( Piaia Pizza ) Hello!? ............click IMO , they need to get newer phones that won't pick up on all the background noise , and if they can't do that anytime soon , than please answer the phone where I can order my pizza without all loud noise and confusion. Update: 01/27/2014 I've been back here a few times and I believe it's better than Little Caesars Pizza . I don't bother to call anymore... I just go down and there and get my $5 Pizza , with Free Peppers to go with it. They charge extra for the parmesan cheese these days . And unlike some other cheap pizza restaurants , this pizza also taste okay the next day when you nuke it in the microwave. :) read more

I have eaten here for a while it is a good pizza place except the staff I just called to ordered and a girl answered I thought okay cool I can order so I proceeded to order I told the girl I want a large pizza and bread stick combo the girl proceeded to state "is that it" In a rude manner I said yes politely and said it is for Nick she said okay when I went to go pick it up she never actually took my order and when i told her I just wanted a pepperoni pizza she looked back and rolled her eyes at me then threw the pizza at me I will be contacting corporate and letting them know as well don't go here the manager did not help either he told me what do you want me to do about it! My son was having friends over and wanted us to buy some pizza from Little Cesars but seen this Pizza place so we got the 32slice for 13.99. It was a deal since the large only has 8 slices for $5.50. We were greeted which is a plus. It took about 12min and it looked very tasty. If you want crushed pepper and parmesan cheese you need to ask. The boys were happy with there pizza. read more

So I just called Piara Pizza today at 11:23 on 9/23/17 asking to place an order and she told us that we couldn't that they only accept walk in but she had told us at 11:23 that they close in 3 min and we told her that how is that so if they close at 11:30 and we said we will be there in 5 min to order our pizza and she said okay but when we arrived at 11:28 she had closed locked the doors at 11:28. Just horrible customer service and I don't understand why they say that there open until 11:30 if it's not true. This place is just ok. I will say that the deep dish is waaaaaaaaaay better than their standard hot and ready, but I'm not so sure it rivals Lil' Ceasers. I personally think they're about the same in the sense that their deep dish is better than the standard. The service people are usually friendly, so that's a plus and their prices are reasonable. read more

Order through Yelp (grubhub) takeout and the price was $8 more for a pizza and wings than what you would be if you would have purchased in store. Wasn't happy about that. Other than that, the food was good! read more

Most franchise owners just don't care about the product or the service. Fortunately this location in under new ownership. The new owners actually try to make sure every order is correct and the product is not just acceptable but exceptional. They make the dough fresh, nothing frozen. Good amount of sauce, not skimpy on toppings. The crust has a nice chew, i like to request mine well done, burn that cheese a little. I am glad this place finally found the right people who care. read more

If you only live twice, avoid this place in both lifetimes. The wings are rubbery. The pizza is soaked with grease. And the cheese doesn't even meet the definition of food as I understand it. The service is great and the employees are very nice. The quality of food is somewhere between Domino's and Papa John's on meth. What an awful experience with this place. I just placed an order for (2) large pizza for delivery through yelp. I received both pizzas but on one of them they forgot to put the pepperoni on it. I called & their excuse for the wrong pizza was that they were too busy. That either I would have to go & pick up the correct pizza or they couldn't do anything about it. I had just paid $3.99 for delivery plus $5.99 tip. I asked to speak to a manager & their response was if I spoke Spanish...I really don't know how they are still in business with this kind of customer service. read more

Pretty decent pizza for an obvious Little Caesars rip off. I ordered the Deep Dish $8 pizza and kind of enjoyed it. It wasn't as good as Little Ceaser's, but it was still alright. I didn't order the wings because they looked really disgusting. They keep them out by the register sitting in a glass case. For a five dollar pizza this is about as good as it could get. Definitely the best I know of. They really come through for my family when we're in a pinch for time and money. five dollars for an instant hot meal for two to four people (depending how hungry you are) and it's delicious. How can you beat that? I usually use the Ontario store (closer) but we had a large gathering in rancho and placed a large variety order here which they handled very well. but their instant five dollar pepperoni pizza is where Piara Pizza really shines the brightest. read more
