Overall we enjoy their pizza. Tonight we did a pizza night with fries on the side. The pizza was good. The fries, well, as you can see were burned. We've lived out here for almost 8 years and in the beginning I would have given it a 5/5. It seems like over the years the quality and service has declined. You go in to pick up the pizza and the young ladies don't even bat an eye, just quickly push the food towards you and go back to talking. All I'm asking for is a greeting and courtesy. Salad was very fresh. I like I could get the sandwich bunless with plenty of cheese. I think the fries are double fried as they were extra crispy. The pizza is always flavorful. It's usually only about 20 minutes from order to ready for pickup. Slices are a little expensive but very big and thick (and tasty). It's great to have this pizzeria in the neighborhood while others have open, closed and changed hands. They do support local youth programs, which is what you want from your local small businesses. There's not really any room to eat in since they closed the adjoining room, so takeout is your best choice. A few outside tables when the weather is nice. read more

Had a baseball outing there a little while back. All the stars are for the flavor of the pizza, the hot and fresh pizza is really good. The reason there aren't more stars is the restaurant. The air does not work, the bathrooms are sub par, they don't own enough pitchers for a decent size group, they charge for refills, there is no alcohol...Bottomline, get take out and hope it is fresh! read more

Moving to the suburbs has provided a long, consistent existence without really good food. That includes Chinese, Pizza, Indian, et al. With that said, TSP provides some relief. Their thin crust is consistently pretty good without being overly greasy like a Rosatti's. People that take orders are nice and it's always ready fairly quickly. Sandwiches are pretty good too, especially the Italian beef. Would I rather have Pequods or Piece, yes, but in lieu of driving 90 minutes I'll say this is one of the better and definitely most consistent places around. read more

Went in during lunchtime and ordered a combo(Italian beef and sausage) sandwich to go. Took an inordinate amount of time to receive my sandwich. Got back in my vehicle and back on the road. I knew right away with the first bite I was thoroughly displeased. You know a good combo when you taste one. It just has that taste. This didn't even taste anything like a traditional combo sandwich. The beef was bland, a weird color and funky tasting-not normal. I suspect they don't have traditional Italian beef like you get at real beef joints. Beef marinating in its juice. I suspect they have it in bags and then steam in on the grill. The sausage was an odd color and also bad tasting. Again, not what you'd find at traditional beef joints. I could only stomach half and threw the rest away. Stay away from the beef and stick to what they know here--pizza. read more

The crust was tasty, the cheese was just enough salty, the toppings (sausage and mushrooms) were flavorful, but the sauce was disappointing. Just reminded why I wait6 months before going again --until I forget why I didn't order from this place in the first place. Called in order. One meal, one salad. Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up on a Tuesday. Was told I needed to wait on the salad. 5 minutes later cashier goes back to make my salad. Brings it up, rings me up and realizes there is no meal. I want to give them zero stars for the worst customer service experience ever. It was my son's birthday and I called in an order for pick up of a pizza which I paid for it with my credit card over the phone. The order was taken by a young lady. My guys drive home from school and on the way I tell them to pick up the pizza. When they arrive, they are told by Taylor Street that someone has already picked up our pizza! The people who picked it up supposedly and coincidentally have the SAME last name and ordered the exact SAME pizza (not likely). Girl who took the order from me is no longer on duty, etc. They offer to make another pizza and sell it to my guys at a discount ! I call the restaurant and after being put on hold for 15 minutes, they finally figure out how to reimburse the amount of the pizza to me. Unbelievable. I drive to the store to pick up my receipt and some glib young guy just off handedly hands me my receipt. No "I'm so sorry, let me get you a coupon for the future, we don't want to lose your business, etc " Nothing. I will never go back and I hope you won't either.
