The repair price was nearly a third of what Apple was asking from me, plus a discount for non-profit organizations! Eventually, we ran into complications. He perfectly understood the issue and offered to come immediately, early AM on a weekend no less, and at a VERY reasonable hourly rate. When he showed up, it was clear why he named his service "Friendly" as he's the nicest person I have met.
