I really like the selection on the menu. You can get breakfast lunch or dinner. I got the dads plate for lunch and enjoyed it. Came here with my family and we were like kids in a candy store. So so so many options!!! Our waitress was fabulous BTW. We started off with dinner and took desert to go. The burgers here were absolutely yummy. I will say, after seeing one of my family members get the chicken pot pie, I instantly regretted not ordering that. That was the best looking chicken pot pie i've ever seen!!! As for dessert.... I ordered a sampler where I could try 4 different kinds of pie. My favorite was the Vanilla Pecan. I called to try and order a cherry pie for my great grandfather for Father's Day since he loves them so much. I asked if they could make a double crust pie and the girl that I talked to told me they only do a crumble crust and would not be able to accommodate me... REALLY? I mean it's not like I was asking for something that far of reach ITiS A PIE PLACE!!!! I recommend going to Pie Town in Shenandoah (they make a 10 inch pie for $12.99). They were all great but the ones that stood out the most were the VANILA PEACAN, Chocolate PEACAN and my personal favorite the one with all all berries. It was a little sour and sweet from the raspberries strawberries blackberries and whatever at her berry they had in there. The service was good and fast. They also had a huge line and it was taken care if really fast. I had a mixed experience the first visit to this establishment. Went for lunch and pie, and while the food was good, I quickly noticed the miserable looks on ALL the staff members faces that I came across. I figured maybe it was an off day. My second visit today was for breakfast/brunch. I walked in and the restaurant was packed as it was Saturday morning. I waited at the counter for someone to take my order. Then I heard shouting/yelling from the kitchen only to see a member of kitchen staff and possibly a manager arguing with each other. Based on the reaction of the waitstaff of this ordeal, made it seem this was a common scenario. There is no reason for staff to be yelling/disrespecting each other, most especially in earshot of customers. After seeing this, I walked out disappointed. It's easy to point fingers at disgruntled workers, but disgruntled workers stem from poor management. I hope the owner/ manager of this business can turn things around. Not happy with the speed or service here AT ALL. I visited on Pi Day, and I assumed that they would be either out of pies or swamped with people. I was wrong. My boyfriend and I arrived just before 2:30, and the place seemed to have a great atmosphere. There were a few families sitting and eating around the room, and as I was viewing the pies on display for sale, I noticed a mother-daughter pair sort of hovering near the check out area. I figured that they were in line, but they told me that they were still waiting on their order. I then went to check out, and stood in front of the register... Only to be BLATANTLY ignored. I figured that the cashiers would quickly finish what they were doing on the computers and help out the customer in front of them, but I was wrong. 3 staff members saw me standing there-AND SROOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND DID NOT HELP!!! I was embarrassed that they weren't keen on helping me, and sat at a nearby table, thinking that maybe you needed to order at a table. I asked a waitress if the counter was for to-go orders and she looked at me like I was a complete idiot and said yes. So back to the counter I stood. Once finally telling them that I needed to order (as if they couldn't guess by me asking someone or by me waiting there...) I was told that all menu items come with a free slice of pie, I looked at the menu to chose a slice, and in the 45 seconds I was looking, both cashiers had disappeared! Once we had placed both orders, it had already been about ANOTHER 15 minutes of waiting when I saw the same mother-daughter next to us. I asked how long they had been waiting... The answer was "too long for a sandwich". I was shocked. I thought that they were waiting on a fresh pie or something based on the time frame (it had already been 30 minutes since I got to the store). I told them that we had also ordered sandwiches and they wished us luck as they left with their order. The servers checked on other tables and purposely avoided me as I looked for someone to talk to... One literally saw me looking around to talk to someone and walked behind me to the far side of the business. No one offered to check on the food, no one apologized, and no one even offered us water. We were there for an HOUR!!! I managed to ask one of the women who'd ignored me in the beginning at the cash register how much longer she thought our food (TWO SANDWICHES) would take and she said not too much longer (no time frame) and that they were soooo busy. NOT. TRUE. I've worked and managed in food service. If this was her idea of busy, she should try seeing what Panera looks like at lunchtime. We FINALLY got our food after being there for an hour. When we checked it in the parking lot, we noticed that they were make-your-own wraps. I was LIVID. 45 minutes for that?! AND we were missing chips. I went inside and asked for the chips for the meals and was given one... Then the other when I told her BOTH were missing chips. They didn't even check the bags before handing them to us. The girl behind the counter who took the order gave us each a free cake ball, but I wasn't impressed. She was the only one trying to make amends for the awful service and RIDICULOUSLY slow speed. The only thing I can't complain about is the taste of the food. My wrap was delicious and my boyfriend couldn't complain about his either. My slice of pie(Buttermilk), however was wayyyy too sweet for my liking and he agreed that his slice(Chocolate Silk) was too. It's a pie shop! I thought the pies would make me want to come back. Bottom line, I will only return if they hire more staff that is FRIENDLY and cares about the people returning. Of the 5 servers that I saw, only ONE was helpful. Don't come here unless you want to spend hours waiting on okay pies and food you can probably easily cook at home. read more

They add suppliments like guacamole, spinach, and other good stuff which really makes it stand out. You can order the half sandwich and soup and it's plenty a portion for lunch.
