place is a hidden gem in North Miami. Is a tiny spot that you wouldn't stop. I came here because a friend told me to go and I was really amazed. Everything I ordered was delicious. I tried the lychee lemonade and it was soooo good. Then I had a vegetable soup that I can't recall the name and I loved it. They do have enough tables for 2 or 4 inside and couple of tables outside. I think this a husband and wife operation with a couple of servers but the staff for sure is very friendly. They have a simple double sided menu. apps, salads and rice platters on 1st page and banh mi, beverages and desserts on the 2nd page. Make sure to start with their refreshing Minty Lemonade :) First visit, I ordered the Pork spring rolls, Beef Banh Mi and to-go Pork Rice Vermicelli salad. The Banh Mi was enormous, enough to split for 2. The spring rolls had tasty filling and crunchy. The salad had flavorful chunks of grilled meat and vermicelli was al dente. Next visit, I ordered the Shrimp & Pork summer rolls and Beef Rice Vermicelli salad. The summer rolls were soft and filled with fresh ingredients. The salad of course, was as delicious as the first time. I love hidden gems like these. Family run, small, nothing fancy but just have great food. The portions were also more than enough.
