Great alternative for locals. This location is primarly a bakery but it's deli offers baguette and "roll" baguette sandwiches. The rolls are similar to "tortas" and offer a more wider shape to the traditional banh mi. I actually really enjoyed the beef and i took advantage of their special to feed my coworkers. There is plenty of parking but located in a busy shopping plaza and i was able to get in and out during lunch time within 10 minutes. But I get it, you gotta work on a Saturday, you hating life. Chubby girl, not fat, but definitely not skinny. A group of 6 came in right after me, same attitude, 30 minutes wait to them, they left. Another guy walks in, same thing. Business easily lost $100 that morning within 5 minutes from opening. I too left. My suggestion to the business, if she's an employee, get rid of her. If she's a family member that has to earn her keep then make her work Thursday through Sunday mornings till she learns to smile and have some work ethics. I think this Bahn MI Saigon had different names in the past. I get my baguette here because the long bread is freshly made with a flavorful crust and a great soft bread like center. Today I paid $2 each for what I think is one of the best baguettes bar none. I like the service from the lady at the counter as she picks two freshly baked ones and bags them in the long printed paper bag.
