The perfect late night meal in Yorkville.
    Julia B.

When it's after 10pm and Yorkville is a ghost town, Pi Co is that ride-or-die friend you need to visit. The staff is super friendly, service is quick and accurate, and the place is spotless. Sure, pizza is rarely a bad idea, but we all know there CAN be bad pizza. Not here. Perfect dough, and whatever toppings you like, with zero stinginess. Ready in a couple of minutes. I appreciate the many vegan toppings available, and though I'm giving it 4 stars due to the ridiculous $2 upcharge for non-dairy cheese, it's nice to have the option. Grab a stool at the window to watch the few Yorkville pedestrians, take a seat at one of the 2 small tables, or take your prize pizza to go. All good, in the deserted Bay and Bloor 'hood.

Got the custom pizza and it was good! The process was quite easy but it was a bit hard to talk with the person who was preparing the pizza because of the pexi glsss. Crust was a bit hard but I enjoyed it. Would definitely return.

We ordered online and walked to the store while it was being made. We got there a bit earlier than expected and got to see one of our pizzas being finished. We both got a "crafts yours" and really loaded up with toppings haha. I unfortunately got a pizza with some burnt parts so I had to pick them out. Taste-wise, it was good but I personally prefer Blaze Pizza more which my partner also agreed as well. Nevertheless, it was definitely worth the try.

Love this pizza joint. I order the "craft yours" which allows any toppings for $14. My fave toppings are: .. California tomato sauce .. Mozzarella on the east half .. Fior di latte on the west half .. tomatoes and hot banana peppers on the whole thing .. Pepperoni on the north half .. Spicy soppressata on the south half That way, every slice is different and every slice is I debated between 4 and 5 stars and ultimately landed on 4 because the value for money is a bit on the high side for me. Would recommend to those that like to treat themselves every now and then.

I was never expecting a pizza to be done (well done) in like 5-7 minutes. Or probably I didn't know it takes only little time to cook. The line was long but then it was moving and I could see the service is fast and they all are their toes working quickly getting the pizzas ready for the customers. The Margherita pizza was so yummy! That I had finished myself.. despite of me not being a fan of pizza - this place has changed that for me.

Great Location at Bay just North of Bloor. I love the concept of pick your own or you can go for their custom suggestions. Nothing beats a freshly baked pizza right out for the oven. Minimum seating so don't come with a big group. A group of 4 probably the max. At $13 it might sound like a bit for a pizza, but this is the prime downtown location so I do expect to pay a premium. The hardest though is to make all these decisions! Base, Sauce, Cheese and So many toppings to choose from.

I had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting at the ROM with Super Elite Yelper, Jennifer K. There aren't too many places she hasn't dined at but she suggested we try Pi Co after the tasting. Who am I to argue with the author of over 5,700 reviews? Pi Co makes one size of pizza at one price, $13.00. You do, however, get unlimited toppings from a multitude of choices. We had one with a spicy tomato sauce, Gouda, mozzarella, sausage, bacon, grilled chicken, onions, roasted garlic... I feel like I'm forgetting something. We ordered a second pizza with a spicy sausage, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and arugula. Both pizzas were very good. After all, we ordered the things we like. The crust was thin and crispy, although I prefer mine even a tad crispier. Unlimited toppings is a nice concept but it's easy to get carried away and put too much on it. I like the idea of being able to try different flavour combinations. I just wish they had a white sauce. Where are we going next, Jennifer K.?

Wow what a horrible experience. I ordered two pies here because someone told me this was one of the best Za places in the6ix. They actually had the balls to serve me two ice cold pizzas sitting in pools of grease with "heat up when you get this" stickers on each box. I actually laughed first out loud it was so unbelievable. Additionally all the toppings slid off as soon as I picked up the pizzas which were soaked with grease. I'm still bc a bit boggled because this only happens when pizza has been sitting for a long time but my order came in less than 30 minutes so what? They gave me premade pizzas? I'm so pissed I'll never order from these guys again, save your money.

I've seen Pi Co around the city and I've been dying to try it. I'll start off by saying that the staff aren't friendly at all. When I came in no one even paid attention to me, not even a hello. It wasn't until I went to the front counter to place my order where I actually talked to a staff member and she was not friendly nor did she even make eye contact with me. Definitely taking off a star for that. Anyway, I decided to go with what I know best so I got a margherita pizza. I like how the counter table is full of fresh looking toppings to choose from and how every topping has labels at the bottom so your know the different types of cheeses and veggies you're choosing from. From when I placed my order, the pizza was made in like a minute and was in the oven for about 5 minutes. In total, I was in and out within less than 10 minutes which is pretty good for a made-to-order pizza. The pizza itself was decent, not the best I've ever had but was pretty good. I'd try it again but maybe at another location. You should also train your staff on basic customer service skills.

Oh man, this place brings "fast food" to a whole other level. Pizzas are made fresh with so many things to customize (dough, sauce, cheese, toppings) and then they pop it in the oven and it's ready in 3 mins. flat. I took my friend here recently and she was so shocked at how fast it was done, she had to open the box and double check that it was indeed cooked. They have a variety of veggie and meat toppings, and not just the "standard" ones. I'm partial to the roasted garlic. Why don't more pizza places have that as an option? SO good. They also do salad, but why would you come here for that? There is a nutella filled pizza for dessert, but I tried it and it was not as yummy as it looked and kind of dry. I'd skip it next time. I still give this spot 5 stars for the pizzas alone, as well as for efficient ordering/paying, consistently nice staff, and a bright, clean seating area if you can't wait to go home and eat it.

Roasted garlic, pepperoni, grilled chicken, red onions, mozzarella, basil, roasted red peppers, bacon, and mushrooms.

Finally got to try Pi Co. I love how I can choose among a selection of fresh ingredients, and know I can add as much/little as I want for the flat rate. However, I would advise splitting the pizza with someone as the pizza can get cold by the time you get to the 3rd and final slice.

    Margherita pizza
    Shaan A.

Pi Co is my favourite place for margherita pizzas near downtown. It's fast, fresh, and great value. You can customize your toppings and also make the crust gluten free. The crust is cooked to perfection - great charred flavours. They could put a bit more mozzarella, but in all, great taste and great price. Perfect spot for a quick lunch or snack.

It was so packed but my brother was able to save a table while I did the ordering. This was a very casual and self service type of restaurant in which you can order at the front desk or at their kiosk. They had a limited time "promotion" going on in which you can order a maximum of 2 orders of their xiaolongbao or steamed mini soup dumplings for $2.99 with a minimum spend of $10. But honestly, I've seen this promotion since last year so I'm thinking it's actually a permanent offer. We ordered two orders of their pan fried pork buns, 1 order of their pan fried chicken dumplings, and 2 order of their promotional steamed mini soup dumplings. I thought everything tasted pretty good. The pan fried buns and dumplings were very crispy and quite juicy. My only nitpick is that I wished they put some kind of veggies or chives in their filling. It was just meat and felt too 1 dimensional for me. The steamed mini soup dumplings was actually really good though which is such a surprise at this price point. The outer layer was very thin and the filling was packed with soup. It was very delicious and hearty. Are these the best Chinese dumplings and bun's I've ever had ? No, but they were great especially for the price point. I would definitely come back again next time I am craving Chinese dumplings and buns. Also they take Amex which is always a plus in my book.

The wild Quebec bass was fresh, tender, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was incredibly juicy and well seasoned. Although it came with a butter-based sauce, it wasn't heavy at all and paired perfectly with the bread. For dessert, the first one was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the ice cream was quite tasty.
