Horrible customer service! Went in because they texted me about a promo. When I called in my order the lady kept cutting me off and couldn't hear me. Then I got there and in the middle of confirming the order one of the other employees came over to chat! So I'm standing their trying to pay with my card extended to the cashier. I was in a hurry and need fast food. Big mistake coming here; the food was horrible. The rice was dry and seemed old. Portions were small, lacking veggies. Farmed shrimp often tastes swampy to me and their's were no exception. The server messed up my bill and failed to accept responsibility, someone who appeared to be management failed to intervene, no big deal but annoying. Every table in the place was dirty when we arrived. After ordering food, we ask if someone could clean a table. A girl came out with a dirty rag and swiped it over the table a couple times. Seeing there was visable food on the table, I asked for some paper towels. The cashier refused and yelled at the bus girl wiping table. The bus girl responded very disrespectfully. We finally sat at the simi-clean table. Next, I saw the disrespectful bus girl waiver her hands, and her cell phone, around in the food prep area. I told the cashier, I don't want that girl around my food, she never washed her hands and she is interfering with the other girl preparing our food. A nice lady delivered our food and we thanked her. I got one bite and the disrespectful bus girl came to my table and confronted me and my wife, stating " do you have a problem with me?" I got up, walked past her, and told the cashier I don't appreciate the poor service and I wanted a refund. She said I was racist against Latinos. My wife sitting next to me is Latina. The food looks good, but I go out for service. I can cook good food in my own home and bypass the bad attitude and dirty environment. read more

I brought my daughter here last night because she wanted hot and sour soup and her favorite Dragon deal of honey chicken. I honestly confused this place with Panda Express, where I had delicious hot and sour soup. Anyway, customer service is great. Restaurant is clean. However, the food, in my opinion . . meh. The hot and sour soup is only served in a large container, but we were excited because we love that type of soup. Well, the broth was slightly sweet and sour, but more sour than it should have been. The soup also had large pieces of shrimp, chicken, and tofu. Although a nice touch, we were looking forward to the traditional type of simple hot and sour. Despite the extras, the taste wasn't all that great. I ordered a teriyaki vegetable bowl. The veggies did not seem very fresh (perhaps frozen) and lacked taste. My daughter's meal was, according to her, very good. So one star for her tasty meal and one star for good customer service and, sorry, that's all I can give. read more

if you're not looking for "real" chinese food, and you just want something fast that is sort of a chinese food teaser, go here. it's not authentic cuisine obviously, but it does taste better than a lot of it's fast food competition, and i personally prefer it over panda express any day. get the lemon chicken. pick up stix has passion tropical tea also, so if you're not looking for fast "chinese" food, you could always go in and get some awesome iced tea. read more

Okay usually this place is very good. Today not so much. There was hardly anyone in the store yet my order took an inordinately long amount of time. First problem. Second problem the brown rice was really, really bad. It was hard and dry. It made the whole meal suck. I would have complained, but my order was to go. I don't know if the rice was old or just sitting there for a long time. Maybe it was from yesterday because I placed my order at 11:30am. You would think it would be fresh rice at that time of day, plus they advertise that everything is made fresh to order. Who knows? this is the second time i had ever ordered from this place & it will be the last!!! the first time i ordered extra shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. i barely got any shrimp, not even the required allotment. i called & complained. i guess they thought i would not care to pay for extra shrimp. or maybe they were low on shrimp. i told them i know shrimp cost money. they should have informed me it would be extra for the extra shrimp. i called earlier for sfr again. these people are unbelievable. i as for extra shrimp, extra sprouts, less rice and no eggs. they gave me the same amount of rice, not much more sprouts and a second container.first container has just a bit more extra shrimp. is the stuff in pre-frozen packs. all they had to do is put way, way, way less rice in container with no eggs, more shrimp and more sprouts. on top of this it seams like the picked crap off the floor, heated it up then sold it to me in a large container along with a smaller one. i believe this is the first ever written reviews i have ever had the misfortune of writing. i will be 56 in a few months. do not go here at all people!!! read more
