Pizza can be tasty when they make it the way they're supposed to. They have messed up my order so many times I should stop even trying. I mean, how hard is extra, extra cheese with extra pizza sauce? I called because they owed me a free pizza from a previous order they messed up on, the man who answered said they delivered, handed me off to a girl (who was probably the rudest girl I've ever spoken to) and she told me he didn't say that and I was "lying." Ever since I moved to Upland, service here has been outstanding!! All the staff is well mannered and always smiling. To top it off... I call to place my order every time and it's not a plain order. I order meat lovers with pineapple, jalapeño, peppers, and pepperoni, and always a pepperoni. They repeat my order back, which is correct, and ask for my name. Finally, they let me know my order will be ready within 10-15 minutes. When I arrive, my order is ready and super fresh. The only time my order is not fresh is when I'm running LATE. Hands down our favorite pizza place! It's right on the corner from where we live and the pizza is always piping hot! The only downside is that there is no delivery unless you go through grubhub and that costs a lot more than picking it up yourself. If you want to order ahead, the secret is to go through their website where the orders are easy and a teeny bit cheaper than you would pay in the store. Ordered through yelp. Asked for ranch dressing on the side in the order details. Pizza showed up with no ranch, no Parmesan cheese and no peppers. Gave a call to find out ranch costs extra (which is fine but a phone call before delivery would have been nice to ask if I wanted to add to bill) and if I wanted cheese and peppers I could come pick them up.
