Ricky is very personable with customers, we definitely felt the love. However, the wait time was horrible. I think we were there close to an hr with 3 customers before us waiting on their order. I repeated my order twice with Ricky and then another two times to the woman prepping the sandwiches... there was another sandwich included that I didn't order and when I told them again I didn't order that, they looked like a deer in headlights. We ordered a pincho delux, steak pincho and chicken pincho. The pincho delux was flavorful, good sauces but my meat was tough and chewy til I got to the last piece of the pincho, those two bites were great! Maybe I just got a bad pincho. The chicken and steak pinchos my family had were delicious. I asked for napkins, I got two sheets. They seem very conservative with their product use, such as the napkins, but if you're selling saucy pinchos, sandwiches and burgers, I think one needs more than two napkins. Both HOT pinchos were placed on a super thin paper plate and folded with aluminum foil on top, making the packaging very hot. we are a family of 3 and we ordered 3 items and got two napkins. I would try them again but only if I was in the neighborhood. I wouldn't go out of my way. read more

It's 6am in the club, you are sweaty, the alcohol is wearing off, the music is no longer ~groovin through your body~ some of your friends are sitting down looking tired and all you want to do is go home and go to bed, so after notifying your friends of your condition which they quickly agree to the same, you then notice a knot like small pain in your left intestine saying "Oye! Feed me bro!!" and then suddenly you remember that the only guy thats open at 6am+ for food in Miami is PINCHOMAN!!!! You smile with glee, you make an announcement, and that annoying girl your friend brought asks "who is this pinchoman?" so you quickly press your index finger in her mouth to silence her ignorance! You hop in your car and get there at 7am to find a crowd of about 50 people eating and another 50 in line and more showing up for the best sausages, hot dogs, meat skewers, burgers etc... Pinchoman has his grills locked and loaded to fulfill your body of the depleted nutrients and liquids that will have you waking up to take the 12pm call/invite to the beach from the cute girl who you gladly gave your number to from the night before. Well my boyfriend is pretty much making write a review on pinchoman just because he loves it so much. Pinchoman, at about 11 or 12 at night, literally drives to 58th and Palmetto, parks his restaurant on wheels and feeds people. He's got hot dogs, pinchos, a bunch of midnight junk food to satisy the late night cravings. He is always packed. To me the hot dogs are okay, but that's probably because I'm not a big fan of barbecue sauce and he uses that on his Hot Dogs. However, EVERYONE, that I know, that has been to pinchoman, LOVES HIM!!!!! Everytime I've gone the place is always packed. He hasn't gotten ticketed by the cops yet, simply becasue he feeds all of them. If you drive around Hialeah sometimes you might see people with bumper stickers that say I LOVE PINCHOMAN! Well that's the guy they love... He also gives out his cell number because sometimes he switches spots so people call him and are like "hey, Pinchoman, where you at?... Oye, acere, estoy en tal y tal lado... bueno nos vemos... dale..." Anyways, the foods good, is going to more than likely be packed and its cheap. Pinchoman is literally the bomb dot com. His special sauce for his burgers is off the chain, honestly. It kind of sucks that there's no actual menu so if you wanna try something new, you have to just know, or keep asking him. When u pull up the smell is what gets you. But that's nothing, the famous Pinchoman sauce is what u fall in love with(I'm getting hungry again). It's like a sweet tangy bbq sauce. But it is sooooo addicting.sometimes I can't wait for the weekend just to go get an off the chain burger(with cheese,but not slices of cheese,it's a cheese sauce, it's good enough.u don't really need it though,unless ur like me and think cheese melted on ANYTHING tastes good)a steak pincho(honestly my favorite thing.make sure he drenches it in sauce. I have been going to eat at pincho man probably since 2009! And I love it! Everything in the menu is amazing!!! I always get a chicken burger because to me it's the best. It has comes with his secret sauce, man Ricky really has it down packed with that sauce. Ricky is the sweetest man you could ever meet he treats you like family. His wife even works with him and it's amazing to see these two working together and doing it for so many years bringing great food to everybody during the late hours of the night. WOW.... I LOVE PINCHO MAN!!! This guy is the original. I've been a loyal customer since 1997. He's conveniently open from 10pm-5 am, Wed-Sat. The Off da Chain burger is a must (ground skirt steak, lettuce, tomato, and his home made bbq sauce). The Pincho (skirt steak shish kabob w/ bbq sauce) is his signature item and highly recommended, especially to first timers. The Pincho Deluxe (skirt steak shish kabob, placed in a hot dog bun, smothered with bbq sauce and pik nik fries) is pretty good but not my favorite. I've never had the sausages, so I can't comment. Keep in mind, this is an ice cream truck that was converted into a mobile kitchen, so don't be discouraged by the appearance. If you're trashed and starving, you have to try this place! The number is (305)318-5784. Call him up and he'll let you know where he's stationed for the night, but it's usually just East of the Palmetto on NW 58 st. He might sound paranoid if he doesn't recognize your voice, but just tell him you're an old customer and he'll cough up the location. read more
