I came in Friday night nearing closing time, 01/10/25 the two girls that were working there were so nice! They didn't rush me at all even though I felt really bad for coming in that late. I told them what I was there for and was able to gather my purchases and get checked out pretty fast. Both girls were very polite and gave me insight on the current deals for the purchases I was there for for that they were having, provided me with coupons for future purchases, and overall gave me a great shopping experience! Love, Love, LOVE. Right now they're having their twice per year sale and I bought so much stuff I normally wouldn't buy here due to the price of so many cute outfits adding up so fast! But alas. The sale has come to destroy my wallet and cripple my paychecks LOL. The store is kept super neat and tidy, everything is organized by size and color and the bras aren't too scattered and mixed up! Not to mention the ladies are super friendly :) Zara (I hope I spelled her name right, she was amazing) has the best customer service I've experienced and so did another girl with light brown hair who did a sizing on me (I hadn't been fitted in a while) and even offered to find some bras that she thought would fit me. While also being informative about the sale, they also frequently offer to price check things for you as well. So you might find a piece that is cheaper than what you are expecting! Yay! I ended up spending enough where I got a free tote bag (too much) and it's super cute! It's a good thing the sale isn't all the time otherwise I would probably spend all my money here lol. read more

Oh no ! Pink needs a REVAMP ASAP! U walk into other stores and the interior design is up to date! Went to this store on 1/1/17 and it was complete and utter mayhem. Everybody and their momma was returning from Christmas and they also had an outrageous sale going on. Stuff was all over the floor. Usually I just walk in and browse at VS & not make any purchases, but lately I have had so much help w/ my questions regarding the undergarments that I have been interested in that I've made quite a few purchases w/ all of Devin's assistance. She's easy to approach, has a great smile, & answers your questions at ease. I recall asking another gal for some help in the lingerie side & she was walking away while answering my question as if she was too busy to assist. Uhhhh...WTH! I guess she had more important things to do. #60 Yay PINK! Me and my GF were out shopping--actually we were drinking and then decided to shop--and we landed ourselves in the PINK store a few spaces down from Victoria's Secret. I always love new panties and bras, so we decided to meander in and browse. My friend wanted a few things and I was along for the ride, and since we have that "ride or die" type of friend thing, I thought it only befitting that I shop alongside her. Oh, wait... They have hella more than just panties and bras, let's look around... We cruised through the well stocked and brightly lit store looking for running gear, socks (I love, love, love socks), panties, bras, whatever... We found tons of stuff to buy ;) I grabbed three pair of knee socks (almost knee socks--more like high calf socks), a pair of boyfriend sweat pants in heather gray, black running pants with a hot pink stripe down the side, and two tissue T's--pink and blue. My GF swooped on the sports bras and a couple T's as well. Why do I always buy more than my companions? Stop bringing me to these wonderful places people! I am obsessed with shopping... But I got great stuff from PINK ;) I like this location, it is pretty new in the mall here at Stoneridge and it is a welcome addition, to say the least. For people like me this place is great--we live in Pleasanton and there is not much more to do than the mall scene, huh? Thanks for opening PINK here VS. Adriana and Jordan at VS I LOVE coming to this Pink everyone is super duper nice! BUT today, it was the WORST customer service that I've ever experience in VS/Pink. I had the cashiers ADRIANA and JORDAN I simply asked if they can tell one of the girls to get a shirt for us since we had a different color shirt, BOTH were super rude saying that I had to go myself to the front and tell one of the girls? Employees are stealing from here!!!!!! Me and my friend came in a couple of evenings ago, she bought 2 bras from Victoria secret and came over here to try a couple of things. Went into the dressing room, (left her bag of purchased bras in here) came out to grab a different sized t-shirt. When We came back there was someone else in her dressing room!!!! What the fuck! When the lady came out she claimed there wasn't anything in there. But she was also wearing a back pack. Who lets guests bring backpacks into the dressing room!!?? Went and told a manager and they did NOTHING!!! We watched the lady go to the register and ask for her work schedule. Are you serious!!! You work here!
