I love when their website changes your order two separate occasions from the pizza you actually want. When I called to complain and attempt to get my correct order, I was basically told, oh well nothing we can do to help you. So now they are making me pay a whopping 70$ just to get my order right! Came in from Wyoming to visit family and was surprised to see that they had opened up this new pieology in Clovis. We arrived just after six and we're greeted immediately. The young man explained that we could get the kids pizza and pay an extra dollar and my girls could customize their pizzas to their liking. The next young man was very patient and helpful as my girls picked their toppings, and they were equally as friendly and helpful to the adults as well. I ordered the spicy Italian pizza and it was fantastic! Just the right amount of heat with the spicy sausage and the red pepper flakes. I love pieology, but for some reason this location is really bad at the thick or "pierise" crust. What is normally really fluffy crust at other locations, here it's pretty much the same as regular crust. Also our box holders (little table things) are often forgotten, so the cheese gets stuck to the lid. We may just start going to the maya location read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I usually don't come to this side of town for Pieology, as I have my own near Riverpark. That one has a very pleasant crew which I genuinely enjoy going to whenever I'm in the mood for some Pieology. The one here on Fowler has probably the rudest crew with no personalities. I get it if you hate your job, but you shouldn't allow your customer to know that and feel like it's a burden for you to even speak with them. And then on the other hand, make it seem like you are personally losing money for some extra chicken requested on a pizza. Have gone to this location a few times and the food quality is fairly good. They have been cooking it longer and so the crust is always nice a crispy. My biggest complaint is with the time it takes to order inside. We were waiting in line for a while as they were working on the to go orders. I've been a fan of Pieology since first trying them in my college days. This place is no exception to the quality of taste I would expect from the franchise. The pizza tastes great and fills me so that I am comfortable (neither bloated nor feeling like I need a small snack). For those of you who eat on the lighter side, one pizza is enough to feed two of you. Personally, I prefer Pieology over Blast so this was definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The employees are friendly and helpful and the quality of the ingredients are great for the price you are paying. This Pieology is by far the slowest in town, the employees need better direction from management and better training. The worst part about this is the fact that the Manager by the name of Ali is rude and very slow at his job. I clearly asked for a specific item and he forgot to charge me for the item once I paid, I walked away and noticed on my receipt that the item wasn't charged so I walked back to him and said I think you forgot to charge me and he looked at me as if I was bothering him to do his job. Love Pieology pizza....my wife and I eat here regularly. This year work got in the way of Valentine's Day so when my wife got off we had to improvise. We thought Pieology would be a good choice. Unfortunately we had the bad luck of running into a rude server. My wife's pizza made it to our table 5 minutes before mine the two people behind me in line got their pizzas and when I went up to the cashier to see what happened with mine....I got nothing but attitude from the young man who was serving beer and handing out pizza. He acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. I would tell you his name but he was the only one working without a name tag. It was Valentine's Day and my wife was with me so I thought I would be the bigger person otherwise I would've given a piece of my mind. Besides I try not to be one of those customers. Ordered 3 pizzas. One was a Deep Dish Spicy Italian, 2nd was regular crust Margherita, and 3rd was thin crust Margherita. Had to pay $2.50 extra for deep dish crust but didn't get a normal size pizza, they made it smaller even though I had to pay extra for it? Spicy Italian literally had 1 piece of sausage on each piece of pizza. Margherita pizza only had 1 piece of tomato and 1 piece of basil on each slice with garlic only found on 2 slices of the whole pizza! As my 11 yr old daughter put it, Pizza Hut is better and we think Pizza Hut is pretty crappy pizza. Won't ever be back! read more

The employees are very helpful if you don't know what to order. The place is clean and they have lots of tables and seats. This place is difficult to bring a family to eat. The pizzas are incredibly messy (with all the black grit on the bottom). The tables move way too easily, and create a constant annoyance while eating. The pizzas we got were poorly cut. Communication with the staff is difficult because they wanted us to tell them what we wanted all in one, rather than letting each of us order our pizza and move down the line. This would probably be a decent place for a younger crowd, but not so much for a family with kids. read more

I have to say I'm a little disappointed, normally you guys are on point and one of my favorites. I usually order my pizza through the app and pick it up ASAP. Tonight I was driving home from out of town so I scheduled the pizza to be picked up at 8:30. When I got my pizza it was lukewarm, kinda soggy, somewhat burnt, and it honestly looked like it had been sitting since before 8 o'clock and was just thrown in the warmer a little before I arrived to give the illusion it was fresh.
