Been a loyal customer for years now. I like their new location. I feel as if it's more centrally situated than the other FV location. Clean store and friendly staff. This is my go to place for on the go breakfast and lunch. I can grab a variety of things that will last me all day for weekend trips or whenever I crave Banh mi. I'll order on their website, which makes things so easy and pick up is always a breeze! They are generous with their filling and toppings especially with their pate spread (my fav). I like their various sauces on the side type of banh mi. Pork belly- love Bo filet- love Xiu mai/meatball- love Tumeric fish- love Lemongrass beef -love Dac biet/classic-love BBQ pork- like Cha only - like Cha Ca- like Pate only-love Banh Bao -like Various Spring rolls - love Hu tieu Bo kho- love It's hard to pick my favorite because I like just about everything (lol), many are my repeats, but you can't go wrong. Get a few diff banh mi, have them cut it up and share with your favorite people. If you really can't decide, grab some plain baguettes and call it a day. You can't go wrong!

Very good pork banh mi sandwich. Fresh, crisp, flavorful, and packed with all the right textures. The bread had a nice crunch, the veggies were fresh, and the pork was well seasoned without overpowering the sandwich. Stopped by on a busy Saturday around noon. Inside seating is limited, but they also have outdoor tables, which helped with the lunch rush. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. There are plenty of good banh mi options in Orange County, but Pickle Banh Mi makes a strong case for being #1 in the area. The combination of quality food, a broad menu, cleanliness, and overall vibe puts it near the top of my list. Bonus points for the nearby Tesla charging stations. Instead of sitting in your car staring at your phone for 30+ minutes, you can grab a sandwich, snack, coffee, or drink while you charge. Winner, winner... banh mi dinner!

Came for lunch on a Saturday . Lively plaza, parking shared with several businesses and restaurants. Loved how we were able to hear music at the next door restaurant. Nice vibes. Some booth seats available. Good food options, good portions, good prices. Service is effective, food came out timely and fresh. Hubby got the grilled pork banh mi, said it was his "favorite banh mi, so good", bread was fresh as well. I got the grilled chicken rice plate, I enjoyed it very much! Chicken was juicy, nicely complimented with the pickled veggies, and the fried rice had a nice flavor , I added an egg (extra cost). Grilled pork spring rolls pretty solid as well. This place has been added to our favorites list!

Pickle Banh Mi Co. seems to be frequently mentioned online and is clearly popular as they have proliferated throughout the OC. Of course I had to give them a try. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and Lemongrass Beef. I saw several recommendations for the Lomo Saltado which is typically a Peruvian dish, except here it's made into a sandwich. Viet Peruvian fusion is quite an unusual offering at a banh mi shop and it certainly piqued my interest. The Lomo Saltado banh mi was tasty, and I enjoyed the addition of grilled onions but I can't say it's my favorite. There wasn't very much protein and several pieces were burnt giving parts of the sandwich a bitter taste. For being the priciest sandwich on their menu, I expected more. I understand filet mingon is on the pricier side to perhaps justify the cost, it still seemed a bit gimmicky. It was tender, but not more so than other inferior cuts of beef. The Lemongrass Beef was also tasty. The beef was just as tender as the filet they use in the Lomo Saltado without the premium price. I also felt the amount of beef here was a bit skimpy. Only five small pieces on the entire sandwich. Their bread was good and fresh. Very light, thin crust and very soft. This one won't cut your mouth up. It's more of a French roll than a baguette. While this is up to personal preference, I do prefer a thicker and crunchier crust. Overall, their sandwiches are good, albeit a bit smaller than the average banh mi place. The store itself was clean and on the newer side which I appreciate. Next time, I'll try the dac biet to see how the cold cuts and pate compares.

Heard a lot of good things about this sandy shop but never took the leap to try it til recently. Located next to a Vietnamese grocery store that I frequent when I'm visiting the area, I finally took the plunge one random day when I had a hankering for Bánh Mì. When I walked in, it was clean and spacious. The staff was busy at work preparing orders but luckily one team member took a short break to help me in the front. I decided to go with the Lomo Saltado Sandwich since it had the ravest reviews from my fellow Yelpers. I added extra meat for like 3$ since I heard the amount of protein was scant. I picked a few additional items from the counter top display area, as well. The order took a bit to prepare but I had no complaints, as long as my sandwich was made to order and assembled to my specs. When it arrived, I took it home and gave it a try. The bread was nice and soft with a pleasantly airy crisp crust. It was perfect, the protein was fantastic but I think I could do without the fries in the sandwich next time. Not a big carby kinda guy (just my personal taste). Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and I'd gladly return to try more of their tasty selections. Service was legit and the sandwiches were solid. Happy Eats!

I've been meaning to try Pickle Banh Mi and finally got around to trying it! I ordered the Vegetarian Banh Mi that had tofu and mushroom in it. The bread had a nice crunch and I really enjoyed how the carrot and daikon were not too acidic; it was just right. The tofu really tasted like pho broth which I thought was unique. The inside was very clean and spacious with plenty of seating. There is plenty of parking in the lot as well. The Banh Mis are affordable, flavor and you really get the bang for your buck. I will definitely be stopping by again and look forward to trying the other items on the menu.

Best banh mi I've had in OC! Pickle banh mi is located in a mall parking is easy. The shop itself is small most people to go. They have various sandwiches and other appetizers. I've been here two times and the must get is the pork belly spring rolls, the are super crispy and filling! I've had the pork and the cold cut banh mi and both are solid! Fresh veggies and good crunchy bread. We tried the pork bun this time, flavor was good but wish it was warm. Overall cheap and delicious, will be back again.

I'm addicted to their shrimp & pork spring rolls "goi cuon". It's always so fresh and deliciously made with cool minty greens, rice noodles and the perfect amount of pork and shrimp with a side of peanut dipping sauce. I appreciate the bits of peanuts and pickled veggies they include on the side, it's in the details guys! This is my go to spot for something quick and healthy after my weekend morning gym routine. Sorry Brodard, the goi cuon here is better. You still rule the charbroiled pork roll scene but hands down FV PBM does the best spring rolls!

I came back fr Hanoi VN starved, I lost 5 lbs my daughter lost 8 n my husband lost 13 lbs, I was hungry n craving their lomo saltado, well fancy name, it's just sautéed filet mignon. To be clear he lost weight due to cachexia not just bad food. Nobody in all of Little Saigon has lomo n with such a generous portion of cukes, lettuce, daikon, cilantro n cabbage, I love the cabbage, special mayo mixture, it was even more delicious when I added Maggi ! I ate the whole thing , the sandwich was enough for a lumberjack! Well I'm a lumberjack today! lol . They were closing as it was 5:50pm, the daughter was sort of reluctant but the mom said she'd do it, I was desperate, we went to Benihana n got " price gouged " w steak tougher than my boots, sauce so salty, Mai tai tasted like motor oil, I gave my dinner to my daughter. Today sandwich gave me so much happiness, I was in VN almost a month, my husband got out alive! The road ahead is difficult but there's always happiness here , I can't wait to try their chicken curry n other goodies, the location is 5 stars n there's ample parking. I kissed the ground when I got off the plane we were robbed blind we paid $7000 per ticket n had to wait 5 days to find 3 business seats, $10,000 if we wanted to wait 24hrs as VN is the #1 destination it's too much media hype, it's insane. When Life gets rough there's pickle sandwich for consolation!

Went to the grand opening of pickle and the place looks great! Lots of seating inside and outside. The guy taking my order was very sweet, I liked how he relayed my order back to me to ensure everything was correct. Shrimp spring rolls 5/5 They didn't have any in front and when i asked the gentleman he told the kitchen to make the rolls for me!! Super sweet Com ga nuong 5/5 chicken is nice and tender. For the price of the plate, you get a lot of chicken and rice Banh mi chao 4/5 the ratio of chao and veggies is good. I wish they put more pate spread

Brand new location for Pickle Banh Mi Co! This location replaced the one with the drive-thru on the other side of the city fyi! There's booth seating available and they are currently doing 10% off for their soft opening. They have most of the menu available but some items are not available as they are still working out the kinks before their grand opening later. Service is quick and you order at the counter! They have big screens above with the menu showing. I got their #12 crispy pork belly & their #2 lemongrass beef banh mi! Both were delicious and just as good as their other locations! The bread was crispy, and soft on the inside. The ingredients were fresh and the pork belly was crispy and not dry. The lemongrass beef was flavorful and my favorite of the two. There is plenty of parking in the plaza and it's right off the freeway so it's in a great location! Come check it out!

The sandwich is pretty good here, i got the pork banh mi #13. I was expecting the same spread like all the other Vietnamese sandwiches i had. Surprisingly it was not. I don't know what they put but it was delish! Also ordered the sausage pork springrolls, that was also delish! Didn't care too much for the dipping sauce, it was ok.

They've been consistently amazing ever since they opened, and somehow they've only gotten better over time. I honestly enjoy just about every drink on their menu, especially their seasonal specials. My all-time favorite has to be their 2026 Spring Earl Grey Matcha. I was getting it almost every week, and I was genuinely sad when they switched over to their summer menu. Thankfully, they kept the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, because wow... what a flavor explosion. It's easily one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had, and my friend and I keep coming back just for it. I know it sounds a little adventurous, because it did to me, but when I tried it, it genuinely changed my life (kidding). If mango isn't your thing, I highly recommend either the Double Matcha or the Banana Matcha. The Double Matcha is perfect if you love a strong matcha flavor; you can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. As for the Banana Matcha, I normally don't gravitate toward banana drinks, but SIP completely changed my mind. They use what tastes like a banana pudding instead of artificial banana flavoring, and it blends so smoothly with the matcha that every sip feels balanced and indulgent. The café itself is just as charming as the drinks. The wood paneling gives the space a cozy, retro vibe that makes you want to stay a while, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming.

Now the MATCHA I looooved their matcha with the Earl Grey foam top. OMG... it was phenomenal!! The matcha was earthy, umami, and so well balanced, and the hint of Earl Grey in the foam complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. Such a good combination! I will 100% be coming back for this one!

Canale: Despite having to wait for the drink, I needed to wait longer for this because the staff forgot to put it in the order. I needed to wait for them to prepare it in the back and also go back to the counter to charge for it. All to wait for something that was mushy. Coffee Beans: I saw there were coffee beans from Glitch in Japan. It was a brand that I loved there so I wanted to give it a try. I don't usually like fruity notes but this was really delicious. I purchased two incredible cookies based on the suggestion of the lady running the cart. I selected the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookie and the Cookies and Cream cookie (not pictured). They were a similar size of a muffin and they were so good! The cart was only there during the Food and Wine Festival so I'm glad I was able to try them out. If I'm ever in California anytime soon, I'll try to stop by and grab more cookies.

The menu takes familiar Vietnamese flavors then gets a little creative with them. The space itself has that same trendy Kei Concepts feel too. Cute, lively, but still casual enough to stop in for brunch or coffee. The workers here were super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but we narrowed it down to the Seafood Ceviche, Matcha Cloud Latte, Egg Coffee, plus the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao. The Seafood Ceviche comes with scallops, shrimp, calamari, mango, coconut, Thai chili, plus shrimp chips. This was such a clean and bright bite with a little tropical flavor from the mango and coconut. There was a nice kick of spice too. They gave a good amount of seafood, so you weren't just eating toppings and sauce. Scoop everything onto one of those crispy shrimp chips... so good. The Matcha Cloud Latte was dangerously easy to drink. I genuinely think I could take down three of these. It's made with oat milk then topped with matcha cheese foam. It was creamy with such a vibrant green matcha flavor. Slightly sweeter than I normally prefer, but I'm sure you could ask for less sweetness. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but the Egg Coffee surprised me. It's Vietnamese milk coffee topped with egg foam and cocoa powder. That cream was DELICIOUS. Last was the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao. It comes with beef belly, black peppercorn sauce, sunny eggs, pork roll, pate, tomatoes. We added Chinese sausage since we were sharing, but honestly we didn't even need it. They give you a MOUNTAIN of beef belly. I loved being able to build each bite however I wanted with the bread, beef, egg, pate, plus everything else on the plate. Such a fun dish to share. Another Kei Concepts win for me. I already know there are more things on this menu I need to come back for.

Parking is easy and plenty of spots as there are no other open establishments in the plaza. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Like many of the Kei concepts restaurants I've tried, this place didn't disappoint. I liked everything that we ordered. Price is reasonable. Serving size is just right. Definitely recommended!
