Was hard to find, but it is a speakeasy! (Shh! Right on central just south of Washington behind the bus stop) but once found the space is so awesome! I love the plant wall and the drinks are top notch! Very creative and unique and they carry great selection of spirits. Enjoyed a few drinks here with several colleagues after work on a Tuesday evening. We were pretty much the only ones there that night. Our server was friendly and had good recommendations. The interior look and feel is super fun. Not much seating for large groups, though. We each tried a couple of different drinks and a wide variety from their starter food menu, including nachos, regular fries (not loaded), hummus plate, and bruschetta. The food was all great. The drinks were made with care and were unique. Good place to try for a craft cocktail if you are in town. read more

Worst service. Walked in Saturday night for a last drink (1:00am) and were rudely told they didn't have space for us. There was clearly open tables and spaces at the bar. Cute atmosphere but I definitely don't want to give them my money. Won't be back. read more

Oh my God. What an awesome find! Bitter and Twisted had a pretty long wait the night I went to Pigtails, and they actually recommended I go to Pigtails for a good cocktail. I am so, so happy I made that move! The vibe in there is just a lot of fun, from the moment you actually find it, to the friendly host, and the bartenders. Johnny, a bar manager, made my night! I honestly went for one good cocktail, and I ended up staying for hours and having some amazing and unique drinks. It was so entertaining to watch him make drinks. Fantastic improvisational skills with making cocktails. Person after person that came and sat down next to me had the coolest attitude. What an awesome idea... hidden bar.. looks like a kitchen from the street then you walk into this absolutely gorgeous place. Not one section of this place went untouched. Its stunning. There is a large menu of drinks and a large and very great food. Not a large menu for food but great munchies! We had the chips and salsa and it was only $2.00. Man alive the salsa was ON POINT. Now I'm going to get to the experience outside of thize things. We walked in smiles excited to see what this secret bar was all about. Walked through the kitchen (when you are on the street look for a door that looks like the kitchen door of a restaurant its really not easy to find!) Seeing an associate washing dishes but they didn't say hello so we went through the next door.. walked in still excited to see what's up! We see 2 bartenders working the beautiful bar we waited at the stand that says " please wait to be seated " the man from the kitchen walks past us 4 times still not saying one word to us. The bartenders both see us there also say nothing. No we will be right there give us a moment. Nothing. So we wait with not one person who works here saying a thing to us. Note that they have ALL walked right past us at this time too. I notice at this time they have just the 2 bartenders and the one busser/dishwasher. But come on say hello at the least. So we stood there feeling very ignored. So not the best feeling to start. We were finally sat. The service was awful. It was really sad. The drink the food pretty good. Drinks were good here. The service was terrible. I'm not someone who frequently leaves reviews, but this one is deserving. The server was rude the entire evening. The service was extraordinarily slow. An hour before closing we were asked to order another drink or leave. When one of our group tried asking what was going on and give feedback on the service, they were asked to leave. We spent $500 on drinks in the period of a few hours and thanked this server every time she brought us a drink. Despite this, she continued to be rude. I've never had such bad service and a poor attitude from a server. This place has a cool vibe but I would not recommend for people looking to have a laid back, good time. read more

Came across this place looking for a cocktail bar on a Monday night (went to an old movie at Orpheum Theater) and took me a while to find the door as I did not realize the speakeasy-style but once I did, I loved it! Had a Tiki bar drink (the Don something) and then and old fashioned with 10-year-old pig whistle rye and then, because I just wanted a snack, had a half dozen oysters on the half shell - so fresh and came with a great mignonette and little bottles of tabasco and sliced lemon. Great atmosphere with music that was in the background but not too loud (loved it). The oysters were only $2 a piece on happy hour, which was great - I love that it is hidden away and not so open to the street and will definitely go back for the experience again. read more

Super cool spot downtown. It's a speak easy and true to form, I walk past it twice before finding it (it's hidden under EOS gym on Central). Interior is cool - has a sweet plant wall, and tufted leather booths. The space is a good size, but not huge. It's really probably 4 stars but my main issue was the food. So the drinks were cool pricy but worth the Showmanship. I was most excited for the seafood I love me some oysters. I ordered half a dozen of each selection Virginia and Maine. When They arrived they looked beautiful served on a bed of ice with Tabasco sauce lemon and a mignonette sauce. However they were shucked horribly. I had to keep spitting out pieces of shell continuously. None of the oysters were actually detached from the shell so I had to do that with the back of my fork and there was so much grit and shell in my oysters it made them very unenjoyable. read more
