This review isn't about the food or the restaurant itself--it's about the valet service. My driver pulled into the parking lot at 6:50 PM on February 12, 2026. Within literally 4 seconds, the valet was aggressively banging on his window, insisting that we move the car immediately. We were told we had to relocate right away because there was apparently a different entrance (other than the main front door) that they preferred us to use. 'Old school' Italian joint that gives a Rat Pack vibe - dark, heavy woods and leather seating, rich foods - what more can you ask for. Traditional Italian choices and deep specials - I had the lamb chops; cooked to perfection! Sides are big enough to share but honestly the mains are so big - you may not need them. Their version of a Caesar salad wasn't for me - not a fan of artichokes - but loved the name: Garbage Caesar. The service team is attentive. As always, Piero's does not disappoint!! The food is phenomenal!! It's pricey, but we enjoy coming here for special occasions. As always, we started with the garbage Caesar salad. I could eat this every day - the shrimp, avocado, and hearts of palm elevate this over all other Caesar salads elsewhere. I had one of the specials, the halibut with risotto, which was very good - just the right seasoning on the fish and the risotto was cooked perfectly. I also added on a side of the linguine aglio olio, which is such a simple dish but so fabulous here. (another thing I could eat every day!!) The people dining with me had the veal chop, a solid specialty here at Piero's, and the filet mignon which was cooked just right. We shared the crispy potato wedges as well. I was skeptical the first time I ordered these (on a prior visit) as it seems silly to order glorified fries at an Italian restaurant but boy was I wrong. These potato wedges are so incredible!! They are seasoned with garlic and Parmesan and cooked so they are crispy on the outside, with the yummiest truffle aioli sauce. The service is always impeccable here. Servers are on top of it with quick refills on drinks and bread, attention to detail, and very friendly. The restaurant feels like there are some good stories in the walls. When it gets crowded, it can be a bit loud but in a fun Italian meal kind of way, if that makes sense. Overall, pretty good except my entree was just ok. We had a lot of appetizers, which were all very good. The oysters were good. I liked the meatballs. The fried calamari was good. I liked the salad, but I don't recall the name. It had cherry tomatoes, avocados, and hearts of palm (I think). It was slightly overdressed but had good flavor and the combination of veggies was nice. It was refreshing. For my main, I had the Osso buco. The flavor was good but it may have been braised too long. It was falling-off-the-bone tender, but I learned the hard way that if you braise meats too long it gets dry. The dish seemed like it might have just crossed over the too long point. It seemed like a dish that would have been really good but for that one point. The other mains looked delicious. My wife made a reservation for us at Piero's Italian Cuisine a couple nights ago, and the experience has honestly been on my mind ever since because I couldn't believe how disorganized things were. Even though we had a reservation, I ended up sitting and waiting for about 45 minutes because there wasn't a table ready. It didn't seem like anyone from the staff had actually prepared one. Eventually the hostesses at the front took matters into their own hands and went to set up a table themselves. I watched them going back and forth trying to get everything ready, and you could tell they were frustrated with the situation. Once the table was finally ready, they apologized to me and escorted me in very politely. The hostesses were honestly the only bright spot in the whole experience. Unfortunately, the lack of organization from the rest of the staff left a really bad impression. Because of that, I won't be dining here again. read more

Pieros seems to be a mainstay even though it's so close to the strip and convention center. Locals and out of towners like to come here and for good reason. It's an old school Italian restaurant serving large portions with great service. Our entire party of 7 were very satisfied with all the food. The fish (halibut and salmon) were fresh. The Garbage Caesar salad ($18) was fresh and tasty, and the star of the night was the veal Parmesan ($71) -- absolutely phenomenal, worth every penny. Since it doesn't come with pasta, I added the Chitarra spaghetti ($20), which was delicious but overpriced. The only disappointment was the garlic bread ($12) -- hard, dry, and not worth ordering unless you're sharing with a larger group. All in, dinner ran about $160 with tip. Absolutely amazing. Felt like you travelled back in time a bit as you first come in. Started with old fashioneds. I have so missed beef carpaccio and they did it right here! Dirty Caesar salad was good - but maybe not the highlight of the meal. I couldn't decide between the ravioli and the rigatoni so they allowed me to split orders - SUCH a great idea. Both absolutely amazing! I was trying so hard not to finish my meal so I could take some home. The boyfriend ordered Sunday gravy that he enjoyed. Finished with yummy cannoli! Let me start by saying this was our first time coming to Piero's, we have the Pleasure of knowing Carlo from another place and since he moved to Piero's we brought our business here, Carlo has always been 10/10 on service, he gets to know his clientele and goes above and beyond, it is always our pleasure to see him. We Had for starters a Cesar Salad and Crab cake which let me tell you, I've never had a crab cake so perfect, you get actual chunks of crab meat. For our entree we had the Osso Buco which was cooked to perfection, melt In your mouth type, along with the perfect home made Pasta which was also cooked perfectly al dente. For our drinks we had Austin Hope Cabernet which is already our favorite wine. For our first night we tried the quiet part of the restaurant which was amazing, we had many servers and Busboys, at least 15 of them tending and checking in us, I wish I took everyone's name but I only remember Drake, Rosa and Ryan. All were amazing. For Desserts we had the Tiramisu 10/10 with the Cappuccino wihich they serve with sugar cubes. For our second day, we tried the piano Bar, we had Raiders Bonfire Whiskey which is perfectly made had that sweetness with the perfect mix of orange zest and spices, along with the Flecha Azul which is refreshing and amazing. The live music was an absolute amazing experience with people coming in and joining the singer and Pianist. All and All Our Experience at Piero's was amazing . This is definitely our spot. read more

This place was truly special. I had such a long dinner and nothing felt rushed. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The ambiance was so romantic and classy. I really enjoyed my time here. Come see Daniel for the best whiskey sours in town! A review and pictures can't do Piero's any justice. It's intimate, has a speakeasy vibe, food is delicious, and everyone is very kind and professional upon your dining experience. If you sit at the bar and have the chance to make conversation with Daniel, you'll find someone who's been with Piero's for a long time, knows quite a bit about the restaurant, and some of the dishes you should try, if not the entire menu on different occasions. Also, before I forget: there is only a complimentary valet parking option for Piero's, gratuity for your valet is optional, so bring cash if you are like me and typically do not. We went to Piero's for my brother in law's birthday dinner, there was about 15 of us, so they called ahead to make sure they'd be able to accommodate a large group- and they were. There was a deposit required for such a large group, so if you plan to do that then you might also have to put one down. The really Cool things is that there are two separate group dining halls, so if you do attend with a large group, you are ost likely going to have your own section to hang out with your loved ones while not being surrounded by the other diners. Now is this place genuinely Italian? I don't think so. Is this place the intimate? Yes. Is it worth a shot if you keep an open mind? Yes of course! :) As far as food there are a couple of options to choose from: the regular menu, a daily special that is presented by the server while you browse their menu, and also 3 set dinner options that are different price ranges if you do have a large party. I opted to get the short rib pizzaiola, my husband ordered the primo filetto al peppe and our teen got the agnolotti. For appetizers, we tried the frito misto. The calamari was the best item on the plate for the appetizer, it was very fresh, crispy but not greasy, and cooked perfectly for one to enjoy. The short rib was great! It tasted slow cooked, perfectly seasoned and the cipollini onions and sweet peppers were perfect with the short rib. My least favorite were the whipped potatoes on my plate, they were extremely salty! I also tried my brother in law's potaties and they were so heavy with salt that they weren't eaten. My husband's medium filet was also really good! It melted in his mouth, and had a great flavor also. The pasta was fresh, creamy, and of course, homemade! Overall, our experience at Piero's was excellent, along with being able to spend quality time with our family, we were able to enjoy a great meal, that was fulfilling and also we were able to support a local Vegas business that has been around for 40 years! If you're in the area, if you're looking for a great date night place, or a more intimate setting, check Piero's out! If you're in the mood to have a drink after being in the area, or attending meetings, then go ahead and stop by here. Visited Piero's last night after trying many restaurants in Vegas and around the country -- a part of my job. It was crowded and we sat at the bar, which was fine. Actually, it was a great spot to see all of the activity going on in the very busy place. The bartenders were top-notch, checked everything, double checked everything -- made sure to taste the drinks before they went out. They were definitely on top of things. As to the food, it may have been the best chicken marsala I've ever had except for the fact that, unfortunately, it was laying in about a quarter of a cup of oil. The taste of the sauce was amazing. The chicken was melt in your mouth. If they had just drained off all that oil it would've been superb. I couldn't finish it because of the oil. The chicken Parm was equally as good without the oil and could cut it with the fork. The side of the garlic pasta was definitely garlicky but not needed the portions were generous . Service was ggod, and the guy knew his wines and kept me with a good bottle of red under $100. I'd go back, but I'd have to ask them to drain the 0 oil out from under the marsala. read more

This is probably my very favorite Vegas upscale restaurant. Been going there for many years. The last of the classy old school places with great food, service and great martinis! It was a Mob favorite and has been the backdrop of many movies. I hope the new owners won't change a single thing. It's a Vegas Classic!! It's better than anything in a Strip hotel. Wow... amazing. I'm extremely happy to update my review and state what a fantastic evening we had last night. From the time we arrived the service was beyond five star. Tim our captain is by far one of their greatest assets. He treats everyone like family and makes your night that most pleasant evening you've ever had. We started off with a shrimp cocktail and a crab cake. Both were beyond perfection. We had a filet, NY strip, lamb chops, and a side of angel hair with pomodoro sauce and finished it off with coffee, chocolate cake, and cheesecake. The Pomodoro sauce was very tasty. I believe you can tell if a restaurant is going to be good, particularly an Italian restaurant, by the quality of the bread. And the bread here was excellent. Crispy and flavorful... I could've gone for two, but I controlled myself. I had the swordfish in mustard sauce with a side of spaghetti. The swordfish was enormous And very tasty. The spaghetti and sauce was a nice compliment. Old-school Italian flavor. I was pretty stuffed, but was convinced by my waiter to try one of the desserts. I had the profiteroles which were very fresh and sweet. The custard was particularly delicious. I would certainly recommend this place if you're in Vegas. We (3) were in town (from Hawaii) to attend the Still Raining (Jung Ji-hoon) concert at the MGM, so we made a reservation at Piero's Italian Cuisine at the corner of Paradise and Convention Center Drive. It was the first visit for us to this Vegas landmark. The restaurant reminded me of old school, traditional Italian / Steak House with no windows and very subdued lighting, the kind of place for a romantic rendezvous. My experience in ordering a bottle of wine was problematic as three of my selections were unavailable. The wine book at Piero's is extensive and I was pleased to see a wide selection of French Burgundies ... Well, they weren't in stock. I then moved onto an American Pinot Noir and was dismayed to find that was unavailable. If it weren't for another wait person who said he saw that bottle (Kistler Reserve, $150), I might still be there trying to select a bottle. I think the restaurant should have an insert in the wine book indicating what is out, so the customer doesn't get frustrated when selecting a wine. I suppose I should have selected an Italian wine, but I didn't see anything compelling. Perhaps a sommelier, if Piero's has one, could have facilitated my search for an appropriate wine. Bread and butter were brought to the table but interestingly, it was taken away before we were served our main course. Entrees come with a pretty large salad, so we split the Hamachi Crudo special ($29) and ordered Linguine Pomodoro ($29), Orecchiette with Prosciutto and Peas ($42) and Osso Bucco ($62) and two sides, Broccolini ($15) and Grilled Asparagus ($15). The linguini looked fine, and the orecchiette was delicious. My osso bucco came with a large serving of pasta which I had them box up. The veal was tender and the sauce was flavorful; we had no issues with any of our entrees. The broccolini was a disappointment; it was not seasoned or dressed sufficiently; it was just a mound of broccoli to us. We had no issues with the grilled asparagus. I must say the portions are large so come with a hearty appetite. We had Tiramisu ($15) and Profiteroles ($15) for dessert; I convinced a tablemate to have one of the profiteroles because three was too large an order for me. I paired my share of the profiteroles with a cup of (okay) coffee ($5). The tab was $408.57, and I left a $90 tip. What did I think? It was good but not great. I think I expected more from Piero's, but it might be the problem in ordering wine that tainted my experience. The place was packed with diners so it must be fine dining, Italian style. For me, 4 stars at best. Would I return? Maybe. read more
