Got my 7 month old daughter's ears pierced. They came out fine. Not a large selection of earrings for babies, and kinda sucks you need to purchase them there instead of just paying for the service. Baby fussed a little once it was all said and done, but she's okay. They give my daughter a certificate for getting her ears pierced and a few stickers, neat idea for older kid's, mine is only 7 months old so she doesn't care. They ladies were friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask about the exchange policy on broken items, even if you purchase the warranty on the merchandise. One broke they said they would have the replacement in one week after one wee I didn't hear anything from them so I called now they don't know where my replacement is they don't even know if it is there. They seemed like they knew what the were doing when I bought the chains and when I called to see if they have the replacement. read more

Came here to pierce my 6 month old baby's ears and my self. Everything was fine up until it was my turn. I was told they only help by appointment only, so I went ahead and made an appointment. When I get there my daughters ears were pierced on time. While there a random lady "with no appointment" shows up to get her ears pierced and she is told to come back. All of a sudden she's ahead in line from me, keep in mind I had already paid and she still wasn't even done choosing her earrings. Waited for 20 minutes and they had still not started with her. Asked for a refund and left. Personally i feel like if your gonna make people make an appointment atleast give them priority specially if they came first. Will not be coming back here for sure. Took a shot on this place to take my little one in for a piercing. Employees were very professional and were even able to get my fussy girl to smile through it. Mother gave her stamp of approval and now this little girl loves to tell me about the compliments she gets at school about her earrings. Good prices and customer service. Don't go here. They pierced one of my daughter's ears crooked and said if we want it redone we have to pay all over again. Go to Claire's. They have two people do it at the same time so it's even. Waste of time and experience. And they don't even have a good selection of earrings. They don't have any real diamonds for babies. read more

Do not recommend..... I took my 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced and a young lady (didn't get her name but she has long hair and wears glasses) said that they couldn't do it because her earlobes were too small wth I've seen babies younger than that get them pierced... that same day I took her to Claire's and they got them done with no problem and my daughter is now 7 months and I love her little earrings. Don't know if they are just scared to deal with babies but according to their website that advertise that they are professionals but they sure don't act like it. read more

Hello, My daughter's big 6th birthday gift was to get her ears pierced. We took her to the Pagoda in the Inland Center Mall in April. The first ear went in right on the mark. The second earring missed the mark so much that you could clearly see the black dot of the target above her earring. We told the employee and she said we could remove it after a few hours and bring my daughter back in another day to get it re pierced. We went back in May and the same clerk did the piercing. Again, it clearly missed and the black target dot was well below where the earring went in. The clerk pulled the earring out. My daughter was clearly shaken up. Another clerk working said "that gun missed when I used it on a customer the other day." I was in shock that they knew it was defective yet continued to use it. I insisted that they find a new gun to use. They found a new piercing gun and the clerk then pierced my daughter's ear for what was then the 3rd attempt on the same ear. Fortunately, this time it worked as intended. I feel unhappy with my experience. I took my daughter to Piercing Pagoda because they specialize in piercing. I would never have expected a business that specializes in this service to have to pierce my daughter's same ear 3 times before they got it right. Nothing was done for my daughter besides giving her extra lollipops. What should have been an exciting gift and something that she waited years for, turned out to be a nightmare. read more

I went there to get a second earlobe piercing on both the ears. I was a baby when I got the first piercing done so I was really nervous. But the girl there was very friendly and she assured me it will only be a pinch. She was helpful in the selection process and I ended up buying another pair of earrings at 50% off to wear in the piercing once it heals. She was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly on how she was going to pierce the ear and aftercare. She made sure that the marks on both the ears were evenly lined up (even though I feel now that one of the holes doesn't line up properly, but its just off by a teeny tiny bit and probably won't be noticeable on first sight). It didn't hurt much at all and the tiny kiosk was clean on the inside. I was nervous about getting my ears pierced with a gun after reading all reviews but its been a week now and my piercings are healing beautifully. They have a small range of other jewelry like bracelets, rings etc. I was happy with the prompt service and attention we received. My husband also ended up purchasing a ring for himself from the store. Will definitely go back to this store and recommend it to others! read more
