I have to say I'm really disappointed that we didn't enjoy our meals here because we all were really looking forward to it bc we've heard such great things. My friend and I had the Toaston Chicken sandwich which was not that good at all. I was scared to eat the chicken bc it was so rubbery and wondered if it was real chicken. Totally awful. My other friend had the steak salad and didn't like it. She said there was nothing great about it. No flavor. We all left with stomach aches and had stomach bloating and gas for the rest of the day leading into the next day. I think the oil was probably old that they fried our meals in. Tonight we tried Pincho Factory for the first time! I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and my fiancé ordered the classic chicken sandwich and we had a side of Cajun fries. As you can see the food could easily be split between two people. The chicken did have a lot of flavor but the buffalo sauce was a little lacking with heat. The Cajun fries was covered in the "secret" Pincho sauce and was actually pretty good. I've tired this place a few times for lunch and each time I've left disappointed. The food is average, bland, and unseasoned. The steak Pincho is similar to a cut of meat you'd use for a stew 1/5. The pricing is also on the high side, which leads you to expect good quality food. Today the Pepsi machine didn't work but they didn't mention that until we paid for our drinks. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the toston burger after seeing it floating around Facebook! The burger tasted great--the tostones were well-seasoned, the burger was cooked well, and the cilantro sauce stole the show. Unfortunately, the burger was decidedly too small--you'll probably need to spend upwards of $12 here to feel full. Fortunately, their sweet potato tots were excellent. My brother loved his mediterranean rice bowl, although my dad found his chicken pincho too dry. The interior is clean and trendy with several TVs. The restaurant has a handful tables inside and a television. There's also an outdoor patio for dining. The scene was energetic the evening I went and lively music was playing. I ordered takeout. Two ladies greeted me as I entered and one of the ladies discussed some of the menu highlights. I decided on the black bean burger and cajun fries. The burger was quite tasty. It has sweet potato in it. It created a delightful mix of spicy and sweet. The sauce was really good too. The cajun fries were ok, but a bit too spicy. I think they spilled the seasoning mix on them. I am extremely upset with pincho's, this the the 3rd time i have gone there and been disappointed. Apparently the cook does not know the difference between medium well and burnt. I order medium well but i get charred everytime. The burger is dried out and even the bun is burned. Pincho's is not inexpensive which does not help the fact that i am out of $12-$14 but im still hungry. Someone really need to look into this, but for now you have lost a customer. Located in the plaza in front of IKEA parking is super easy but you may have to wait in line once you get inside. There seems to be a routine of people waiting until they get to the register to decide what they want even though the menus are on the wall as soon as you walk in the door and the cashier pointed them out several times. Other than the wait this place is great. We ordered the sweet potato tots served with apple butter dip, tostones and three rice bowls. Food came out hot and quick. I ordered my bowl with chicken, tex mex style with fried cheese and guac. It was a very large portion and really good. Lots of chicken and cheese and they offered additional tex mex sauce even though they put plenty on it. My friend had a fried egg on his and he really liked it. The sweet potato tots were a hit too. The apple butter is completely different from anything else I've had sweet potato tots or fries served with. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I write this review with a heavy heart considering this was at one time one of favorite places. Been here maybe 20+ times. I had the location in Hialeah cater a holiday party for our staff even. Took some family from out of town to visit "my spot" this last week and was severely disappointed. Fries didn't come out until about 20 minutes after the burgers were finished. Had three orders and after those 20 minutes only received 1 order and was told we would have to wait for the others. Burgers were already cooked and then heated up again on the grill to my amazement. Got home NO CHIMICHURRI, pita was not wrapped properly, fell apart completely and was super dry because they missed the chimi Also ordered the chalkboard special vaca frita grill cheese. Asked for avocado on the side. They added the avocado and included it on the side, charged me extra. This was not what I asked for. Additional issues: tried to order online, but the chalkboard special aren't available online so I had to call. Phone number for Sunrise location says 111-11111. So I had to search and call, placed on hold, the whole process just frustrating. Dear owners, please get it together, fix your service issues. Your target market do not want to deal with these messy issues.you need quality assurance processes. Mistakes happen and people like your product but of your service continues to suck, people will go elsewhere. You have some serious issues at this location as others have mentioned. Came here on a Sunday night. Originally tried to come in March but they weren't open yet! And when they did open it was super busy...so finally got to check it out tonight. Their menu is posted on the wall, and they have paper copies at the register. We took a moment to look up at the wall, and then placed orders for a Pincho burger and Bacon & Blue burger, one with a side of sweet potato tots and the other with Cajun fries. A little disappointed with the layout of their fries & tots menu - I had wanted regular fries, but actually overlooked that they had "classic fries" since they were hidden further down on the list. Usually I find plain fries to be at the top, but that's my fault for not reading more carefully! The cashier was nice, but didn't jump to assist us with our choices, even though we had mentioned it was our first visit. Also, I learned they cook all their burgers to the same temp (medium) but this isn't listed (at least that I could see - but we know I overlook things haha). Anyway, we received our number and found a table. Was expecting a wait since I know this isn't considered "fast food", but it was a very reasonable amount of time before our food came out.
