It honestly feels like whoever is making the food does not care about the customers or the quality of what they serve. I paid almost $8 just to eat sour cream and tortilla. This keeps happening every time I visit this location. Upper management seriously needs to come check the quality and consistency of the food they are giving customers. Completely disappointing.

A double-double with both raw and grilled onions, a side of animal style fries, and a Coke might be the closest thing to reaching a state of "Nirvana" that I'll ever feel. Plus, after consuming my cat's body weight in grilled meat and carbs I never feel gross. It's almost as if using fresh made ingredients is slightly better for you? Consistency is the game here and unlike other fast food chains; burger spots, coffee shops, chicken places, go ahead and pick your poison, none of them even come close to what this American institution has done. In-N-Out just does it right, from the moment you order to when the food is in your hand, everything is streamlined and friendly. Kudos to workers here for making food that allows me to escape the current state of affairs in the US.

No big deal. Stuff happens. And he was apologetic, which means a lot. He offered to give me croissant sandwiches instead, and he would save a couple biscuits for me if I wanted to return the next morning. The croissan'wiches were good, but I had a craving for biscuits. I returned the next morning, and the same young man was there, he remembered me, smiled, and promptly got me another meal, including a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I tried to pay, but he would not let me. The biscuits were light, buttery, and tender. The eggs were fluffy and not overcooked. Both the sausage and bacon were just right. The hash brown nuggets were hot and crispy, better than a patty. The coffee was good, too. Working in fast food is hard. It's nice to see some people doing it right.

I recently ordered the $12.99 "Build Your Own" calzone special at Pieology, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. I selected jalapeños, meat, pepperoni, mushrooms, and garlic as my toppings, excited for what would be my first meal of the day at 10 pm. However, the calzone I received was far from what I expected. It contained what looked like feta cheese instead of mozzarella, which I did not order. The taste was bland, and there was barely any pepperoni inside. I was so disappointed that I ended up eating just the bread with ranch because I was so hungry. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Pieology. I double-checked my receipt to see if I mistakenly ordered something else, but everything was correct on my end. We came in as a party of 6 last night. Each of us ordered a pizza and we watched them make it right in front of us. After a reasonable amount of time, they started bringing the pizzas out 2 at a time. Unfortunately, only four out of the six pizzas arrived. How do you lose two pizzas? The employees all had blank stares. After examining the receipt, we had only been charged for four pizzas. They offered to complete the order without further charge, so we waited, but of course by now most our party had finished eating. Please equip your employees to handle a busy restaurant and to have some basic customer service skills. read more

We've also had several orders over the years that simply weren't what we ordered. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. But pizza isn't cheap anymore, and when you're spending that kind of money, you expect the order to be accurate. We'll probably continue to order from Marco's because when they get it right, it's excellent. I just wish the consistency matched the quality of the food. If they can tighten that up, this would easily be a five-star review.

She was very nice, but stated that they had not placed orders, did not have lettuce and a lot of other toppings that is why she had to turn people away and why my order was not fulfilled correctly. She gave me a number that was supposedly for customer service, upon contacting it, was for virtual support, store support.. The gentleman on the phone gave me the website. I originally filed a complaint this way about 4 to 5 days ago at which point I was made aware by email all refunds and complaints are handled in store. I returned to the store yesterday 6/28/26 around 1pm and was greeted with a friendly employee. She made me aware that there are new owners, that have not been making supply orders and they are having employees start at 12 when the business hours are clearly posted as 11. Which is why my dough was not prepped when my order was placed at noon. She took my information and let me know an owner would be coming to the store later that day and should contact me no later than 3 PM. No one contacted me. I paid almost $70 for un-edible food over 10 days ago, and have yet to be offered a coupon or refund or something as little as I'm sorry!! I returned to the store today around 12:30 and was met with another employee who was able to give me a number for one of the "owners". He let me know that he is not the owner, the owner is apparently sick and he is his brother. Very horrible way to run a business.
