Great decorations and employee was very friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable too and the food was amazing, very filling. I got the perfecto burger with a side of sweet potato tots that came with apple butter dipping. All of it was delicious and the dipping was a bonus. And my husband order the tostones burger and added fried cheese for 2.50 extra which was amazing!!! I highly recommend, we have no complaints at all. So I've visited 2 Pincho Factory locations in the last month. The one in Fort Lauderdale and the one in Sunrise. The Fort Lauderdale location was pretty empty. The place wasn't overly large but because it wasn't jam packed it felt spacious. The employees there were friendly and patient since this was my first visit. The food BLEW ME AWAY. I had the Tostone Burger with egg bacon and fried cheese on the side. When I tell you this was absolutely amazing!!!!! We also ordered about 6 of the steak pincho kabobs and 3 of the shrimp kabobs. That garlic aioli that they serve with it is TO DIE FOR!!!! On my next visit to the Sunrise location I had the Fratanga Burger minus the slaw. Again with bacon egg and fried cheese. This location was packed to the gills but it didn't stop the employees from being super friendly and out going. As my side this time we had the tostones with pincho sauce. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a the chimichurri steak bowl with rice to go. I ate it for lunch at work the next day and it was still so fresh. Pincho Factory is definitely one of my go to favorite places now. I can't wait to go back. read more

I always order the fritanga and my husband orders the chicken fritanga I don't know if I like the burgers more than the cheese but we've been here quite a few times and I never seem to change my mind about what to order. My kids always get either the cheese burgers or the hot dogs. There's a pretty long wait so be patient. The tostones are really well with your burger also. I love this place, I am a burger fanatic and these are definitely ON POINT every time I go (perfecto burger is my favorite), I could tell that the quality of the meat it's what makes a difference for sure! Where do I begin...online they say they close at 10pm. Me and my friends walk in and they rudely tell us "we are only take out, soooo" and we said "we know that, thank you" moments after they give us attitude telling us "we close in 5 minutes, only hamburgers" it was 9:25pm.... we said "says you close at 10pm online" they respond "don't care, we close in 5" I was tempted to leave, but it was already late. A classic burger done right! The Pincho burger is my favorite, the potato sticks gives the burger a nice crunch along with the secret sauce you can't go wrong. Try it and you won't regret it. The Pincho Factory is unlike any other pop up restaurant I have been to before. They have a vast selection of burgers and sandwiches as well as delicious sides. Their kebabs are tasty and just right accompanied with a nice chimichurri sauce to dip it in. They're burgers have a nice crunch thanks to their stick fries. The service is quick and their employees are very nice and friendly. The restaurant itself has a very nice modern yet rustic look to it with dangling lightbulbs that give it that nice outdoorsy cabin like look. Overall 5/5 would totally recommend it and would go back again. read more

Food was amazing but the service was not worth it. It was my first time trying Pincho Factory and I heard great things about the food. We ordered a food to dine in and afterwards realized that they didn't have enough seating for us (which they could have told us beforehand but whatever) and the most annoying part was the big party that reserved the seats weren't even using the seats they reserved! On top of that, my friend tried to order a beer and was told 'they had no beers'... and later on while we were standing around waiting for our food we see one of the employees bringing out beers for other customers. I don't think I'll ever visit this location again unless they do online ordering. I used to like coming to this location for lunch but when it's busy they can't handle the crowd. Unfortunately it shows through their food and service. Tables are left uncleaned and food is not cooked properly. I went on Friday October 25th for lunch and they were packed. After waiting for a table my husband and myself sat down, an employee came to clear the table but never came back to clean. A few other tables started to clear and the same employee would clear but not clean the table. I did see a different employee cleaning one and I asked if she could clean ours. She did it reluctantly but did a half ass wipe and only cleaned the half we were sitting at and not the other table that was pushed next to ours. Food starting coming out and people that got there after us was getting their food and even tried to serve it to us even though each order has a number assigned to it as it sits on each table. A large party of 8 came in and they started to move dirty tables together and accidentally dropped dishes on the floor. No one came to help him and the poor guy (customer) cleaned it up himself. Finally our food came. I ordered tostones and a chicken Pincho. My tostones were over cooked which they replaced after I sent back. My chicken Pincho is what got me sick. I spit out 2 pieces that did not taste right. The consistency was not like the other prices but left without complaining. I have not left my room since Saturday due to me throwing up and being sick as can be. I haven't ate in 3 days and is really taking a toll on me. I knew I should not have come back here again since the last time my friends steak Pincho was undercooked and now I'm paying the price. I've got to say I am BIG on Customer Service, quality food, and the Overall experience of any business. I visit the Sawgrass Pincho Factory at least once a week and everytime I have gone, I get the best results. I think one time there was a small mix up with a burger, but was quickly taken care of. I am not being paid, nor do I have relatives that work here, or affiliation with the company. I like when the total package is there (Good quality food, great staff/customer service, and good prices). Tried the location in Pembroke Pines and had an excellent experience. We were thrilled to find out one was being opened so close to us in Sunrise. Stopped by on Friday afternoon (day after grand opening) and was extremely put off by the service. We walked in and ordered our food to go. We ended up waiting 50 minutes to get our food. The organization is completely horrendous and definitely needs to be better managed. The employee did apologize and thank us for waiting but didn't even offer any type of consolation (free drink, dessert, etc). The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was delicious. If anyone from the restaurant is actually reading this - please give the staff more training and reorganize the flow of the restaurant! read more

Hangry review and its all Pincho's fault. I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately after tonight's experience we won't ever order from here again. As a busy working mom I occasionally have to order out. Not only did they get our delivery order wrong they failed to deliver an entire entree. How do you get a Postmates order wrong, it's literally written in black and white? How do you fail to include the entire order for delivery? Have you ever had to tell your kid that their food isn't coming? The salt in the wound was when I called them and they told me that if I wanted the missing meal I would have to come pick it up, this was after they knew that I paid for delivery. And they couldn't do anything about correcting the incorrectly prepared meals, yes that's PLURAL, as in more than one meal was not what we had ordered. The final kicker was the fact that they would not refund me the money for the missing meal. Real classy. This place seemed a bit understaffed for Christmas Eve. My sisters and I love the one in Pembroke Pines. This location left much to be desired. Two of us wanted our burgers well done. My other sister wanted med well. All burgers were medium. They redid two of the burgers and brought my sister the wrong burger. She didn't eat her food. Last thing is I ordered bbq sauce on the side for two of the burgers. All entrees touched the table without it. The server also working the register came and brought one before she got tied up again. Always wanted to go to this place but never had the chance, until it opened right across the street from where I live. I'm not gonna lie... I loved it the moment I walked in. You can smell the meat cooking from the end of the shopping center. The service is nothing to be impressed with, but I don't expect it to be live changing service either. I ordered a pita with beef, and the Cajun fries. Food was outstanding. You really get way more then what you pay for as far as quality of ingredients go. The beers they offer are all great pairings. I usually go to the Pinecrest location of Pincho Factory which has amazing customer service and food consistently. I was hoping for the same here but was sorely disappointed. We placed an order on the phone and went to the restaurant to pick it up. The place recently opened so it looked very pretty and bright inside. The staff was mainly young personnel. Once given our food, we assume it was correct as it wasn't a complicated order (two steak rice bowl Latin style and a chicken salad Cali style). Shame on us for assuming. On a side note, I did ask for one of the rice bowls with everything separated as this would have been my lunch for tomorrow. Anyways, we go home to find out that there is no steak at all in our order, only rice and beans and the cucumber/tomato mix. To make it worse, the "salad" turned out to be a pita wrap. Hubby was annoyed because it was a 30 minute trip back and forth. We did not have time to spend yet another 30 mins going back. The topping on the cake was when we tried to solve this issue by talking to the manager Eddie who was no help at all. He told us he would refund us for one meal. What? Didn't I just explain to you that all three meals were wrong? Were you even listening? Then he told us that we would have to be there in order to issue the refund. So I guess I will have to stop by when I pass by that area again. Such a hassle. I was probably better off going to the Chipotle right across the street. read more

I have been to this location a few times and in the beginning i thought they were just trying to get their act together. But after tonights dining experience i guess thats not the case. Why arent there napkins or salt n pepper or ketchup on the tables? How about some silverware? Its plastic anyway, so why not have it out for people yo grab themselves? The problem is you have to ask for EVERYTHING, and there isnt anyone working the ding area to ask. After ordering a salad that comes with a particular dressing they bring out the salad w/o any dressing on it. Wouldnt you ask the customer since their selection isnt available if they would like to change their order? Nope so it leaves you with 2 choices, eat what they bring or wait for a new entree while everyone else in your party eats. Shouldnt the guy taking orders know they are out of certain items and tell you upon ordering? While we sat there every customer had to wait to find someone to ask for eating utensils and napkins. I visited this location while being on vacation in Florida. Place is small and was packed. I had it to wait for a table but I didn't regret it. I'm not a fan of hamburgers but I decided to order the toston burger and I loved it. IThe service here is really good; they're very helpful, polite and friendly. Before coming home I went back for a fresco salad and it was delicious. I will go back again if I'm in that area but not at lunch time because the line is too long and the place isn't big. read more
