Customer service sucks. There's a self service machine that they ask you to use upfront (unless you're Asian, then they can help you at the counter). I ordered a latte and tipped 20% as that's my standard tip but I should've known better, especially when you have to submit your own order. I requested a receipt to be printed as an option on my electronic transaction. There was not a receipt provided. I requested a receipt from the cashier and he said it would come to my phone number once my order was ready. When I received my coffee, it was tepid/room temperature and I did not get a receipt. I went back to the cashier for my receipt and mentioned the coffee was cold. He politely asked if I wanted the coffee redone to which I responded sure if it's not a bother (when you pay six bucks for a cup of coffee, you should get it how you want it). Unfortunately, all they did was microwave the shit out of it, and added a little foam to what was already in the cup. As the cashier handed it to me, he said be careful. It's hot. A very nice little coffee shop with some snacks and a great seating area. From Vietnamese style seating where you're almost squatting (short seats and table) to regular bamboo tables and then the tables for people that want to study or work on their laptop. They do have a nice list of drinks as well but I had to try their Phuc Long Milk Tea and their Vietnamese Coffee with Milk. They were both very tasty, the milk tea was their tea blend with condensed milk and their coffee had a nice strong and bold flavor which I was really happy to have had. They have some bites here as well. Unfortunately at the time I went they were out of their Banh Mi but I had tried their little bread stick snacks which was with ginger and pork. Once I got my drink, I had sat down and took a drink from the brown sugar boba milk tea. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the boba milk tea? It had boba, it had brown sugar, but the majority of my taste from the drink mainly came from the milk portion of the drink. It was certainly sweet from which I liked, but the brown sugar spread and lining on the cup didn't really add much to the flavor. Even after I stirred the boba a couple times, all I could taste was the milk. A minor issue, but it was tolerable enough to continue drinking; I'd still order it again to be fair. The peach tea was also relatively nice too; one of my favorite choices. It was sweet, and the peach bits were good to consume on the side. This is a famous tea house in Vietnam that made its way to America. They are known for the short tables and stools that are representative of how folks in Vietnam sit. Let me tell you: It was not comfortable! There are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas inside the tea house (thankfully!). My boyfriend ordered the coconut coffee and I got the longan tea. It was so excited for them to open one here I got popular peach green tea and the original Vietnamese coffee with the salted creama. They were both pretty tasty. The peach green tea had slices of the canned peach in it, and it wasn't too sweet. If you're not into artificial peach, then it might not be for you.
