Advertised as, All American Burger w/American cheese, lettuce tomato and Pincho sauce. Order vía the app and receive a confirmation for 30 minutes ahead of the current time bc of high demand. This was already discerning... Nuance #1. Cue in nuance #2; When I finally pick up my order, there is no Lettice tomato and or Pincho sauce. No ketchup mustard nothing. I was largely disappointed. It just felt like. backyard bbq angus burger. To top it off, asked for ketchup before i left and I kid you not the guy looked at me for like 3 seconds like "did you just really ask me for ketchup?". This isn't the first time some small but vital details aren't addressed or applied how they should. Point of this post: This location gives no attention to detail. This was my first time ever at pincho factory and it was beyond great! The layout was spacious, decor reminded me a lot of wynwood but the food is what really left an impression. Most vegetarian burgers are just downright disgusting but I was hungry and noticed it wasn't crazy busy so I ordered my food, got my drink and sat down with a couple of my coworkers. The server brought our food to the table and the presentation was nice.. btw, the staff was very nice as well, good energy all around! Their veggie burger was hands down best I've ever had at any restaurant other than the boca burgers I make at home. The texture is different though since it's made out of beans which is another plus since I still have no clue whats in a boca patty. Now about those fries..these people have solved one of life's biggest mysteries...how to keep fries from getting soggy lol They're usually the first thing I eat but between scarfing down that burger and admiring the place my fries got pretty cold. Decent option to grab a quick lunch. They have plates that you can have as salads with a lettuce base or bowls with a rice base. They also offer sandwiches which you can have with regular bread or with fried green plantains as the bun. The chicken used int he salad and bowl was orange in color but I am not sure what the seasoning was. It was a little rubbery for my liking- hence the 4 stars. read more

I had always wanted to try this place, anyways I decided to go with the Toston Burger (since I see it usually on IG) and it was average. Tasted like your normal burger with cheese, the only complaint was there was way too much spices on the actual toston! It's decent for a quick and different bite! SEVERELY disappointed with this Pincho location. I say this as a frequenter of the Pinecrest location, which is so much better it almost seems like another restaurant. Went in for a pickup @ pincho Kendall on a Sunday afternoon (5/26/19) around at 5:23 PM. Easy order: steak rice bowl and side of fries. The location was not busy and most other patrons had already been served. My food still took 40 minutes to come out. for a single rice bowl, this is unacceptable. Anyway, I went to check the order the second I got in the car- fries cold and stale, a mountain of (also cold) rice garnished with a few bites of steak and a fried egg that was so runny it was still cold. I think my completed order had been left to sit there getting cold while the chef rushed to fry the egg- accounting for both the cold food and the undercooked egg. The service is great! The atmosphere was good and the environment was very clean.Steve took my order he was very funny, he made great suggestions and he made the experience fun! The food came out fast it was fresh and tasted delicious! Definitely recommend the Perfecto burger, cajun fries with a Berry Patch. The guava cheesecake is to die for! Yummy burgers. I almost always get the bacon blue buffalo burger and a drink. The prices are a little high for the amount of food but I still like to go there because I live so close. Every month they have a new chalkboard special. 7/15/17 - omg just had the chalkboard special for July - vaca frita grilled cheese. Why haven't I tried this before July 15th??? Hello, Me and my husband are regular costumers of yours. We love the food and the best part is we are supporting local. Tonight we ordered our usual meal, we were so disappointed with what was brought to us. My husband ordered your signature cesar salad that its supposed to bring cheese, pumpkin seeds and onions. Now, you tell me if you would pay $15.45 for this. Almost $16 for an egg in the middle of a bed of maybe half a lettuce. Absolutely terrible, we are SO dissatisfied. Pincho factory is oh sooo good! I have gone here multiple times and I usually am satisfied!! Don't let those burgers fool you because they will fill you up so much !! The only things I don't recommend are the rice bowls because it's way too much rice and not enough meat, the sweet potato tots because I'm more into savory and crispy sweet potato inventions and lastly I don't care for the toston burger, it's good however the regular pincho burger is way better for my taste. Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camels back. We order our food on there app. I get to the restaurant and the young lady tells me it would be 5 or 10 min. 20 min later I ask about the order and she has NO clue what is going on and cannot find the order. I give her the order # provided when we placed the order and the possible name it was under. Again, she had NO idea where the Order was. After standing there like a deer in headlights I ask to speak to a person on charge. I provide the order # and the name again.He tells me the order # does not help, but finds the order under the name I provided earlier. Low and behold the bag had been sitting on the pick up table for most of the time. When I expressed my concern regarding the food being cold, that pretty much fell on deaf ears, he apologized and walked away. O' and when I got home, ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. $50 down the toilet. Thank you. As a patron who frequented the restaurant roughly once a week since the day they opened, and made Pincho my go to during the early days of Covid to try and support the local restaurant has now come to an END!!!! There is no excuse for this type of incompetency. If they continue on this path, I give them 6 months. Hopefully the owner with "Right the ship" and show they care about the customers. I've been here before and every time the food is great and the service as well. This time was no different. Placed my order on the app for pickup, when I got there they were taking the precautions needed which made me feel comfortable about my food not being contaminated. The employee who was at the door was kind and was able to locate my order fast and easy. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. This time around we ordered 2 Fritanga Burgers and 2 Pipo's Choice Burgers and they were pheomenal. The fries are also great (we ordered an order of each: regular, cajun, and perfecto fries). After passing by Bird Bowl with a couple of friends, we decided to try this place after looking at the high reviews. We loved it. The food, environment, and service was phenomenal. The cashier was super friendly and took our order once we got in line. I had the pincho burger and cajun fries as well as the lemonade. Such good food and filling. Would come by again and try more dishes. My friends had burgers are were pleased. One had the pincho skewers, said it was a lot of food and was very satisfied! I had a poncho burger and it was tasty. Not the best burger I have ever had but definitely good. Please was packed; went at 8:30 on a Tuesday and I was surprised how many people were grabbing dinner. You order your food, get a number and sit where you like. This makes it for a quick serve restaurant once your order is placed. Fries were good, loved the Cajun seasoning they put on the fries. My fiancé had the bowl, he liked it. The bowl is very filling and he couldn't eat all of it. This location is way better than the bird location by far and easier for parking! We placed an online order at 645 pm est at Pincho Factory 12590 SW 88st through the Postmates app. The app said the order would be ready for pick-up at 715 pm est, we arrived and was told by the employees that the order would be right up, after about five minutes the employee asked the name, he looked at some orders on the table and said this is it. I looked at it and it was not our order, rather than continuing to help me the employee directed his attention to new customers continuing to take and give out orders leaving me standing there but never address my problem of the missing order. I asked again at 730pm he said he would check. came back about 10 minutes later said they found the order said the ticket was in the system but they did not have it printed out, again at around 750 pm he tried to give me the same order when I first got there, I refused again. He stated he would stop the orders and move my ticket to the front of the line. After waiting at the store for over an hour I asked again at 820 pm. The employee said there were still two orders in front of me. At that point I said I no longer wanted the food and to return my money he stated he couldn't and my only option was to wait for the food. The manger never got involved or tried to correct the issue. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever dealt with. I know people are stressed about our current situation but this was not the way to handle this issue in my opinion. This whole situation has changed my opinion about Pincho Factory and how they treat their customers. Very disappointed!!! Updated. 5-13-2020 I sent an email to Pincho Factory on 5-13-2020 and they responded very quickly (About 20 min) with an apology and a 20 dollars rewards that I can use at the restaurant. While the rewards given doesn't replace the money that was lost it is a nice gesture and I appreciate it, I figured the money was lost so this is a bonus. I'm very glad to see the customer service issue was addressed by upper management and I look forward to returning to the store for a better experience. 5 Stars for customer service experience today. read more

Found a whole piece of paper in my Toston burger. When I called the store the day of, an associate told me to complain to corporate and refused to put a manager on the phone. Today when I called again, I immediately asked for the manager and was told he was "too busy" and to come in person, and then he would "have time" to speak with me.
